The beach needs more attention to have a more comfortable access to to the sea

We stayed at this resort for a few days to relax during our travels around Sicily. It is a very pleasant hotel in a beautiful location with all the necessary facilities. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time, but it falls just a little bit short of a full five-star rating... sometimes the food lacked seasoning, the quality of the mixed cocktails was inconsistent, and at times the staff felt a bit impersonal – with earpieces in their ears, they occasionally resembled security agents more than friendly waiters. Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend the hotel.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla gentilezza alla pulizia al cibo super ottimo.

Non mi è piaciuto che dopo aver pagato all' inclusive dalla cena fino al pranzo del giorno dopo, la mattina non ho potuto usufruire dell' inclusive (beveraggio e telo) in quanto mi hanno detto che aveva valore fino alle 24. Ma sono del parere che è assolutamente sbagliato e questa è la prima volta che mi capita. Loro devo garantire il pacchetto fin quando il cliente non termina la giornata in questo caso fino al pranzo. Premetto che io non l'ho letto da nessuna parte che l'offerta all inclusive durasse dalle 15 alle ore 24.

Il mare non è mai limpido. La zona dove ero alloggiato un po’ buia, qualche lucina in più non sarebbe male. Farei più attenzione alla pulizia della piscina

Great food - really tasty and varied. Pool is good. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Trip completely ruined as a result of the final night. The hotel had booked out part of the hotel and the lawn outside the rooms for a wedding. The music and sound system was so loud, the balcony doors were literally shaking. It was like staying next door to a nightclub. We did go to reception and let them know how loud it was, they were apologetic, but nothing changed and nothing was suggested to help - the music stopped just after midnight. The disappointing thing about this was the hotel was clearly profiting greatly from the wedding, and must know how disruptive it can be for other paying guests (with rooms not being cheap), but continue regardless as it’s a way for them to make more money. It was loud thumping music, and someone regularly shouting on a microphone - not something you could try and sleep through. I’d suggest this probably isn’t a one off, and the hotel hosts weddings regularly throughout the year. So if you do want to guarantee a nice, peaceful, relaxing sleep, I’d recommend somewhere else. On a smaller point, if you enjoy going to the gym, the one on site is very dated, with the equipment such as treadmills regularly cutting out after 5-10 minutes of use.

Da una struttura a 5 stelle ci si aspettava maggiore ‘ eleganza’ , invece , anche la clientela era mista, non selezionata; moltissime famiglie con bambini, schiamazzi ovunque, grida e urla. Non potrei definitila una struttura esclusiva, ma un posto di massa, a fronte dell esorbitante costo

Resort grande e familiar. Diversidade na comida, mas podia ter mais qualidade. As piscinas são muito fixes, a praia não é das melhores pois tem pedras.

A penúltima noite, às 4h30 tocou o alarme e tivemos de evacuar o quarto. Fomos mandados para a zona da piscina, não veio nenhum funcionário dar informações do que se passava. No dia seguinte disseram ter sido um falso alarme. Mas com um bebé de quase 2A foi uma situação bastante chata.

Location is isolated. The property is a bit tired and dated. Gym is limited. Reception and bars are too small. It is an excellent 4 star hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel.

Bardzo fajny hotel, zdecydowanie godny polecenia! Świetne jedzenie w opcji all inclusive, miły i pomocny personel oraz ciekawe animacje. Duży plus za bezproblemową dostępność leżaków przy basenach i na plaży. Na miejscu są też restauracje tematyczne – trzeba tylko pamiętać o wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Jak na Sycylię, gdzie nie ma zbyt wielu takich obiektów, naprawdę świetna opcja na wakacje!

אהבתי את החדר שהיה נחמד עם חצר פרטית צמודה, אהבתי את הבריכה. הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד.

למרות שכביכול "הכל כלול" הם גובים על שטויות. מה שנקרא "נופלים בקטנות"- על סרט בטלוויזיה, על הגלידות היותר שוות בבר ליד הבריכה, הם מפרסמים כאילו יש מגוון מסעדות, אבל בפועל חצי מהתפריט ברוב המסעדות אינו ב"הכל כלול" והמחירים מאוד יקרים. המסעדה האסייתית שהיינו בה במלון היתה נפילה וגם גבו מאיתנו הרבה כסף על סושי שאינו כלול ב"הכל כלול". בתור ישראלית וצמחונית, ארוחת הבוקר היתה סבירה- היו חסרים לי הסלטים הצמחוניים המגוונים שיש בישראל. כמעט כל המזונות כללו דגים/בשר. כמו כן, קחו בחשבון שהמקום מרוחק שעתיים נסיעה משדה התעופה בקטניה והכבישים שם זוועה.

Comino ottimo e struttura molto pulita

Accoglienza da parte di coloro che portano i bagagli poco attenta ai bisogni del cliente . Mia moglie incinta al settimo mese al check out ci hanno lasciato mezz’ora ad aspettare una navetta che ci portasse i bagagli in macchina, per poi dirci cge era occupata nonostante fuori era libera . Molto arrabbiato considerato che fuori c’erano 40 gradi e siamo dovuti andare a piedi verso l’auto posta nel parcheggio .

c'era davvero molta gente, per cui è stato complicato trovare lettini liberi sia in piscina che al mare. Idem per i ristoranti, consiglio di prenotarli con largo anticipo.

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde e ben curata, personale molto cortese e preparato. Ottimo cibo e buona varietà, bravi agli animatori per adulti e per bambini, molto belli gli spettacoli serali e le attività in piscina. Consigliatissimo.

On a tout aimé et poiraunt je suis difficile et plutôt exigeante!!! Le resort superbe. Les piscines bien entretenues, pas de souci à trouver des transats. Pas trop de bruit ou de désordre malgré les nombreuses familles. Le personnel au petit soin. Les sports juste à côté de la plage et de la piscine Le restaurant de piscine super en journée ou le soir Les restaurants de spécialités sont délicieux et le principal aussi top, super bien organisé et avec un bon choix Pizzas délicieuses, glaces aussi Les chambres très belles. Bref on a adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir

A bit out of the way and the beach wasn’t very good

We had such a great stay and would especially recommend booking one of the bungalows if you’re traveling with a baby or young child. Before arriving, I was a little nervous after reading some reviews mentioning noise and issues with the air conditioning. There was some noise, but honestly, it didn’t bother us or our baby at all, and the air conditioning in our bungalow was absolutely perfect. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the food — WOW. We were genuinely impressed by the quality and variety, and meals became something we looked forward to every day. A very special thank you to Yassine A., who was wonderful with us and somehow managed to deal with our baby and his very enthusiastic (and messy!) he was always patient, kind and smiling, and really added something special to our experience. A fantastic family stay, amazing food, and a bungalow we would happily book again.

The food was exceptionally delicious and various. I really enjoyed the Sicilian dinner with a local wine pairing. The staff members are super stars who make the stay at the hotel super cozy and make you feel very welcomed. Spa is great. I had 3 sessions with Michaella, and she recovered my muscle tension. Vu le prix que j’ai payé pour 4 personnes en formule signature level !! C’est limite, dommage juste avant cette événement j’aurais mis 10/10. Mais la vraiment, après un Check out, le client est considéré comme de la merde…..

Soggiorno perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato a Giugno con prenotazione The Signature Level (TSL) e l'esperienza è stata favolosa da tutti i punti di vista! Struttura splendida, personale professionale, accogliente e gentilissimo. Ristorazione eccellente con ulteriore nota di merito per l’accurata attenzione e dedizione alla mia personale intolleranza al glutine e lattosio. La menzione va sicuramente a tutto lo staff dei ristoranti che ha reso questa vacanza un perfetto mix di relax, serenità e ottima cucina con pietanze squisite ogni giorno. Nello specifico una nota di merito va ai favolosi Chef Giovanni Provenza del Ristorante Portofino, che ogni giorno con dedizione ha suggerito alternative deliziose quando necessario, e allo Chef Giovanni Salerno che ha reso la colazione una coccola puntuale e deliziosa, preparando delle crepes senza glutine e lattosio superbe ed una crema al cioccolato vegana semplicemente fantastica ed infine va alla professionalità e cortesia di Giancarlo La Fata e dei suoi colleghi Angelo Candino, Luigi Glorioso e Giovanni Geraci e del maitre Carmelo Macaluso. Ci torneremo sicuramente… anzi non vediamo l’ora!

Incomprensioni al check out poco chiari nello spiegar bene che nonostante il signature level bisogna lasciare la camera ugualmente entro le 12:00 (si era detto che si potesse lasciare alle 16:00)e la risposta è stata anche per l esigenza delle camere e ci avrebbero dato una camera di appoggio, abbiamo lasciato di fretta e furia la camera alle 13:00 doveroso sottolineare l'unica pecca.

The reason this review isn’t lower is because of Elena Nastazia in the restaurant. She was outstanding throughout our stay. She genuinely cared, resolved issues that other staff were unwilling to help with, and made us feel valued. Thanks to her efforts, particularly in helping with our departure arrangements, our holiday ended on a much more positive note. She is a real credit for this hotel. Definitely provided a 5* service. Also a young man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful tall slim and had glasses, unfortunately I didn't get his name. And a manager Caruso. But Elena N was checking with us on daily basis if we are enjoying our holidays and show real.care in customer service. We were very impressed by her. Our cleaning lady was also very smiley and friendly. The staff was friendly and nice overall, but there was a lack of understanding often. People didn't speak good English. The hotel was nice but air-conditioning was missing especially in a 30 degree heat we needed to hide in our room.

We left feeling that this is not a true five star experience. Without one Elena N we would have rated our stay 1 out of 5. Our biggest disappointment was the constant pressure to spend more money. Despite paying £3,500 for a week, so many parts of the resort were locked behind extra cash.Better beach beds, good cocktails, spirit not even premium but normal range like Bacardi or Bombay cost extra, they served cocktails that were included in all inclusive from plastic bottles and it tasted disgusting. Even the indoor pool (€50 for 2 hours) all required additional payment, my partner wanted to pay because we have a 4 months old baby but as we were supposed to pay they said no babies. Everything was for additional cost even though we already spent around £500-600 per day. It didn't feel like all inclusive of 5* hotel at all. The air conditioning throughout much of the hotel was also extremely poor. Guests and staff were visibly uncomfortable, sweaty and with a young baby we often found ourselves walking the lower corridors of basement simply because they were the only areas with "reasonably"cool air or our room.The gym was equally disappointing,with no effective air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable to use. The food in general was good, but booking the à la carte restaurants was frustrating. We were led to believe we had several dining options, only to discover we could only use one restaurant once during our stay. Reservations were difficult to secure, yet after we spent money in one of the premium restaurants we suddenly began receiving calls every evening encouraging us to book more paid dining experiences. The restaurants were half empty. Our arrival and departure also left a poor impression.

Das Hotel ist im Ganzen mehr ein Kindergarten als ein Erholungshotel. Essenssaal sehr laut (viele kleine Kinder) Wenig Platz zur Entspannung Einiges geschlossen Teils etwas abgenutzt / defekt, bspw. Klimaanlage außer Funktion Sehr geizig bzgl. Wasser in Flaschen <- trotz all inclusive

Das Buffet war vielfältig und lecker. Besondes hat das Essen am Abendessen und im Restaurant Chang Thai uns sehr gut gefallen. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer gereinigt und die Badetücher werden gewechselt. Das Pool war gut, gibt nicht viel Platz. Strand ist gut für Spaziergang aber nicht zum schwimmen, da es viel Steine gibt. Für schöne Strände empfehlen wir Modello und Cefalu. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, deswegen ganz praktisch.

Beach and food didn't match our expectations

First class with well maintained facilities. Three Al Carte restaurants plus a buffet service all offering excellent food.

The staff appeared to be under pressure to upsell in the restaurants, which is unnecessary considering the quality of the Al Carte menu.

The food was really delicious, we enjoyed everything we ate or drank. There multiple pools, also one suitable for little children. The beach has pebble rocks, but there is also a platform that makes it more accessible to get into the water. We also loved baby club very much, our 15 months old daughter enjoyed her time there. The staff in front desk, restaurants and baby club was super helpful.

Dinner in the main restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We liked the beach.

We were disappointed with the à la carte restaurants, as the menus lacked variety and were not well balanced. The entertainment team also fell short of our expectations. They appeared to engage primarily with Italian-speaking guests, leaving other guests feeling excluded, and the activities on offer were quite basic. In addition, the resort is not particularly suitable for teenagers, as there were limited activities for that age group. Finally, not all of the bartenders were able to prepare cocktails consistently or to a good standard.

My birthday was on the 25th July. The food was great but on my birthday it was better than ever. So Thankyou to the excellent chef who cooked a very special meal for me. Please let him know. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and efficient.

I would have liked to explore the country side. Felt a-bit constricted.

Every single member of the staff was an absolute delight. Beyond the beautiful beach, the amazing pools and the delicious food, it was the staff who really made the stay memorable for us. We did not expect the buffet to have such high quality of food. The bartenders, wait staff, hostesses were all ready to try and make our stay that much more comfortable.

If you are going to stay here, I definitely recommend renting a car. It's a little in the middle of nowhere, and it's also useful to have a car if you want to do a day trip, rather than relying on the bus/ shuttle timings of the resort.

We loved the set up of the rooms, spacious and plenty of space for storing clothing. The reception staff were excellent and accommodated all our needs.

Personnel très disponible et agréable ( Sam et ses collègues au bar 👍 ) , il ne manque rien à tous les repas qui sont de bonne qualité, l’établissement est très propre ( mais les vitres des couloirs mériteraient d’être nettoyées ) . Les jardins sont magnifiques, les piscines agréables mais pas vraiment faites pour nager car peu profondes . L’établissement est très calme en général , mais animé le soir pour le spectacle et le night club.

La plage mérite d’être davantage aménagée par endroit notamment du côté jet ski … quelques galets à traverser pour se baigner. Piscines ok mais sans plus …

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber, die Pools und der Strand waren toll und insgesamt hat uns das Hotel wirklich gut gefallen. Wir waren als Paar dort, aber ich finde, dass das Hotel besonders für Familien perfekt geeignet ist. Das Beste war aber definitiv das Personal. Wirklich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Das hat den Aufenthalt für uns noch angenehmer gemacht. Klare Empfehlung.

Gentilezza del personale, disponibilità e variegata scelta di ristoranti.

Delle 4 piscine a disposizione 2 sono sono per “clienti vip”, una per tutti e una per bambini. Il mare non è granché. Ai ristoranti, invece, cercano ogni volta di venderti prodotti aggiuntivi (vini, pesci particolari etc..). La prima sera abbiamo preso un vino che ci è stato fatto pagare (lo abbiamo capito dopo) 86,50 euro. Insomma, da quel punto di vista un po più di trasparenza non farebbe male. Aria condizionata centralizzata per tutto il resort (non è gestibile dalle singole stanze anche se c’è il termostato).

L'hôtel est très joli, décoré avec goût. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. La nourriture était excellente. Et c'etait diversifié. Un vrai all-in, avec des boissons bien connues et de qualité. Nous sommes des habitués des hôtels 5 étoiles et celui-ci les mérite ainsi que son personnel. Nous tenons à remercier Giuseppe M, un serveur du restaurant principal qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

-Il faudrait penser à changer les attributions des tables dans le restaurant, on nous désignait toujours la même petite table avec des chaises peu confortables car nous étions 3 avec un petit garçon. - Pour les personnes qui aiment nager et faire des longueurs, c'est compliqué, les piscines sont vite remplies de monde. Elles sont très bien pour barboter ou jouer avec les enfants mais pas vraiment pour nager.

הצוות באמת נחמד אבל המדיניות של המלון ומי שמנהל אותו פשוט הורס למשל נותנים 2 בקבוקי מים קטנים כל יום בחדר ואם אתה רוצה עוד זה בתשלום של 1€ לבקבוק חצי ליטר ואם תרצה עוד מים זה רק מילוי מי ברז בכוסות, לפי המדיניות אפילו אסור להם למלא לך בקבוקים (למרות שהיו כמה אנשי צוות נחמדים שזרמו עם זה) ואני מזכיר שזה מלון הכל כלול ומים זה הכי בסיס שיש יום לפני הצ׳ק אאוט ניגשנו לדלפק הקבלה להזמין ארוחת בוקר כי הטיסה חזרה הייתה מוקדמת והיינו צריכים לצאת ב7:00 בבוקר מהמלון, ביקשנו לקחת את ארוחת הבוקר כמו שעושה כל בית מלון שהייתי בו עד עכשיו. אבל לא במלון הזה! איפשרו להיכנס לחדר אוכל ב7:00 בבוקר עם מזון חלקי מאוד (גבינות קינוחים וירקות) למרות שהוא נפתח ב7:30 רשמית, אבל אסור להוציא משם שום דבר ואם תרצה לקבל קופסא אזי צריך לשלם כסף.

The catering staff are the driving force of this hotel. Special compliments to Hanin and Angelo. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and the evening a la carte restaurants are quite good. Otherwise our stay was a total disappointment and will definitely not return and neither recommend.

We were initially checked into a room on the second floor (no elevator) after we had asked for a room accessible and comfortable to use with a baby. Aside from the inconvenience this caused, we noticed that the AC wasnt working well (temperature reaching 39’ outdoors and ac not going lower than 32’ indoors). We asked for help and were thankfully switched to a room on lower grounds, but the AC was again broken. We asked for assistance again and again…on the third day we were asked to move room again….at 10pm!! Did it need 3 days of complaints doe action to be taken? Not to mention that the second room given was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival (we even found food wrappers from previous guests in the bedside tables. I expect better standards from a 5 star hotel than a consistently broken ac and ventilation system, unsanitary conditions especially for young children and an app that just does not work. We never asked for any compensation (perhaps we should have) but neither did they bend over backwards to help (a simple apology would have sufficed…) Please dont be fooled by the all inclusive offers which undoubtedly attracts families. The a la carte restaurants are excellent but the lunch and dinner buffets with at some point youre going to have to experience through your stay offer little to no healthy options for kids other than the usual fries. We spoke to numerous baby and toddler parents while there and unfortunately we all had the same opinions on the food at least.

Clairement, le personnel était incroyable. Il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour passer en séjour détente et pouvoir se distraire comme il faut. Le principe même et le fonctionnement de l’hôtel était génial, on a vraiment adoré. Il y a des bars absolument partout pour ceux qui aiment les cocktails. On a eu l’occasion de faire un massage, ça se voit que les personnes qui travaillent au spa sont vraiment bien formés. On reviendra dans un établissement grand palladium

The property I went 2017 it was 4 star under other name fiesta Garden Resorts and all I notice is some rooms upgrade only. Gym is very small and on the roof but besides they have big issue with Aircondtion it’s been 1 week since they have problem and still not settled and still they they don’t have enough especially in the reception area. Ones they gave me a tower fan to shut my mouth. I paid almost €2.000 for 4 days not cheap. At all. Food is just ok not much healthy food.

Niente di particolare. Struttura a 5 stelle ma ho visto 3 stelle darti molto di più. Classico villaggio per famiglie e stranieri. Non un posto per rilassarsi. Spiaggia mal tenuta. La camera , un bungalow, accogliente ma da subito con un difetto: il riciclo dell’aria nel bagno non finestrato che va di continuo. Sono venuti dopo 2 solleciti a spegnerlo. A colazione e cena tutto a buffet ma c’è veramente troppa gente. Troppa confusione.

Bellissimo resort, personale molto cortese e sempre attento, pulizia e grande cura

L'animazione per i ragazzi pressoché inesistente, ero andata per fare trascorrere il compleanno a mio figlio di 13 anni in compagnia di uno staff, immaginavo, paragonabile alla qualità di un resort 5 stelle ma ho dovuto intrattenerlo da sola. Inoltre suggerisco di inserire maggiori informazioni ed istruzioni per iscritto, in camera e nei luoghi comuni poiché la app ne contiene troppo poche, inserire anche una piantina della struttura in ogni camera. Le attività sportive di mare (sup, canoe, banana e battesimo del mare) dovrebbero essere inserite nel pacchetto all inclusive, così come un accesso almeno di 1 ora alla spa

Grand Palladium is hands down the best resort we have ever stayed at, and the staff are extraordinarily attentive. As a Coeliac, the gluten-free experience was amazing because the chefs literally made me custom food and would wait to meet me in the dining hall just to make sure I was looked after. Between the incredible pools, the great beach access, outer worldly sunsets, and fantastic dinner options every night, we felt completely spoiled.

The only extremely minor thing was that the towels were a bit stiff and scratchy. It would have been nice if they were a little fluffier after a long day of swimming or relaxing by the beach. Honestly, though, that is literally the only bad thing about the entire trip.

Special recognition to Marika from the service team - amazing customer orientation considering her age, Arifetta from the animation crew - always a smile and funny conversations but most of all to Giusy the most friendly chambermaid met since a longe time

We don´t expect a sterling silver cutlery but a wooden one-way spoon for the ice cream bar is not suitable for a 5* category. As well as there are felt only 2 salt&pepper sets available for the whole dining restaurant - organizing one took a very long time, but was taken away shortly as needed for an other table. Also I would expect a fresh orange juice on the morning buffet not something out of the pack

Hotelli täytti kaikki odotuksemme ja unelmamme Sisiliassa. Ruoka, ihmiset, huone ja alueet oli kauniit. Aktiviteetit oli hyvin hoidettu ja esitykset olivat viihdyttävät. Suosittelemme lämpimästi.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questo resort e non possiamo che consigliarlo a chiunque desideri relax, professionalità e un'accoglienza impeccabile. Fin dal primo giorno siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia da tutto lo staff, sempre disponibile, sorridente e attento a ogni esigenza. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e l'impegno che ogni membro del team mette nel proprio lavoro, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera familiare e allo stesso tempo estremamente professionale. Un ringraziamento speciale va al Bar Shake, dove Salvo P. e Saverio si sono distinti per la loro simpatia, competenza e capacità di far sentire ogni ospite speciale. Sempre gentili, disponibili e con il sorriso, hanno reso ancora più piacevoli i nostri momenti di relax. Desideriamo inoltre fare i complimenti al ristorante Portofino, dove abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti e ricevuto un servizio eccellente. Un plauso particolare a Carmelo Macaluso, Pietro N. e Denise V., che con professionalità, attenzione ai dettagli e grande cordialità hanno contribuito a rendere ogni cena un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La qualità dei servizi, la pulizia, l'organizzazione e soprattutto il valore umano di tutto il personale hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore a tutti. Torneremo sicuramente e raccomanderemo questo resort ad amici e parenti.
