Free shuttle service. Good service. Room was spotless. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good.

Room light can be brighter. Too dim to apply makeup or do writing and laptop work. Full buffet wasn't available due to less guests that day. But the options available for semi buffet was still ok. Wish there was hot chocolate for kids to drink and also better option compared to super processed sausage and ham slice. No mushroom or hash brown. But still a good breakfast.

We couldn't easily cross the road to Kinta Mall to AEON.

Nothing much that I like about the property.

1. The mattress is super not user-friendly and uncomfortable. 2. I was so disappointed with the breakfast buffet, options were way too limited, can’t even counted as a ‘buffet’ ! 3. The parking slots were so limited and we need to pay for it, RM15. 4. The space of the room was so small!

No windows to the room Looking forward to their buffet breakfast.But very disappointed with their semi buffet breakfast.Nothing much to eat n no choices.I have stayed in so many hotels n travelled alot.Never happen this before.Eventhough less occupancy in any hotels,the buffet breakfast is still the same daily

strategic place to go anywhere you want to go..easy to catch grab, have parking area, the staff that shows my room is helpfull..have an escalator and its easy to find my room.

I know refrigerator doesnt include in the facility list but its my opinion the hotel should provide one in each rooms, its convenience for a long stay.. the hotel also doesnt have an appropriate smoking area.. the room is quite small n i need to pray in front of toilet.. the pass key holder in room also seems broken.. the tv is old doesnt include netflix or cant even use miracast or screen mirroring..its boring to stay long in room.. the room is near window.. n i can hear a loud clear noise from outside...last the flushbowl toilet water is slow and i need to wait fo the tank to full n flush again..

It was near to Jusco Shopping Mall which was good and it's very near to all eateries

Ubytování je pěkné a čisté. Personál milý. V ubytování vyžadují deposit 100 MYR, tak je na to být potřeba připravený. Ubytování nabízí snídani a jako milé překvapení byla odpolední káva a zálusek.

Bohužel v mém pokoji byl v noci šílený hluk- ventilace, klimatizace z jiných pokojů nebo z chodby. Já svou měla vypnutou. Bylo nutné mít na spaní sluchátka. Druhou noc to bylo trochu lepší. Je to daleko od všeho.

I was assigned a suite with faulty air-conditioner, TV and mini fridge. I was given a room change but found various safety hazards in the new room.

Hotel should only assigned rooms in working conditions.

This is our second stay here and we love everything. The location is strategic to many restaurants and in driving distance to popular spots. The room is clean and good customer service and facilities.

The water caused me some itch... Maybe I too sensitive

Had a very pleasant stay at 1969 Business Suites Hotel Ipoh. The breakfast was excellent! the porridge was amazing and definitely a must-try! I also had dinner there, and the food was just as good. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I needed a first aid kit, and they sent it to my room immediately, which I really appreciated. One thing I really liked was the tortoise pond located beside the breakfast spot, Cawanmu. There were around 20 tortoises in the two ponds, which added a unique and relaxing touch to the experience. The location is very convenient, with many places within 15 minutes. The hotel is comfortable, peaceful, and free from traffic both inside and outside. Overall, a truly pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Upon entering the room, we noticed the bathroom floor was quite slippery, which could be a hazard, especially for elderly guests like my parents. However, after washing it thoroughly, it was fine. The room is equipped with a Do Not Disturb (DND) button, which is useful if you prefer privacy while you’re away. Unfortunately, I didn’t activate it, and the staff entered the room and removed the complimentary hi-tea cakes. I was a little disappointed about that.

Affordable, good location

Carpet stained n sticky, floor sticky. Bathroom not aged people friendly. A little too high. Floor with given slippers slippery. Escalator not working around 9.30 pm . Problem for someone like me who has a knee injury.

Visually the place was very insta worthy and as shown in pictures. It was about midnight by the time we reached hotel. The staff called us after 11pm to confirm our arrival which for me was a very good gesture as the check in was till 12am only.

The smell of the bed linen was so bad. There were stains on bed sheets and it was covered with the blanket. Once you remove it and snuck in, it was unbearable. The smell made us so uncomfortable and we ended up staying awake till 4am. As commented by others, the water pressure was very low as well.

Location it was next to Shopping Mall. Next to lots of cafes and prime location in Ipoh Gardens.

Room lighting and bathroom. You have a step to go into the bathroom. If it was late at night and you missed the step you might injure yourself. Walk from the free car park to the hotel was confusing.

- Location. Near by is AEON Mall Kinta City within walking distance across a road. - Room. Spacious room. - Beverage Station. Have a nice beverage station at the common area where we can have free flow cold plain water and also coffee and tea with electical thermo flask available and some small snacks.

- Room. Photos from Booking.com was misleading and did not match what Hotel has to offer. I booked a Triplets room supposingly with 3 single beds but ended up Hotel does not have such room layout ended with 1 King and 1 Single which is fine. - TV. Super lousy signal the first 2 days. Image will stutter and frozen then see "Bad Signal" or "No Signal". After I reported, their maintenance came to service and become better. Image become way more stable but after like an hour continuous watching, image would then get frozen and again "No Signal". Would need to power off and on the TV to regain signal and continue watching. These are local channels! - Breakfast. Tried for 2 days and thought if we waked up earlier (Breakfast starts from 0700-1030) and went down around 0715, the prawn soup container would be more filled as first morning we went down around 0800 and same super low level and not sure if would be topping up. There are not many guests this week. - Key Card. Only main key card is working. 2nd one is totally not working even after reporting with their staff checking and verifying. Changed a replacement 2nd key card yet still not working. Since my family would be going out togather, we are ok with a single working key card but not for those who might split heading out. - Bathroom. Bathroom level is a step above the room floor level. This is still ok for my elderly mum of 85 years old but would not be so for others who might have difficulties climbing steps.

Surprisingly such variety of choices. I enjoyed my breakfast.

Lights were very dim. No mirror in the room. I will stay in the hotel again in the future.

Location is the best, easy to go everywhere for food, shopping and meeting. Price is reasonable and the bed is comfy.

The toilet always wet ! Due to no partition .

Would love to have a big mirror or at least standard in the room. It's hard to keep going back to the toilet and it's difficult when the toilet is used by other members

The setup of the hotel which was in a commercial building, which didn't have much privacy as our room window looked out to shops 😅

Two rooms for a family trip. A loft bed for the youngsters. Various offerings for breakfast. Wifi stable. Quiet. We were able to book at the last minute.

There is not an easy sidwalk or zebra crossings to get to the AEON Shopping Center. Requires crossing a busy intersection.
