From the moment we entered the lobby until we reached our room, the entire place was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The air-conditioning display in the lobby was set to 16°C, but the area still felt warm, and no fans were switched on. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff who had to work in such conditions. Unfortunately, our room was no better. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly, so we requested to change rooms. However, the receptionist informed us that the other rooms had the same issue. We were also told that a room change was not allowed because the room rate was already cheap. Honestly, this was disappointing. We arrived around 10 PM and paid the full price for our room. We were not asking for a discount, an upgrade, or anything extra. Regardless of the room rate, a functioning air-conditioner should be considered a basic facility. I would like to give credit to the receptionist, who was kind and tried her best to help. He provided us with a manual air cooler that required water, and thankfully, it helped us get through the night. However, this situation should not have been left for the staff to solve with a temporary solution. The air-conditioning issues need serious attention. We chose this property because of its good ratings and expected a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very different from what we expected. We left feeling disappointed, especially because something as basic as a properly functioning air-conditioner was not available.

The staff service and attitude is bad, send the stupid message before check out time, first message mention check out late more than 1 hour will have extra charges, then second message mention late for half an hour (12.30) will have extra charges, but when I receive the second message is on 12.15, and I was at outside. The hotel management should mention to the hotel guess before or during check in that late for have an hour check out will having the extra charges, is not send for this kind of wrong and stupid message.

Bathroom quite smelly when we arrived but after one night the smell is likely gone.

We were very disapointed by this experience. Staff was not polite. It was more interested to end the shift than to solve issues we had. We had disagreements about how much was paid and how much they got. The difference was 10 myr but we had to pay them again. We had nice big window. But our room was next to reception and even at midnight staff was watching TV and you can hear this very well. There was no toilet paper. But we got it. Hotel is on 3rd floor (not problem for us) but staircase can be with cigarette smoke.

Alasan sedang baiki kerosakan,minta clean room tidak boleh alasan tidak balas WhatsApp sebelum pukul 1 sedangkan waktu tu sedang rehat walaupun dah bagi tahu.tempat lain bila kita tempah banyak hari tiada masalah untuk bersihkan bilik bila kita minta.parking mudah staff pun friendly tapi sayang kemudahan tidak seperti yang di janji kan
