B&B Placa Bell-Lloc

Beautiful second-floor apartment of separate letting rooms, we enjoyed the shared kitchen & delightful lounge. There's a lift to get to the second floor (hard to see when you first get there - tucked away to the left and behind the staircase). Room large & comfortable, host was very friendly and helpful. Location excellent.

A nearby church bell chimes every 15 mins - bring ear plugs!

The sharing of common space was great. The bedroom was comfortable and the bed was excellent.

Bonita decoración y habitación amplia y tranquila .

Decir que hay zona para aparcar cerca es una información muy confusa ya que está en pleno centro y resulta muy difícil llegar y hasta parar para dejar el equipaje. Creo que es una información sitio ideal para hacer turismo cuando se va en transporte público pero no para ir de paso con coche. En mis filtros pongo parking y no cumple esta expectativa. El dueño debería informar que si se accede a esta zona en más de tres ocasiones en un mes (cosa fácil al tener que dar vueltas para acceder) se te multará por un importe de 200€.

The localisation, very central, located in the historical part of the town while still being quiet. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Shared kitchen access, fully equipped. Host very concerned that we have the best time, took time to explain the whole region and recommandations depending on our tastes. Host is invested and knowledgeable of the region, really knows it well. AC available in our room and working well. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Bed is a little stiff, but nothing concerning, we still slept well.

In a superb location of the historic city, surrounding by cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The bed and breakfast is located in an historic building with many original features. It is a relaxed and informal . There is a shared kitchen and living room space and is ideal for a small group. Johnny the host is great , providing lots of interesting information about the location .

Nocleg w samym centrum starego miasta Girony - blisko z dworca, niedaleko do lotniska - zwracam uwagę, że po Gironie nie jeżdżą Ubery więc na lotnisko dojazd tylko lokalnym taxi (40 euro). Bardzo miły gospodarz, lokalizacja jako stare miasto sama w sobie sugeruje, że nie będzie to supernowoczesny apartamnet, natomiast absolutnie nic nie brakowało, z chęcią tam wrócimy, miasteczko cudowne!!

Albo włączacie klimatyzator na noc albo śpicie :) jest na tyle głośny, że ciężko spać z włączonym

Caro para lo que es. El aire acondicionado es portátil y hace mucho ruido.

Ottimo soggiorno. Posizione centrale e parcheggio convenzionato vicino. Lo staff molto cordiale e gentilme , molto carina la signora che ci ha accolto. Le camere sono in un'appartamento molto autentico e ben arredato. Tutti i servizi ottimali nell'area comune La stanza molto accogliente

erano un pó rumorosi i piani superiori al nostro, se soffrite di sonno leggero potrebbero essere fastidiosi

Sehr schönes B&B mitten in Gironas Altstadt. Es is alles zu Fuß erreichbar und die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich und eine gemeinschaftliche kleine Küche.

Parkplätze sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kommunikation war fast ausschließlich über Telefon und obwohl wir im Rahmen der Check-in-Zeiten vor Ort waren wurde uns der Schlüssel im Briefkasten hinterlegt.

El hombre que nos atendió fue muy amable. Además en las partes comunes (salón y cocina) se estaba muy fresquito. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada e incluía café, aceite etc

No deja claro que el salón también es común. De hecho llamé y me comentaron que la habitación tenía un salón privado. La mayoría de las fotos son de las partes comunes. L a habitación sólo contaba con cama y baño privado.

Quiet location close to the center of Girona

The shower was a bit tight and the room we had was next to the kitchen/eating area.

A beautiful B n B in the old town of Girona. We were greeted by Rosa who was lovely and communicated with us before our stay. We got a bit lost so when you enter the road where the small bar is- look up and you will see the sign for the hotel. Enter via the doors and use the elevator to the 2nd floor- it is within a residential building. The property is beautifully quaint and authentic to Girona. We had a lovely room and could use the communal kitchen with free tea and coffee. A great location if you like to walk and see the sites. If you are going during summer be sure to book restaurants. There are 3 wine bars in the vicinity of the hotel but to eat you must book. We went to Vintages which was in the centre on our second night which I recommend! Thank you Rosa and the staff who made our stay feel homely! There are 7 rooms but we did not hear the other guests. Perfecto.

Prachtig mooi karakteristiek oud pand. Basic maar leuk ingericht. We werden ontzettend goed ontvangen. Hadden een prachtige ruime kamer. En de locatie midden in het centrum was echt top. Alles was super dichtbij. Het hotel heeft ook mooie gezamenlijke ruimte & keuken. De volgende keer als ik naar Girona kom, weet ik waar ik moet slapen! En ik kom vast nog een keer terug want wauw wat een prachtige stad is Girona!

Alles hat bis ins letzte geklappt.

Està molt cèntric, és molt acollidor i la Rosa, l'encarregada és molt amable

Mooie ruime kamer dat gelegen is op een zeer goede locatie om de stad te verkennen. Alles is op wandelafstand.

Het bed en douche zijn aan vernieuwing toe. De mobiele airco maakt heel veel geluid zelfs op de laagste stand.

It was a hidden gem in the best part of town. I took a moment to find it but once we did it was nearby all the beautiful spot that people want to see.

Everything was a plus. The only problem that we had was the Wi-Fi. We signed in fact it was constantly disconnecting us. If you have work today then I wouldn't consider it because it's too unreliable. Other than that if you want to click off from internet and social media, it is your perfect spot. The place was absolutely beautiful. The highest was exceptional and accommodating and I would definitely return.

La ubicacion

El baño y el aparato de aire, un pinguino algo anticuadp y ruidoso.

Buena ubicación, céntrica.

El problema es que no se especifica que hay muchas habitaciones alquiladas (de 5 a 7) con un pasillo común. Sí se indica que hay una cocina común. La ducha tiene problemas con el desagüe y te quedas con los pies en el agua. La cama del medio solo tiene paso libre por un lado y te hundes en el colchón. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, sino un ventilador portátil que no se puede mantener encendido por la noche porque es muy ruidoso. Los servicios de la habitación son limitados y el precio es elevado para lo que ofrece.

Ett vänligt välkomnande av Johny till ett fantastiskt läge i gamla stan. Våningen med rummen och tillhörande utrymmen var helt i våran smak. Köpte nybakat utanför. Kaffe och kökstillbehör står till allas förfogande på boendet. Det blev till en lyckad frukost med våningens inramning.

location is perfect in the heart of the old jewish quarter near the cathedral Beautiful communal space with lovely views out onto the square. Room was lovely and large.

The water was off so we had no ensuite. The staff didn't make any apology and didn't offer any other bathroom or toilet facilities until prompted. They then offered a cluttered laundry shower and toilet across the other side of the communal rooms. This room was a storage room and the shower head was not attached to the wall... all in all less than satisfactory and certainly below our expectations.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti del centro. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura sia a pagamento al chiuso che lungo la strada. Pulizia sublime

Smell coming from the bathroom and the kitchen table less than 1 meter away from my door. It was a loud in the mornings when people had breakfast and talk just in front of my room.

Pensem què han d'haver tovalloles de bany, però també de mà. Per dir un altre cosa, el llit és una mica alt, còmode però alt.

Best value for the money in Girona. Great location, free parking 400 m away. Charming service.

Charm galore and Johnny was a warm and welcoming host. We had access to the refrigerator and coffee.

It was very hard to find.

Location is fabulous! Fortunately, our room faced the front. Not all are the same. Room did not have king bed as described. Shower small, water did not drain well. Owner helpful with area info.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Mitten in der Altstadt.

Schwer zu finden. Eingang in der linken Ecke des kleinen Platzes. Der Name der Unterkunft steht an den Fenstern in der zweiten Etage. Parken muss man außerhalb der Altstadt, ca. 8 Minuten entfernt.

Creo que calidad-precio no está compensado. Me tocó una habitación pequeña con un andamio en el balcón. La ventana no cerraba bien y era bastante ruidosa. Reservé para una noche y al final me marché y no me quedé a dormir.

Hébergement très bien placé au cœur du centre historique de Gérone, vous pouvez tout voir à pied. Il y a également des commerces et des restaurants tout près. Le B&b Placa Bell-bloc est un établissement charmant tenu par un Monsieur très gentil avec qui on discute avec plaisir, il nous a donné le plan de Gérone en nous montrant tout ce qu il y a à voir ainsi que des recommandations de restaurants. La chambre était belle, confortable et bien équipée avec tv proposant netflix. Nous avons bien dormi. Il y a une cuisine que vous pouvez utiliser dans l’hébergement si vous voulez vous faire à manger. Bref une très bonne adresse pour séjourner à Gérone, j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Pared de piedra vista original. Detalle de tener champú, gel, jabón en el lavabo. Posibilidad de cocinar sencillo, hacerse alguna infusión, café etc, de echo mi amiga desayuno ahi.

La persona que ens va atendre va ser molt amable,. La situació del B&B és excepcional, enmig del barri vell de Girona. L'establiment és un pis amb zones comuns i varies habitacions adaptades, el lavabo està construït a dins de les habitacions, petit, útil i net. La resta tot net i endreçat. Al balcó hi havia unes flors precioses. Quan vam ser-hi no va haver problemes de soroll del carrer. Cafè, té inclòs, begudes de la nevera 1€ l'aigua i el refresc 2€.

Hi havia una mica de pols a dins de les làmpades i com soc al·lèrgica ho vaig notar. Hi havia mosquits, quan obres el balcó has de tenir en compte els insectes.

És super cèntric i la Rosa és molt amable i pacient. L’habitació era molt gran i tenia de tot per poder ser autosuficient, realment recomenable.

Fantastic location right in the centre of the old area. A beautiful old apartment with large rooms, high ceilings and gorgeous old tiled floors. Our room looked out onto the plaça. Johnny is a wonderful host. He goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable. There is an excellent communal kitchen and lounge which means that you can self cater.

Nothing really. It's an old house which means it has a few quirks like not putting the shower on full blast so that it can drain. It's a small thing but I would've liked a washer to use with the shower gel. If church bells going all night will bother you, bring ear plugs!
