Location was excellent. Apartment very clean Beds very comfortable.

The house next door was being renovated. We were woken up at 8am with loud banging against our bedroom wall. It sounded like a wall was being demolished. This went on for 1 hour.

Apartment was beautiful, spotless and stylish. Had everything we needed. Beds ooh so comfortable. Location simply the best 👌

We had maxi dresses for a wedding and couldn't hang them full length in wardrobe but really wasn't an issue. Great place

Apartamento de 2 habitaciones en la plaza del ayuntamiento de Gerona . Excelente ubicación . Techos altos y con el encanto de ser un edificio antiguo restaurado manteniendo su esencia . Ropa de cama y almohadas de hotel . Su gel de baño y champú huelen que alimentan .

Es raro que el inodoro esté dentro del espacio de la ducha , resulta un poco incómodo . Mejorable si pusieran un ganchito para colocar el rollo del papel higiénico .

La localización inmejorable; en pleno centro histórico. El apartamento renovado con muy buen gusto.

Desafortunadamente el olor a fritura proveniente de los restaurantes de abajo impregnaba todas las estancias.

We absolutely loved our stay in Girona. The apartment was stunning and perfect for our family, with a brilliant location right in the heart of the Old Town. We were just a short walk from some fantastic restaurants and cafés, as well as all the history, culture and sights Girona has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. We would definitely book this apartment again and hope to return in the near future. Absolutely loved it!

We loved the location, the vibe of the old town and the standard of the accommodation!! We would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Girona!!

It was a bit tricky to find on the street so maybe a bit more instruction to make it easier would be useful

Era muy grande, céntrico y con lo necesario para un apartamento

Tengo que decir que nos molestó muchísimo un olor contínuo como a pescado frito y lo tuvimos cada dia. No sé de donde salia pero era muy desagradable. Luego la taza del Wc está dentro de la ducha. No es práctico, ni cómodo. Tienes que salir a buscar el papel del Wc fuera y si lo dejas dentro se moja o te mojas tu los pies si te acabas de duchar.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Das Parkhaus ist direkt unter dem Apartment.. die Ausstattung ist ordentlich. Das Apartment liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone, die auch abends ab 23 Uhr immer wieder belebt ist. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde gegenüber gebaut und das begann bereits früher am Morgen. Die Klimaanlage ist tatsächlich keine richtige Klimaanlage, da der Abluftstaub aus dem offenen Fenster gehängt werden müsste. Es war etwas zu warm.. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hermeto war sehr gut.

Die Lage ist toll, jedoch muss man es mögen, dass abends die Fußgängerzone und der Platz recht belebt ist und damit auch etwas laut. Die Klimaanlage ist keine richtige Klimaanlage und deshalb ist es etwas zu warm im Zimmer.

The whole apartment was smelling of food, probably from the restaurants below, so my whole staff and clothes absorbed this smell.

Excellent comfortable appartment in a superb location. Close to wonderful restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to all the historic sites of Girona.

It's a well equipped apartment in a central location but spoilt by horrible contract and rules. The apartment had two bedrooms, an open plan sitting and dining area with a partly screened kitchen area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed except for a dish cloth. The washing machine and tumble dryer were located behind a wall panel in one of the bedrooms. We had to ask the maintenance team to show us where they were. The bathroom had a large two person sink meaning the toilet was in the shower which was a bit strange. The bed we slept in was huge, the bedding very clean and the bed was comfortable. The free wifi was good and the air conditioning took a while to cool the apartment but was very effective once it got going. A card key opened the front (street) door and apartment door and we felt secure. Although we were above a square with cafes and bars, we weren't disturbed by the noise. There was some noise from the neighbours but this was OK. The cleaning team make a lot of noise on the stairwell when they are working.

We had to check in at a hotel about 10 minutes walk away. This was OK for us but might be an issue if you are arriving late or with a lot of luggage. We were asked to sign a 7 page contract which had a lot of rules and threats of charges. We read this carefully. We had to pay an extra 210 euros as a deposit and that we would be charged 60 euros if the apartment wasn't clean and 30 euros if we didn't recycle our rubbish properly. After our stay, we queried these rules and charges and they clarified these but the contract wasn't clear and the hotel staff couldn't clarify at the time of checking in. We couldn't check in until 4pm which we thought was too late given we had to vacate the apartment at 11am. As a result of the rules and threats of charges, we took photos of damage and cleaning issues when we arrived in case the owners tried to charge us for damages and extra cleaning. There were some cleaning issues in the apartment, many of the walls and doors were scuffed and marked, the chair, sofa and cushions were stained as was the carpet. There were burn marks in the flooring and greasy hand prints on the doors and walls. The cistern for the toilet did not stop properly so water ran all the time. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very dirty and we think it was so clogged with dirt that it wouldn't work. It gave a loud noise when you switched it on so we didn't use it. The rule about recycling rubbish properly was because you had to take your rubbish out and deposit it in a series of automatic bins on the street. There is a card in the apartment you have to use to open the bins to put your waste in. The TV in the lounge had very few channels working. We noted many of the local Spanish channels didn't work. The battery cover on the remote control was missing.

The apartment was centrally located in the historic area most suitable for tourists. The access card was picked up from the Hotel which also owns the apartment.

Check-in is quick and easy at the hotel (from 4pm), which is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A great bonus is that you can store your luggage at the hotel after check-out if you have a later flight. Multiple aparents jeys provided as they are similar to hotel room cards- v handy. The spacious 2-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with three restaurants directly below, creating a lively atmosphere right outside the door. Despite this, the bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property and are remarkably quiet. As a light sleeper, I was amazed that I couldn't hear any noise - not even the nearby church bells. Wi-fi was good. The thoughtful extras really stood out, including bathrobes and slippers in both bedrooms, plenty of towels, and generous supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet roll and hand soap. Basic kitchen cleaning supplies were also provided, which was very convenient. The location couldn't be better, with shops, restaurants and attractions all on your doorstep. I highly recommend Restaurant VII next door.

A stunning, modern apartment in the heart of Girona's old center. We were surprised at how super spacious it was. Check-in is done with a hotel nearby and we got some excellent tips for restaurants to explore too. We loved it and would return any time!

Spacious, comfortable, great location! Washer and dryer in unit worked well. Our train was delayed so we arrived late on a very rainy night. Check in is at a nearby hotel, staff was very patient and responsive. We were able to catch a taxi for about 12€ that took us first to check in then the hotel.

L'apartament està molt ben situat, al cor de la ciutat de Girona. És un aparthotel i, per tant, té els avantatges d'una habitació d'hotel: barnús i sabatilles per dutxar-se, tovalloles grans i petites, sabó per rentar-se les mans, gel i xampú, entre d'altres. Ascensor. Pàrquing a més bon preu. Cuina molt ben equipada. Sala menjador amb cadires, sofà, butaca i moble de TV amb televisor. L'apartament està situat en un edifici amb valor històric, però molt ben habilitat per dins com a bloc d'apartaments turístics. Sortint de l'edifici ja ets al bell mig del nucli antic de Girona i pots gaudir de tots els serveis que necessitis, a més de passejar i visitar el centre històric de la ciutat, que és una preciositat.

Estaria bé que la televisió fos intel·ligent, és a dir, una SMART TV, i així poder veure continguts de les diferents plataformes. A la sala menjador hi ha poca llum. En una de les habitacions, una de les bombetes del llum de la tauleta de nit no funcionava. La dutxa i el vàter estan junts en un sol cubicle i has d'anar molt amb compte a l'hora de dutxar-te de no esquitxar la tassa del vàter o que l'aigua surti fora del recinte de la dutxa.

Location. Stone wall in one bedroom. Ample closet space. The apartment was quiet even though we were only one floor above a busy square with restaurants and bars on the ground level of our building.

There were a few odd things about this rental. We were charged a damage deposit of more than the price (for one night’s stay), and yet some of the furnishings were cheap and flimsy. For example, the legs of the nesting coffee tables need to be screwed in more tightly. As is they are unstable and fragile. The living room rug is worn and a tripping hazard; also not really in keeping with the rest of the decor. There should be a toilet paper holder in the toilet area. Also the shower and toilet being combined is odd. Maybe for one couple it would be acceptable. But for two couples sharing a 2 BR apt it was untenable. Although it was nice to have the terrace, it should be clear on the booking information that it is an “interior” terrace with no view. The unit we were given did not match the photo on Booking.com (in the section where it said “choose your room”), and I found that misleading.

Tijdens het inchecken zeer vriendelijk geholpen. We waren te vroeg , ook dat was geen probleem. Groot, ruim en mooi appartement midden in het centrum. Hondje welkom (wat in Spanje niet vanzelfsprekend is) Bezienswaardigheden en restaurants op loopafstand.

Todo ha pasado perfecto! Check in es muy rápido, apartamentos es muy cerca del lugar de check-in. El apartamento es totalmente equipado y muy limpio!

Het comfort en locatie van het appartement. De sleutel haal je op bij de receptie van het hotel dat de appartementen beheerd. Dit hotel ligt op loopafstand van het appartement. Na afloop hoef je de sleutel niet in te leveren bij het hotel, kwestie van sleutelpassen in het appartement laten en de deur achter je dichttrekken. Locatie van het appartement is midden in het oude centrum van Girona en is top. Makkelijke toegankelijk want er is ook een lift. Het appartement zelf is ruim van opzet, uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt en de bedden en sanitaire voorzieningen zijn ook tiptop in orde.

Spacious apartment perfectly located in the heart of Girona, within walking distance of everything. Recently renovated, accessible by elevator, and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, and the sound insulation from outside noise is excellent.

The shower and toilet share the same space, which I found a bit inconvenient—especially when trying to keep the toilet paper dry. Depending on how tidy you are, the toilet area can easily get wet after a shower. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

Gironaの旧市街のロケーションは、ちょっとした買い物からグルメなレストランまでがすぐ近くにあり、とても便利だった。

朝食があるとなおいいなと思った。 たまたま祝日の日があり、スーパーなど閉まっていて、朝方食べるものにありつけなかった。

The only thing was the ancient clock of the town hall that chimes every 15 minutes. Not great for poor sleepers but at least you don’t have to look at your watch!
