Reviewed Aug 9, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at Citadines Al Ghubrah, in all the 5 times I have been there. All the staff were extremely kind, nice, and professional, especially Muzna. She is one of a kind! This hotel and its staff are so good that I thought, on my flight to Manila, I would choose it. I did, and the quality of the hotel was similar, but the staff disappointed me for choosing Lyf Malate Manila! However, I wish the best of luck and success to all the Citadines staff and hope we could meet soon, Inshallah.
Nothing. Every thing was in its best style.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The hotel is clean and reasonable. The location is 10 mints walk from Sultan Qaboos mosque, and Mall of Oman.
The breakfast is limited could do with more variety with juices, hot food, and pasteries. Breakast manager did not ask if we wanted a fresh omlette made every morning, and was suprised to see it was being served to Omani people rather than international clients.
