La ubicación y sobre todo el personal, hay una chica que está para todo y es un encanto, te ayuda en lo que la pidas, es super amable. Es un hotel amable y sencillo, atentos con el huesped. Y si vienes muy cansado al lado hay un spa.

Por poner una pega, escaleras al entrar como casi todos los edificios si traes maletas que pesen te costará subirlas.

La situación excepcional muy cerca del mercado. Está en una calle tranquila junto a comercios y zonas de comer muy buenas, spas muy decentes. Enfrente un sitio de cerveza artesanal. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero suficientes y todo limpio. El precio maravilloso, baño moderno y el personal muy amable.

櫃台服務人員態度很好，飯店位置不錯，我們都走路去濱城市場、高島屋百貨、歌劇院、中央郵局、獨立宮、咖啡公寓等景點，旁邊就有便利商店補給方便。

電視youtube使用上卡卡，不知道是不是一定要登入自己的帳號，而不能用guest。

Excellent receptionist who looked after our every need...thank you! Comfy room, if a little small, with excellent a/c and en suite. Excellent location in quiet street near the centre with fantastic 'sreet food' restaurant (Bep Me In...Mama's Kitchen with a Twist) two doors away opposite a craft beer bar!

The room was smaller than we expected but it wasn’t a problem.

it's situated near everything, makes everything walkable but it's not on main Street that means it's v quiet. Breakfast is nice .The rooms were nice. Beds were soft n comfy. Staff were really polite and helped us receive our shopee parcels

We loved our stay at Piano hotel. A small and quiet hotel but has everything you need. Modern rooms with room card doubling as your key to the safe, great bathroom and shower, comfortable bed. The staff are super friendly with 24hr reception. The location was perfect for us, the hotel is on a quiet street and we walked everywhere. Local shops and restaurants just at your doorstep. Would highly recommend Piano hotel

The hotel is very good located for visiting HCM, also very close (walking distance) to bus, limousine transport. A small hotel but we felt very welcome, everything is so clean and well arranged and organised. Breakfast in a nice, quiet area and enough choice. Bravo! Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cichy hotel w bocznej ulicy. Śniadanie podstawowe, ale smaczne. Obsługa pomocna. Dobre Wi-Fi. Mógłby być trochę tańszy. Codziennie sprzątany pokój. Sam pokój mały, ale to taki standard w Azji południowo wschodniej.

L'emplacement était parfait pour faire le centre à pied. Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après le check out pour pouvoir se promener tranquillement et il nous a été proposé la possibilité de prendre une douche afin de se rafraîchir avant de prendre notre vol. Cette petite attention laisse une bonne note avant notre voyage 😊 Merci encore

the hotel is tucked away in an alley in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City. so,the noise level was very minimal, almost none. But then you step away from the hotel and turn one street and everything is super close. you can walk everywhere. the room is comfortable and quiet and the staff are helpful and welcoming.

I think the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. it was not a big deal as I disinfect everything anyway but I wished they had given it a good scrubbing after each guest.

Very friendly staff, clean house, always helping. After one bad experience in HCMC the Piano Hotel was the perfect stay for us during our last days on our Vietnam trip.

Great spot! Lovely staff, good air con, spacious rooms and the brekky was lovely. Bonus that the restaurant to the right of it also had delicious food. We stayed here twice during our visit, and would stay again.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous donnez une sur booking aussi élevé, ma chambre était borgne, exiguë, pas de chaîne internationale sur la tv, un spot comme éclairage dans la SDB, le petit déjeuner très frugal, ça mérite 5 pour la gentillesse du personnel.

Central location on a quiet street. The guy from the reception was fantastic, he prepared breakfast for us earlier because we had to go for trips, ordered taxi for us and even carry our luggage.

Betten gut, alles sauber, Klimaanlage konnte man in 2 Stufen einstellen und damit schlafen. Frühstück kann man auswählen zw International oder vietnamesis, gebratene Nudeln oder Pho gleich morgens, lecker 😋. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gleich nebenan gutes günstiges Restaurant und vorne an der Hauptstraße 24 Minimarkt. Für 2 Nächte alles da

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre est très spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est très sympa. Nous avons eu un quiproquo sur la navette pour l’aéroport, elles ont trouvé une solution tout de suite et avec le sourire! Idéal pour explorer le District 1 à pied. Rue calme et agréable.

hôtel bien positionné dans le centre du district 1, dans une ruelle calme, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est très aimable et prévenant : on m'a proposé un petit déjeuné à emporter lors d'un départ de bonne heure sur une excursion. Je recommande si vous appréciez les petites structures avec un contact plus personnalisé.

Hotel situé dans une rue calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel a été dévoué pour nous aider dans nos déplacements et ce qu'il y avait à visiter. Si je revenais à Ho Chi Minh, je redescendrai dans cet hôtel.

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, but it was still easy to locate. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. It’s within walking distance of major attractions, although I ended up using Grab most of the time because of the heat 🤣

The toilet had a slight mouldy smell.

Die Unterkunft war superzentral und dennoch ruhig, da sie in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Frühstück mit Obst und Kaffee soviel man möchte ist ein guter Einstieg in den Tag. Die Klimaanlage konnte man gut regulieren und lief leise. Alles war sehr sauber.

Enjoyed the stay very much! We got to the hotel before check in time but our room was already ready! Very clean with ok breakfast. Great location. Stuff was kind and helpful, they informed us about payment options, for cards fee will be chargded. Definitely would come back again.

Központban, de ahhoz képest teljesen nyugodt a környék, mert egy kisebb utcában van. Éjfél körül érkeztünk a szállodába, de probléma nélkül be tudtunk jutni. A szoba tiszta és igényes, pont úgy néz ki, mint a képen amit foglaltunk és az ágy is kényelmes volt. A személyzet nagyon rendes és segítőkész. Éjszaka nagyon későn ment a gépünk és kicsekkolás után is volt lehetőség a csomagok tárolása mellett ledőlni egy pár órára és felfrissülni. Kiváló szálláshely, nagyon ajánlom!!

The staff were all amazing! They were happy to help every time. The location was central to everything which makes it convenient.

The pillows sheets were not the cleanest on day 1 but they quickly changed it anyway. Not a major issue.

A very clean and welcoming property, functional and well located. The position is convenient, although the city itself is very large, so you will likely need to take a Grab from time to time to move around. The standard rooms are unfortunately a bit claustrophobic as they face the internal staircase, but this does not take away from the cleanliness and functionality of the room and bathroom, which are both satisfactory. The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. The breakfast could perhaps be a bit richer, but it is still in line with the standard of the hotel and with the price. For a short stay in the city, it is definitely recommended.
