Le stanze sono microscopiche, altro che 20 mq. In aggiunta i soffitti sono molto bassi. Mi è sembrato di soggiornare in una cuccetta di un treno. Aggiungo che non hanno mai pulito la stanza durante tutto il soggiorno.

Amazing room, the staff are lovely, breakfast is very good.

The hotel is in a decent location, quite close to attractions and sight seeing. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

However our bedding and towels were not necessarily clean, with stains and black hairs. The hotel definitely reflects the price and is good for a budget-friendly option.

Piccola struttura in una strada abbastanza tranquilla per gli standard di Saigon. Camera pulita e con letti confortevoli.

Inesistenza di insonorizzazione. 3 notti e mai un cambio asciugamani o pulizia camera. Camera assegnata diversa da quella prenotata, in quanto dava sulla piscina e alle 7 già c’era gente dentro.

Great little place! Location is right in district 1 so super easy to get everywhere. The staff are delightful and do everything they can to ensure you have an awesome stay. My room was clean, dry, had a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable. It also has a smart tv which I used to log into my Netflix account. The water pressure was good. Breakfast was great, lovely fresh fruit and also a menu to order off too. The pool is clean and nice for a quick dip, not the kind of pool to relax in really as it is more decorative I felt. Loads of reviews about noise and I think this is subject to the kind of people that are also in the hotel at the time - my stay was quiet.

There is a restaurant next door so expect a little noise after their closing.

Meget støj på altan, ikke hyggeligt. Utæt ter Altandør. Mindre rum end antaget. Pool ok men ikke hyggelige omgivelser.

The location was perfect for exploring the city nice quiet street away from the traffic. Rooms were good and looked new with a super comfy bed. The staff were amazing and helped in every way possible .

Breakfast was only until 9 which was a little early to finish form us late risers .

Отличное отношение персонала,огромный чистый номер, тихо, прекрасные завтраки,всегда тарелка с фруктами и завтрак по меню на выбор,готовят тут же.небольшой но чистый бассейн,рядом с остановками общественного транспорта,если вы на байке то есть парковка при отеле.

Small squashy room, smelly towels, Limited choice of breakfast. I was shy to ask different items in breakfast as the menu was fixed.

petit soucis à nôtre arrivée pour la chambre de nos enfants.. 15-16 et 17 ans. Une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Nous avions précisé leur âge, et dans la chambre seulement un grand lit, et un petit canapé. après une discussion houleuse, nous avons réussi à obtenir un matelas au sol pour le troisièmes ado. sinon, il dormait dans le petit canapé car c'est le lit pour les enfants.. dans ce cas pourquoi demander l'âge des enfants? et dire que c'est une chambre pour trois. le personnel n'était pas forcement très agréable ni conciliant, et disait que c'était de notre faute.

We liked the locatiin and ease for getting around the city.

The breakfast was not very good. The bathroom extractor fan cover was blocked with dust. When it was cleaned the dirty dust was left on our towel rack.

Description of rooms was not right.

Personeel is weer aller vriendelijks. De ligging prima. Makkelijk vanuit daar naar mooie en bijzondere plekken te lopen en een supermarkt op de hoek.

Het is een wat viezig straatje, je schrikt even als je aan komt rijden. Dan waren de kamers boven heerlijk groot maar beneden klein voor 2 personen. Bedden waren synthetisch en daarom wat warm.

Emplacement idéal. Chambres propres et il y avait de la pression pour prendre une douche.

La piscine est à côté de la réception et un pont pour aller aux chambres passe par dessus. Aucune intimité. De plus nous avions une chambre côté piscine. Je n' ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit en raison du bruit de la route.

Qi was so helpful with regard to getting to Fanjingshan, advising us, offering to book and then giving us a lift to the entrance at East Gate. That was really above and beyond!

Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et se met à notre disposition pour nous répondre ou organiser des activités. L’emplacement de l’hôte est bien. Tout est accessible à pied pour les marcheurs sinon vous pouvez prendre un grab. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon.

L’hôtel est pas très bien insonorisé. Il faudrait juste changer les portes et les fenêtres.

L’accueil de Sun et sa gentillesse. La propreté de l’hôtel. La gentillesse des dames le matin. La petite piscine. Le petit déjeuner. Le nettoyage rapides de nos vêtements et chaussures.

Great price for the location. Liked the location as it was central but not in an overly touristy area. Walking distance from a large supermarket. Staff were friendly. Liked that the rooms were large and roomy.

The room layout could be designed better. Power points were not in the right location for you to charge your phone while using the phone in bed. Dust bin in bathroom was positioned under the sink to be clear from bathroom door and door to the shower, but as it was underneath bathroom cabinets, we couldn’t open the bin lid fully and had to pull out the bin. Breakfast ends quite early at 9am. Room came with only one key so was more tricky if I was splitting up for the day with a friend. We left the key behind with the staff, but at times at night time they weren’t at the reception for us to easily retrieve the key. We were able to call staff via WhatsApp though.

Não era exatamente o que esperava. O quarto não era muito espaçoso. O lençol de baixo sai constantemente e ficávamos a dormir diretamente no colchão. O pequeno almoço era pouco variado.

Non c'è la cassaforte ancorata nella stanza . Ne hanno portata una mobile su mia richiesta ma senza pile.solo con chiave . Camera più piccola che in foto.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Top notch, they even prepared breakfast for me in the last day as I was checking out very early. So thoughtful of them!

Petit hôtel sympathique et bien situé à deux pas d'un quartier très animé dans le district 1. Chambre confortable (202) avec un balcon donnant sur une rue calme. Personnel charmant et très accueillant "Moon" en particulier. Accueil a l'arrivée avec jus de fruit et une assiette de fruits frais très apprécié. Literie de bonne qualité. Piscine petite mais qui a le mérite d'exister.

Un seul bémol : le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet et ceci n'est pas mentionné sur booking. Choix limité sur une carte ou figurent deux ou trois possibilités seulement... Vege ou soupe vietnamienne ou pain de mie beurre / confiture ou oeufs (frits ou omelette) plus the ou café et fruits...

A really nice hotel, very well located. Nice room with great AC, storage and modern bathroom with hot shower. Pool looked good but too busy to use. Breakfast loads of choices and plentiful with an additional large fruit side each day. Fantastic laundry service. What really set the place above was the fantastic customer service. Constantly happy , friendly and forthcoming with help. Highly recommended.

The hotel street was not good. Small dirty street, but what really was disappointing was the hotel right next door called Cupid hotel. It was an hourly adult hotel offering free sex toys. Not very family friendly. In addition, the sites we wanted to see were far away.... Only close to the market. Pool is also very small and in the middle of the hotel . Shower flooded bathroom, bad design . I would stay elsewhere for this price next time.

Great place! Great location! Quiet street and close to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean! Staff were amazing, their English was so good (not that it matters unless you really stress about that stuff) and they were just all so helpful. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Saigon

L'accueil et la bienveillance du personnel.

On arrival they welcomed us with freshest fruit platter... sooo good. The organised grabs and you could swing a cat in the room. Spent one night, just a flight stop over but it was relaxing and they were generous.

В общем если абстрагироваться от некоторых неудобств, таких как маленький телевизор, маленькое окошко в коридор и неудобные двери в ванной и туалете вроде все хорошо. Персонал просто добавляет сразу плюс один бал гостинице, великолепные люди, мне очень понравились.

Немного все устало, убраться можно было бы и получше. Полотенце для ног нет. Ну и все наверное больше придраться не к чему
