Beautiful views and all the staff were fantastic. Impeccable service, nothing is too much trouble. The views from the pool and terrace at stunning with great food to match. Hotel was lovely & small enough for a personal service but with a 5* feel! Highly recommend!

Salvatore was fantastic. He booked many tours for us with the best people imaginable. The breakfast was all fresh from the property. It was delicious and truly life-changing. The pool and the views are indescribable very clean very calm overall it was amazing. We were there for our honeymoon.

Cały zespół był niezwykle uprzejmy, serdeczny i pomocny - każda prośba spotykała się z uśmiechem i ogromnym zaangażowaniem. Sam hotel jest przepiękny, kameralny i bardzo zadbany. Widać dbałość o każdy szczegół, a atmosfera sprawia, że można naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć się wyjątkowo. Ostatnią noc spędziliśmy w pokoju z przepięknym widokiem, który zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie i był idealnym zakończeniem pobytu. Obsługa pomogła nam również zorganizować wycieczkę łodzią wzdłuż Wybrzeża Amalfi oraz transfer na lotnisko, dzięki czemu dosłownie na każdym etapie mogliśmy liczyć na ich pomoc. Podróżujemy dużo i mamy już swoje ukochane miejsca, dlatego tym bardziej możemy powiedzieć, że Anna Belle trafia do naszego TOP 3 hoteli, do których zdecydowanie chcemy wrócić. Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi za cudowny pobyt i stworzenie miejsca, które było czymś więcej niż tylko pięknym hotelem. Do zobaczenia ponownie!

We had a lovely time here! The staff are great and very helpful, nothing is too much! The free shuttle into sorrento is also fab and means you can enjoy the relaxed nature of the hotel whilst also being able to explore easily!

Sorrento in general had lots of mosquitos so need to take spray!

Just what we needed after a mad 3 day wedding for our son in Puglia!!!

Excellent and kind staff, attentive, and the service to was the highest degree. The staff were super helpful in both day-to-day service and coordinating transport and activities. The shuttles to and from the city were very convenient. The atmosphere of the residence is amazing, with breathtaking views spanning the whole property.

Totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were so attentive and could not do enough to make our stay just perfect. Amazing view of Sorrento. Breakfast was fantastic and really set us up for the day. Our room was stunning with the largest terrace I have ever had before (view in the evening was unbelievable.

I can not praise this hotel highly enough. The beautiful grounds, clean and bright hotel rooms and most importantly the incredible care and attention given by the staff there made it a fantastic holiday. The breakfasts were amazing (missing them already!) as was the restaurant in the evening (we ate there 3 times as it was so good). We never had to worry about getting a sun lounger and the courtesy car service to and from Sorrento was so easy to arrange. We went to Pompei, Capri and had a tour of Ravello, Amalfi and Positano arranged by Salvatore. All brilliant! We had an unfortunate incident whilst out and about and the hotel team went above and beyond in helping in care and support following it. We will be back!

This is the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at and it truly took our breath away. My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and were hoping for a peaceful, picturesque and comfortable place to unwind from the more hectic parts of our travels. The Anna Belle delivered and then some. The grounds are so gorgeous that pictures cannot do it justice. We upgraded to an extensive view room and were treated to a huge furnished balcony (Aquamarina room). I believe most if not all the rooms do have views of the water but the top 2 floors also have balconies. The service staff wears black tie uniforms and are very attentive and accommodating. Salvatore at the front desk is genuinely invested in every guest enjoying themselves to the upmost. He took a lot of time to talk with us about what we were hoping to see and do then prioritized his recommendations accordingly. Everyone else at the front desk was helpful and pleasant too. The pool is gorgeous and refreshing. We always found lounge chairs when we wanted them. Very luxurious and relaxing. We never wanted to leave.

We had the distinct pleasure of dining at this elegant hotel perched in olive and lemon groves high above Sorrento. Sitting on the slate tiled terrace, we enjoyed a balcony panorama from Ischia to Vesuvio but that wasn't even the best part! Panko crusted breadsticks hand rolled by the chef alongside an amuse-bouche and a welcoming glass of prosecco set the scene for thoroughly delicious food. Indeed we so loved our meal that we spoke to the chef on leaving congratulating him for his deft reinvention of traditional regional recipes. My only regret is that I did not leave room for the Riccotta Pera Cake that I know would have been a delight. While we were staying at a nearby villa, this hotel is indeed elegant and slow easy luxury if the gorgeous pool and lobby were any indication. Do make sure that this location is in your Sorrento itinerary. Bellissima!

Abseits der Massen, dennoch ist man schnell in Sorrent und auch die Amalfiküste ist einfach zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat nur wenige Zimmer, bietet Ruhe und Erholung mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf Sorrent und den Vesuv. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich bemüht und zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück wird alles serviert was das Herz erfreut.

When we were planning our wedding and honeymoon, my then fiancee scoured all the reviews and identified Anna Belle as the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. She couldn’t have been more right. Anna Belle is literally a piece of heaven and will always have a special place in our hearts. The hotel’s location provides serene tranquility surrounded as it is by olive and lemon trees and gardens growing fresh ingredients onsite. This is coupled with the breathtaking vista overlooking the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius in the background. It’s a view you could never tire of. The rooms are also sizeable, well decorated and comfortable. If all that wasn’t enough already, now we get to what makes Anna Belle truly exceptional which is the people who provide an incredibly professional and very personalised experience for all their guests. Carmine, Luigi, Giovanna, Alex and Mario always looked after us royally and constantly went the extra mile to make our stay special. Salvatore was a great help in organising our excursions. I would encourage anyone visiting Anna Belle not to book excursions in advance. Salvatore was able to organise cheaper and much more convenient trips than the pre booked ones we had initially selected. Last and in no way least, we come to the food. Every sumptuous dish we tried was simply divine and always beautifully presented. We had several meals away from the hotel but none of those came close to the consistently exquisite Anna Belle offerings. Grazie mille a tutti e arrivederci al prossimo incontro.

Very beautiful everywhere on the property. The garden and the amazing view and the chickens were all favorites. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Quiet and relaxing vibe. Other guests also nice and were from lots of interesting places. Food, including a terrific dinner, and drinks were wonderful. Salvatore (the manager at the desk) was extremely helpful before our arrival and during our stay. He helped us setup several terrific trips, and also helped our young nephew stay an extra night and helped us with nephew's travel plans. Overall -- beyond wonderful.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer und Vesuv, sehr großem Garten mit Oliven- und Zitronen Bäumen. Das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich Danke insbesondere dem Carmine, Marco, Luigi ,Salvatore und der Giovanna. Uns Stand auch kostenfrei ein Shuttle-Service nach Sorrent zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Die Putztruppe war morgens ab ca.7Uhr sehr laut ,so dass man nicht länger schlafen konnte. Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet, nur die Nachttische passten nicht dazu, die waren leider aus Blech, sollte man vielleicht an die anderen Möbel anpassen und auswechseln.

We have just spent a few days at this wonderful hotel. The staff here are exceptional and are the reason for our five star review. Salvatore and the team are the best hotel staff we have ever come across. They were so warm, friendly, helpful and kind, without being overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very comfortable and at home. The food was superb, especially dinner and our room was clean, quiet and comfy. The location is great, with the most amazing view of the Bay of Naples, Sorrento and Vesuvius. Whilst up the hill above the town, this was perfect because it made it so peaceful. The complimentary car to take you down and pick you up from the centre of Sorrento made getting about, both in the day time & in the evening, really very easy so, all in all, our stay was just fantastic. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Super vriendelijk personeel, echt top! Mooie accomodatie gunstig gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Amalfi/Positano/Capri. Heel fijn is de shuttlebus die je op aanvraag kan reserveren. Wij zijn naar Sorrento gebracht/opgehaald voor een dagtrip naar Capri. Ontbijt is ook geweldig.

De airco werkte niet zo goed. Het is een mooie accomodatie maar wel overpriced.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest niesamowita, do tego pięknie położony basen. Przemiła obsługa. Pokoje są bardzo wygodne i przestronne. Hotel oferuje bezpłatny transfer do miasta na życzenie. Polecam dla osób ceniących sobie spokój i obiekty z duszą.

Część śniadania mogłaby być w formie bufetu.

Seriously, this place is flawless. I was amazed the second I got here. Everything—from the vibe to the service, the views, and the food—was just perfect. I didn’t want to leave and honestly could stay for a week. Definitely coming back!

wir waren anfang april in sorrent und ein bisschen mühsam war der ständige rauch in der umgebung des hotels. uns wurde erklärt, dass in süditalien traditionell im frühjahr die gartenabfälle verbrannt werden - dafür kann zwar das hotel nichts, es war aber trotzdem lästig, weil man oft gar nicht draußen sein wollte

My Top Hotel in Italy so far over the years. The staff were amazing and remembered even little things about us...I like my boiled eggs done precisely for 6 minutes, ( they always delivered ). The car that was available to take us into Sorrento and bring us back at a specific time we asked for was a huge bonus for us as always had trouble parking before if busy in Sorrento. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff and they always had time for a chat and smiles. The room overlooking the sea to Mount Vesuvious and Sorrento was beautiful, well appointed with a huge bed and superb bathroom, tastefully decorated and furnished. The gardens were a delight as was the pool and so peaceful which was just what we needed. The chef was amazing and we had some lovingly prepared meals from a very nice menu. Fresh orange juices and lemonade from their own groves. All in all my favourite place to relax and unwind and feel welcomed at all times. Thank you to the staff for your kindness. We will be back for sure now we have found this little sanctuary in the hills.

I went to the Anna Belle Elegant Agriresort with my family, prior to booking, I emailed the hotel about my mom's disability with walking. I received an answer quickly from Mr. Salvatore who also spoke to my brother on the phone and was very nice and helpful, he arranged a ramp and a wheelchair for my mom which made us relieved and happy. We were very comfortable at the hotel and the staff were helpful and polite. Because of my mom's walking problem, Mr. Salvatore arranged a car trip for us around the Amalfi Coast which was great, thanks a lot to him as it was short notice. Also, thanks to Pietro for being a friendly guide as he drove us, it made the experience more memorable. We had a lovely time at the hotel as well, the view of Mt. Vesuvius is amazing and you find peace walking around the grounds. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, we had an amazing time.

Eu gostei de tudo e não queria mais ir embora desse paraíso. Uma mansão branca linda em meio aos penhascos sobre Sorrento e com vistas deslumbrantes do mar e do Vesúvio. Que experiencia maravilhosa!!! O café da manhã é espetacular com tudo feito na hora e o jantar vale muito a pena, uma experiência gourmet! Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos! O quarto limpo e muito confortável e com uma varanda gigante e uma vista de tirar o fôlego a qualquer hora do dia, porém o por do Sol era um espetáculo a parte! Nossa primeira parada na Costa Amalfitana e não poderia ser mais perfeita e especial!!! O jardim e a piscina de borda infinita sobre Sorrento são lindíssimos! E ainda tem um transfers gratuito durante todo o dia para Sorrento! Sem palavras….obrigada por tudo!

Franchement, tout était parfait !

What set this hotel apart for me was the small number of rooms coupled with the relatively big but close-knit team of helpful, attentive and super-polite staff. We stayed a week for our honeymoon. Breakfast and dinner (when we chose to dine-in) were served by the same team of dedicated personnel. At the Anna Belle Elegant AgriResort, the guest does not help themselves to breakfast buffet-style, it is brought to your table and cooked to order. All very posh and pleasant!

Ein äußerst großzügiges und komfortables Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente und Personal. Wer den Golf von Neapel mit seinen Inseln und die Amalfiküste erleben möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Simply the best place I have ever been to. Stayed 11 nights for our honeymoon and did not want to leave. Usually at the end of a holiday I am fine going home to my own bed, etc, but this is the only time I’ve felt upset having to leave. The views are breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and made it a truly special experience arranging our trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Loved the room and our balcony looking out to Vesuvius. The view is one I did not tire of and my photos dominate my phone screensavers! It was so good it has almost ruined all future holidays, as all I want to do is return to Annabelle and Sorrento!

El servicio al huesped es excelente, estan atentos al mas minimo problema y lo resuelven diligentemente. El ferry de capri a sorrento se suspendio y me mandaron un auto a napoles a las 20 hs que me llevo al hotel. Por otro lado me dieron en forma gratuita un upgrade de la habitacion. Las instalaciones son de muy buen gusto y diseño. El desayuno a la carta excelente. Durante todo el dia disponiamos de un auto del hotel que nos llevaba y traia hacia y desde el centro de Sorrento.

Nos quedamos a cenar una noche y el menu gourmet nos parecio algo escaso, las porciones muy chicas.

Были в самом конце сезона, поэтому купание в открытом бассейне не получилось. Хотя дневная температура еще позволяла принимать солнечные ванны. Подогрев бы не помешал.

Krásná lokace, rodinná atmosféra a výjimečný servis. Hotel je velmi čistý, s nádherným výhledem a opravdu pohodlnými postelemi. Od recepčního pana Salvatore až po řidiče hotelového shuttle servisu bylo vše perfektní. I když jsme měli vlastní auto, raději jsme využívali hotelový odvoz – fungoval naprosto spolehlivě, vždy přesně podle domluvy. Snídaně byla sice à la carte, ale vždy připravená přesně podle našich představ, nikoliv podle pevného jídelního lístku. Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme. Beautiful location, family atmosphere and exceptional service. The hotel is very clean, with an incredible view and extremely comfortable beds. From the receptionist Mr. Salvatore to the shuttle driver, everything was absolutely perfect. Although we had our own car, we preferred to use the hotel’s shuttle service – it worked flawlessly and always exactly as agreed. Breakfast was à la carte, but always prepared exactly the way we wanted, not limited to any fixed menu. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay – we will definitely come back one day.

View on the Sorrento Bay, staff professionalism, excellent food, cleanliness and room facilities, the magnificent garden and the courtesy car to town. It was perfect for relaxation and excursions.

Beautiful hotel. The room was lovely with a fantastic view over the bay of Naples. Staff very attentive and friendly. The restuarant is excellent - we went twice in the week for dinner and it was very, very good. Breakfast os good too with a good range of options and al frshly cooked to order.

The staff are superb and the location has beautiful views. The free shuttle bus makes it easy to get into Sorrento.

Anna Belle is the most truly wonderful hotel, it is immaculate, as though everything had been painted only hours ago. The staff were delightful and could not be more helpful or charming. The view, the pool, the fresh air and THE FOOD - all perfect.

It is very hard to find the words to describe how good this hotel was. This was our first overseas trip for 20 years and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble from organising excursions to spending time explaining the pruning of the olive trees. Thank you we will return.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel avec une vue sur la baie de Sorrento et le Vésuve à couper le souffle. Il s'agit d'un hôtel de charme comportant une douzaine de chambres claires et spacieuses. L'accueil est exceptionnel , chaleureux sans être obséquieux. Mention spéciale pour Salvatore parlant français et ses bons conseils sur la région. On se sent chez soi ! L'hôtel comporte une splendide piscine et un immense parc où poussent des oliviers, des vignes, des citronniers et des légumes. Je déteste les buffets au petit déjeuner, ici on est servi avec un choix de très bons produits faits à la minute (jus d'orange frais, oeufs au bacon extraordinaires, fromages de la région, pain excellent (rare en Italie), viennoiseries....)

Je n'ai pas vraiment de critiques mais des pistes d'amélioration: La pression d'eau aux robinets est bonne mais le jet de douche est étroit et faible. il s'agit d'une pomme de douche "vintage" dans le style de l'établissement. Peut-être serait-il souhaitable de passer à un modèle plus moderne ? Le wifi n'est pas (plus) à la hauteur d'un établissement de ce standing: on capte 1 à 2 barres avec des coupures et un débit globalement assez faible. Cela dépend peut-être de la chambre ? En 2025, on peut faire mieux.

Everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful and peaceful. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view. We had cleaning service twice a day. The breakfast was delicious with fresh foods every day. But most importantly were the staff who made us feel home. Especially Salvatore who arranged everything for us and with his suggestions made our trip exceptional. Thank you all!

Everything was above our expectations.

Stayed at this hotel for 11 days late September. Absolutley fantastic I cannot recommend it enough. Satff all welcoming. Room clean. Picture postcard views from the pool area. Don't let the quite location put you off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus transfer into the town. Also you can walk which is lovely. We would return.

We had the most amazing time here. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The chef made the most delicious meals and the staff catered to us in every way. I would have liked them to include a special of the day just to switch the menu up a bit. Otherwise, we highly recommend Anna Belle resort.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about Anna Belle.

We had an amazing stay at Anna Belle Hotel. The view was absolutely stunning — one of those you could sit and enjoy for hours — and the rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Salvatore, who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Insgesamt wirklich ein gut geführtes Haus, wir hatten allerdings mäßiges Wetter, da sitzt man dann irgendwie etwas außerhalb von rent, nicht ganz so optimal, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts

Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer am Anfang nicht zufrieden, die Hoteldirektion hat sich unmittelbar gekümmert und hat ne ganz gute Lösung gefunden, mit der wir dann zufrieden waren, insgesamt sehr kompetent. Das Restaurant macht Spaß, insgesamt auch ein tolles Frühstück à la carte was viel Urlaubsfreude bringt.

What a fabulous place. The location is excellent with beautiful views over Sorrento and across to Vesuvius and Naples. The site is immaculately kept and is a haven of peace and tranquillity. All complimented by Salvatore and his team, who provide a friendly welcome with very high class service and great food. My wife was unfortunately unwell during our trip and the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate. Hope to return sometime to complete the trips we couldn't make. Would highly recommend.

Truly the best hotel experience you could wish for. I went on a girls' trip with my mum in the first week of August. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. The complimentary transfers to and from Sorrento were such a life saver as taxis were so expensive! They were also able to adjust their meeting time when we got back early from our excursions (which happened more than once - sorry!) The breakfasts were amazing, and they even went out of their way to provide me with nutella pancakes! On our first night, they had a pizza night (they were the best I had all holiday) The rooms were always so clean, and well decorated, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. They're not sound-proof so if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasionally, you could hear people talking on the stairs. The pool area was so relaxing and there was such an amazing view of Mt Vesuvius.

We loved being above Sorrento where it was more peaceful; the hotel, the grounds and the views were absolutely stunning - truly breathtaking! Our room had sea views, was decorated well and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful especially when my husband was ill. Food at the hotel was excellent. Sorrento was about 8 minutes away in the shuttle which you could request between 8-12 then from 4-10pm.

The shuttle stopped for 4 hours in the afternoon. It wasn’t a problem for us but you needed to plan your time out. It would be ideal if the break was a little shorter for greater flexibility. The shower was in the bath which again wasn’t a problem for us but I could imagine it might be for some. The pool was beautiful and a lovely temperature but it was a little difficult to get in and out as there was nothing to hold onto and the floor was slippery. I slipped which made me a little nervous and I also witnessed 2 others slipping. I definitely think something should be done about this. I was careful as I had already had seen a review stating it was slippery but I still slipped.

Stayed in this wonderful hotel for 10 nights and can’t praise it highly enough. The grounds are just stunning with an infinity pool that has the most amazing view of Sorrento The hotel only has 14 bedrooms so the pool is peaceful with plenty of sun beds. The rooms are beautiful . We had a standard room with garden view which had a huge bath and separate shower and a huge comfortable bed and lots of seating. Breakfast was so good with beautifully prepared food with hot and cold choices all served by staff on the outside terrace.The staff were amazing and made you feel so special and nothing was too much trouble for them they were happy to book restaurants in Sorrento for us and the shuttle transport in and out of Sorrento worked perfectly.I can honestly say I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel with such attentive and considerate staff and would go again at the drop of a hat
