Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Original, petit établissement japonais situé un peu dans la nature avec PDJ tres sympas qu'on peut prendre sur la terrasse, place de parking gratuite, grande chambre avec 2 lits adultes et grand espace tatami et futong pour notre fille
Il n'y a pas de salle de bain dans la chambre ( il y a un lavabo et WC ), il faut réserver son tour dans les 2 sdb , salles d'Onsen du RDC pour le soir ..mais bon il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambres dans l’hôtel.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026It's very cozy place with nice rooms and breakfast is also good. Soundproofing seemed better than usually in Japan or then we were just very lucky with quiet neighbours. The surroundings are also very peaceful.
Restaurants and other services a bit far if you are on foot but the hotel also has free bicycles.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Konumu çok güzeldi, Yamanako gölüne yürüyerek 15-20 dakika (göl kenarına genelde bisikletle 5-7 dk ‘da gittik). Otelin çevresi sakin, sessiz, ağaçlarla çevrili. Odadan bulutsuz günlerde Fuji dağı gözüküyordu. Oteldeki ücretsiz jakuzi, odalardaki ücretsiz bitki çayı & filtre kahve ve tabiki ücretsiz kiralık bisiklet çok iyi geldi. Otel personeli çok ilgili ve çalışkandı. Her sorumuza cevap verdi, ingilizce’si iyiydi. Tekrar gelmek isteriz

Reviewed May 11, 2026No pudimos desayunar por motivos personales , asi que no podemos valorarlo . Un poco lateralmente , en la mañana, pudimos ver desde la ventana, el Fuji en todo su esplendor.
Primera vez que tuvimos nosotros que literalmente montar y tender las camas . (Que estaban en un armario plegadas y las tuvimos que sacar y montar ) .. Al llegar como en algunos sitios de japón, nos tuvimos que quitar los zapatos, lo cual entendemos , pero las sandalias ofrecidas para desplazarnos por el hotel estaban todas sucias y daba un poco de grima usarlas .

Le ryokan est dans un style chalet super chaleureux, et très bien équipé. En plus le petit déjeuner est délicieux et consistant pour attaquer les journées autour du lac. Je recommande à 10000%. Reviewed Apr 14, 2026富士山比较方便都需要自驾，但是从名宿出来到马路后，就看到整座富士山了，山中湖。如果天气太冷了，还有一个火炉供暖，房间温度还能接受，我们到步后，房间都开着暖气了。非常温暖。只是睡觉我们就关了。就像睡在冷气房。那时候晚上都在零下左右。
我觉得热水池应该不是每户家人使用后清理。因为试过一进去就看到整个池子都是肥皂泡泡，我们马上就换去隔壁那间了，名宿内有两间，不用钱，需要预约时间，使用一小时

There was a great selection of facilities available to guests, from the onsite thermal bath and jacuzzi to the cinema room, every detail had been thought of. We borrowed the bikes to do an early morning ride around the lake and came back to a fantastic breakfast. The pizza place just up the road was also great.

The owner is lovely, I had the best time. I recommend staying for couple of nights.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026The breakfast was healthy and delicious. We could see Mount Fuji from our room. The manager was very attentive and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the hot jacuzzi.
We liked it all.
