Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Quiet place surrounded by the woods. The tatami is comfy, and we were glad to experience the authentic Japanese ryokan Delicious breakfast every morning with a variety of dishes Possible to rent bikes (2000 yen/day)
The communal shower was only available at set hours (8-9 am and 6-10pm). The breakfast was served quite early (at 8, and I simply don't get hungry by then), but we managed to negotiate a later serving (at 8:30). No reading lamps in the room, only bright overhead light

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La tranquilité des lieux et la rusticité de l'hébergement en font un hôtel typiquement japonais pour ceux qui recherche une véritable expérience. Il est tout de même assez loin des services comme les conveniences stores + le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais (qui serait fort utile à apprendre pour élargir la diversité de la clientèle). Bon hôtel dans la globalité des choses et petit déjeuner copieux et bon (surtout la mamie qui était adorable).
L'humidité dans la pièce, besoin de rénovation, les salles de bains un peu loin de la chambre où nous nous trouvions.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Ryozan super bon petit dej traditionnel. Les alentours sont magnifiques. Jai ete faire une marche le matin la vue sur le mont Fuji est juste a couper le souffle.
Les horaires onsen Il n'y a pas de douche dans les chambres et il y a des heures de douche et de onsen. Et c'était pas possible le matin. Au départ l'accès nous avait été refusé, j'ai insisté ils ont accepté. Je trouve dommage que l'accès à la douche ne soit pas libre.

部屋の扉を開けるときも閉めるときも鍵をかける必要があり、ドアの開け閉めの音がうるさかった。隣の部屋の人が気をつかってくれればよいが、バタンバタンと激しい人でうるさかった。また、隣の音が気になってしまった。 宿としても分散はしてくれているのだろうけど、隣に客がいるとドアの開け閉めの音がうるさい。寝てても起きてしまった。

スリッパが使い古されていて、残念だった。 朝食に限りがあるようで 夕方にチェックインしたら翌日の朝食を頼めなかった。

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The location was great, a short walk to a bakery and restaurants. It also was close to the lake and generally was a stunning area.
The wifi did not really work which was very frustrating. We also thought we were booking a Japanese style room but did not end up with that.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Комнаты были отлично убраны и достаточно просторны. Дешевле цены тяжело найти, очень удобное расположение если вы на машине, есть бесплатная парковка. Завтраки сытные и очень домашние.
Кто-то из гостей видимо выбросил сильно пахнущий мусор и на втором этаже присутствовал неприятный запах, благо в комнате не ощущалось. Утром уже его не было.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026I loved the Ryokan house type, it was with futon beds, tamami floors, and a little table with tea in the room. Mainly, we loved that the hotel had a private onsen (separate for men and women), for which we were given yukatas.
We loved staying at Yamanako lake! We had a car rented. It should be taken into account that without a car it might not be an easy location. With the car it was great. Note - the common areas were quite cold (in February). The room was heated.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026La struttura era abbastanza pulita e molto carina, in stanza c’era anche una stufa che riscalda tutta la stanza, un frigo e kimono per usufruire delle terme. L’unica pecca i bagni condivisi e molto freddi d’inverno. La vasca termale non è molto spaziosa e non era molto pulita quando l’ho utilizzata. I muri sono molto sottili e se sei sensibile ai rumori può essere molto difficile dormire la notte, infatti non sono riuscita a riposare bene dal rumore. Lo staff ha preparato una colazione vegana come avevo richiesto. C’è la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette per muoversi dato che non è un hotel molto centrale.

Douche commune (sento= bain commun )mais c’est écrit sans la description. Ouvert que le matin et le soir, faut le savoir. Petit déjeuner typique aussi. Très bon. Servit que à 8h. À 10-15min du lac et 20min d’une station de bus.
L’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre.
