Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Location was great. Very close to the airport which was convenient for our flight the next morning. It was also walking distance to a bakery which we walked to in the morning and was open early. This way we didn't have to pay for expensive pastries/breakfast items at the airport. The map in the apartment was also very useful showing places like pharmacies that were walking distance. The Uber to Plaka from the apartment for our supper the night before was only 23 euros to go and 23 euros for the way back, so very affordable for family of 4.
My grown adult male children, my husband and I noticed that the beds were not very comfortable. Better mattresses would have made the stay perfect, but for one night, it wasn't the biggest deal especially since everything else at the property was perfect.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir spät am Flughafen ankamen. Dafür war es perfekt. Die Wohnung ist in wenigen Minuten vom Airport erreichbar, man kann direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße parken. Die Ausstattung (zB Waschmaschine) ist sehr gut, auch wenn wir das Meiste für eine Nacht nicht benötigten. Dass es aber auch den Kaffee für den Morgen gab, war schon sehr schön. Zugang hat perfekt funktioniert.
Es ist eine Wohnung, bei der man die Kommunikation komplett elektronisch abwickelt. Direkten Kontakt mit Personal hat man nicht. Das finden wir generell nicht so schön, weil sehr unpersönlich. Den Aufenthalt hat es aber nicht beeinträchtigt.

Equipement cuisine très minimaliste. L'environnement n'est pas terrible, batiment entouré de travaux. Vue pas terrible. Idéal pour une nuit avant de partir a l'aéroport.

Reviewed May 12, 2026We absolutely loved our stay at Urban Oasium. The apartment is newly renovated, beautifully designed, and feels very fresh, stylish, and welcoming. It was perfect for our family — two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms made everything so easy and relaxing when traveling with children. The location is excellent: right in the center of Chania, close to restaurants, shops, and the old town, yet the apartment still feels quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the little private garden — such a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or relax in the evening after long walks around the city. Everything was very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. You can really feel the care and attention in every detail.

En una de las habitaciones había una mancha en la cama y pelos. La calefacción no estaba encendida y los aires acondicionados uno funcionaba correctamente el otro no daba calor. El bote sinfónico del baño estaba tupido y había agua por el suelo del baño

Appartamento freddissimo all’arrivo. Considerato che saremo restasti solo poche ore per dormire e che avevamo dato l’orario di arrivo avrebbero potuto programmare il riscaldamento. Dormito malissimo causa pessima qualità dei materassi e dei cuscini. Davvero scadenti. La doccia non esiste. C’è un minuscolo doccino nella vasca da bagno con l’attacco al muro rotto. La “Wi-Fi veloce” è in realtà lentissima Mai più questa compagnia

The luggage storage situation was not good. People traveling that far a lot of us are traveling with big bags. Since we couldn’t check in until a certain time hauling a lot of luggage was inconvenient.

The apartment was not heated. We arrived in late December with 0 heating, we turned the a/c on and despite it working all night at 28 degrees, it was barely acceptable warm in the room. Very cold. No heating in the bathroom.

Το διαμέρισμα όταν πήγαμε ήταν παγωμένο. Θέρμανση είχε air condition και ώσπου να ζεσταθεί λίγο το σπίτι ήμασταν με τα μπουφάν. Απο τη στιγμή που γνώριζαν την ώρα άφιξης πιστεύω ότι κάποιος υπεύθυνος έπρεπε να τα είχε ανάψει από πριν. Το θεωρώ απαράδεκτο.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025We chose the property primarily for its proximity to the airport. This was the las of the 4 rentals we had booked for the duration of our 22 day family vacation and it just happened to be the worst of all the rentals.
To begin with, I had a hard time getting emails and messages due to wifi connections. When we got to the property, I buzzed the bell to speak to someone to get into the apartment. Someone answered, and asked for the last name the reservation was under. It took them several minutes to reply and asked if I just recently booked our stay. This stay was actually booked months ahead, and if they claimed they sent me check in information, why couldn’t they find my information right away. We finally got into the apartment which looked fairly nice, but immediately noticed the sparse amenities. There was not even a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. The kitchen sink clogged after a short use, the beds were the worst we’ve ever experienced, the pillows were almost non existent, there was no hot water ( which they claimed had instructions in the check in email, which I received on check out day). They should have the hot water instructions posted in the apartment. The worst thing about the stay was the mosquito infestation. We did not have a restful sleep due to the amount of mosquitos that were coming in thru the fire place. We all had several bites, and have photos of how many mosquitos we killed just in the living room alone. I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but honestly, I can not recommend this place and would actually request for a refund for the inconvenience it has caused us.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025La ubicación que elegimos por la proximidad al aeropuerto, te proponen taxi shuttles, desde cualquier lugar, encargamos uno en el puerto y otro para la mañana siguiente hacia el aeropuerto. Funcionó todo super bien.
Una pena no poder disfrutar más tiempo del piso, luego faltan un par de cosas en la vajilla..

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Het appartement was erg groot. Had ik niet verwacht voor 1 persoon. 2 slaapkamers. Woonkamer-keuken. Ruime badkamer! Alles was aanwezig in de keuken.
He kon de geluiden van de badkamers van de appartementen er boven goed horen. De afstandsbediening van de tv deed het niet, gelukkig stond de tv op een zender met engelstalige series 😉.
