Anivia Apartments Airport by Airstay

We had a one-night stay at this room in Spata, conveniently located near the airport. It was the good choice for a short stopover.

No elevator had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs

Salle de bain petite. Toilette trop proche du comptoir de salle de bain pour les grandes personnes. L’eau dans la douche reste dans le fond et seulement une douche téléphone. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre.

We only stayed for about 10 hours because we had a large layover in Athens but the place was very nice and clean. Coffee and bakery below was great!

It was located in a small town near the airport.

The stairs were challenging, especially with carrying our luggage. Wind whistled through the door, so you had to keep it opened. No tissues.

Having to walk up stairs with heavy luggage. The shower was cramped and the water didn’t drain properly, so I was standing in a pool of water while showering. Shower curtain at the bottom was mouldy and unclean. the hairdryer was terrible. No hangers to hang clothes.

Als Rückmeldung: Nach der Reinigung des WCs wäre es gut, wenn die WC-Türe offen bleibt, damit der Raum gut gelüftet werden kann. Ansonsten riecht es etwas nach nassem Stoff in einem geschlossenen Raum. Sonst ist alles gut. Vielen Dank!

This apartment was really convenient for the airport. It was of a really high standard, it was just unfortunate that we had an early morning flight, so we only stayed around 12 hours, but overall, a great place to stop

Utilizamos apenas para passar a noite para pegar um voo no dia seguinte. Muito próximo do aeroporto, fácil de localizar, não tivemos dificuldade alguma para entrar, com as instruções encaminhadas

It was nice and clean when I finally got there and the airport was a short journey away.

There was no communication between pick up personnel and myself leading to 90 delay at airport. Also I went to a shop to get milk for tea and juice but on my return I found that there were no cups or glasses. More wasted expense.

Комфортно, очень чисто и уютно, все в онлайн - регистрация, инструкции по заселению и даже рекомендации туристам.. Был даже чайник и кофемвшина и наполнение к ним. Отличное расположение - рядом с аэропортом. Но без трансфера/такси за 25 евро

El apto es amplio, cómodo, está bien dotado en la cocina para preparar alimentos

El olor del baño, la tasa del baño está despegada, destila olor feo, deben hacer mantenimiento al baño. La zona es poco comercial. Zona fantasma, cierran todo temprano, no hay variedad de restaurantes. No me quedaría una segunda vez allí. No pasa bus cerca, debes llegar en Uber y es caro 40 euros desde el aeropuerto.

I liked how easy is to access the apartment, check in instructions are really good, although I struggled with internet. Taxi takes around 25€ to get there, so it’s a good value for money. The place is spacious and offers everything needed. The bakery is right under which is perfect to grab a breakfast.

I didn’t like that the bed was a little bit small for 2 and shower curtain really needed a change (mostly though as an advice).

Me hospedei lá porque queria algo econômico já que tive um problema no meu voo e só poderia estar dando continuidade na minha viagem no dia seguinte. Os pontos negativos foram muitos: desde o pessoal ficar enviando mensagem toda hora e com conteúdos irrelevantes (era tarde da noite e eu estava tentando dormir); não especificaram o horário do checkout previamente e nenhum detalhe sobre como funcionava a água quente, resumo não consegui tomar banho quente porque apesar de seguir as instruções que me deram, depois de perguntar a respeito, a água nunca ficou quente ou sequer morno. Tive problemas com o ar condicionado também, não tinha aquecimento no quarto e a janela (para uma varanda) não tinha vedação. O ar condicionado apenas soprava gelado e entrava muito frio pelas janelas 😣😣😣 Foi um pesadelo, tive que dormir com o meu casaco para não me congelar. Aparte de que : tem uma escadaria enormeeeee para subir com as malas, e não tem foto ou essas informação no anúncio. Foi dificílimo subir a minha mala de 20kgs sozinha. Uma péssima experiência no geral, não recomendaria.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό και άνετο, ιδανικό για διαμονή κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, ειδικά για όσους έχουν πρωινή ή βραδινή πτήση. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και ο χώρος ήσυχος και προσεγμένος. Ιδανική επιλογή για μια σύντομη αλλά ευχάριστη διαμονή, σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξω!

It was close to the airport The room was spacious

Relatively close to the airport at about 15 minutes (30 euro). Clean, comfortable and spacious. It has a spacious balcony over looking a typical Athens street. Would seem negligible until you discover there is a bakery and coffee shop directly beneath it. Smells delicious and tastes even better. You can literally sip your latte, eat a pastry, ans watch a true Greek morning unfold. Morning UBER wait times are about 1 minute.

Steep marble spiral stairs to the second floor are challenging with a suitcase and would be impossible for those with mobility limitations.

Good experience overall BUT the pillows were horrible causing neck pain following morning

Nice apartment, very clean, bed was awesome and communication was clear and easy. Funding the location was difficult for the taxi and the sign was hard to read/ find from the road.

Expensive for what they offer.

Attention, j’ai réservé un taxi pour assurer le transfert à l’aéroport, ne le voyant pas arrivé j’ai dû contacter le chauffeur qui s’est enfin présenté avec 20 minutes de retard… il était 5 heure mis du matin . Pas sérieux

The apartment was spacious after what we experienced in the Greek Islands.

The areas was very average. Most shops had closed down. Dinner options were few. Much further from the airport than we expected

Check in process went smooth, I miss some information about the stairs, it’s better if people know that they will climb on around 10-20 steps of stairs with their luggage, and also about where to park, but what help is the host responding very fast, so we got help in time. Overall we enjoy the stay and satisfied with everything.

How promptly the staff replied and also came in person to solve our issues!

Some hiccups in one of the apartment during checkin (solved by the staff), some missing things like shower carpet and broken hairdryer in one of the apartmente

Very conformable stay if you need to sleep near the airport. Check-in and everything was very easy. Great the possibility to book a taxi from/to the airport (or elsewhere) directly from the check-in webpage. Spata, i.e. the village where Anivia is, offers restaurants, cafeterias as well as cozy places to have a drink.

Il was a nice apartment. Very comfy. I could park easily and there was everything needed in there. There's a nice balcony and everything was clean. All good. The instructions were very clear which is important and it's just 8km from the airport. Under the property, you have a bakery and in front of, you have another bakery with very good ice creams and it's open until late. Also a lot of restaurants not far from the apartment.

The whole idea of this property is that it is next to the airport and that it provides a shuttle... It is15 minutes from the airport and there is no shuttle..there is a link for taxi station that didn't work and that was expensive...

Very basic commubicarion for shuttle terrivle booked and no show and basically on our own to fi d the way...no coffee nothing nit even a water

A little hard to find, but very central to the airport and dinning. A wonderful bakery in the same location. Uber was the most cost effective option to and from the airport.

Clean place close to the airport

Convenient location for people (like us) who need a place to stay for a night near the airport. Certainly roomy enough. Equipped kitchen, but missing a microwave which would've been very helpful. Not much to do in the surrounding area and the dining options are very limited (not the fault of the owners, but that's a fact).

Very clean place, great for an overnight stay. Only issue was a broken shower head but other than that, it was a nice stay.

Super clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking!!!Easy access from the Airport. They helped me booking the taxi from and to the airport, the driver were exceptional 👌. First time flying via Athens to my final destination, and the first time using Airstay. I will definitely book them on my return flight. Awesome service 👏

Everything was so comfortable and welcoming! We loved being able to cook the food we bought at the local grocery. The entire town has such a nice vibe. The town people are very friendly. It was so easy to schedule our early morning ride to the airport with their driver Katerina. She’s a wonderful person! We will be sure to rent another Airstay property the next time we are in Greece.

Since I arrived late at night, it would be nice to find a couple of things on the fridge or a piece of fruit to eat.
