Excellent location for a night close to the airport without any noise. There is off street parking outside

It was very convenient location to get an early flight and there is a large space to relax and sleep for 4 adults.

הדירה מדהימה, מעוצבת נפלא ומודרני, מרווחת מספיק למשפחה עם ילדים, מאובזרת היטב ויש לה שתי מרפסות פרטיות עם נוף נהדר. ממש לא רק דירה ללילה לפני הטיסה, אפשר בכיף לבלות שם כמה ימים בנוחות. הדירה קרובה מאד לשדה התעופה, כרבע שעה נסיעה, וגם קרובה למרכזי קניות גדולים. יש מזגנים טובים בכל חדר והחדרים מרווחים.

מבחינת ההרשמה הצורך להתפזר על מספר אפליקציות (לא רק בוקינג, גם אתר של המפעיל) קצת מעיק, אבל ממש בקטנה.

Se ti devi alzare alle 4 del mattino per prendere un aereo alle 6 va benissimo. Diversamente lascia stare.

There was no time to enjoy the apartment as we came in at 10:00pm with the primary reason as a night in between flights, we left at 11:00am heading back to the hotel for a 13 hour flight back to the united states. What we did encounter was absolutely no sleep. The apartment is on the top floor in which they have two major noises coming through the ceiling of the apartment that is constant and makes it impossible to sleep. The first noise Is constant pounding on the ceiling, maybe due to piping or something (not sure about this but it is consistent and I had recorded videos of the noise all night as there was no sleeping because of it. Second, they have a metal trellis over their balcony leading into the master bedroom that rattles when wind hits it, which is also consistent. The rattling was so loud it sounded like small sonic booms constantly, obviously no sleep with that either. I sent messages in the middle of the night to the owner, with no response obviously given the time, but the next day I requested a full refund which I was denied and offered a mere 10% refund. The whole idea was to get a good night rest in this apartment which we paid a premium price for so we can be comfortable and sleep well, because I do not sleep on planes. That did not happen. After reaching out to booking.com and the owner on WhatsApp to share the videos of the constant noise, neither got back to me with their required timeframe of 24 hours with a resolution. I am a Genius 3 Plus member with booking.com and they did nothing to fix this issue. Therefore, I will be moving my business elsewhere. I have never had such as issue before with all my stays, this was a disaster. Lastly, the cleanliness in the apartment needed some work. There was hair all over the bathroom, that wasn't ours as I noticed it when we just arrived. Book elsewhere.

Clean and roomy. Large dining table and 2 large terraces with views. Comfortable beds. Quiet area but a few restaurants/bars/cafes were in walking distance. 10 min taxi ride to the airport.

Lift didn’t go up to our floor. Had to traipse 4 23kg bags up a circular staircase. TV had no signal, poor connection. Unable to watch World Cup on flat screen tv - image kept glitching, pixelating,

Apartamento muito bonito com terraços fantásticos. A localização para nós foi muito boa pois queríamos um apartamento perto do aeroporto e tínhamos carro.

O único problema no apartamento é que quando há vento, que foi o caso na noite em que chegámos, existe um barulho muito grande no terraço do lado do quarto maior (cama alta). Esse barulho vem da estrutura metálica existente no terraço.

Too many switches hard to tell what does what

Beautiful views, spacious, clean, everything we needed for the night before departing and being near the Airport. It was lovely that the sofa bed was already made upon our arrival. Simple check in and check out process.

Great location near the airport. The apartment is fantastic, a real home form home. lots of lighting options. Comfortable beds, great facilities, very large and spacious, 2 balconies with tables/chairs. TV with Netflix and other apps. Good aircon and heating. Easy access with codes.

There was an elevator up to the floor below the apartment. It was difficult for us to get our suitcases up the final flight of stairs due to previous injury. We would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay before/after a flight.

Résa taxi facile, compter 25 à 30 euros, 15 mn de transport. Appartement superbe ! Dommage qu’on y soit resté qu’une nuit en attente 2nd vol…

Nice stay for transit

It wasn't too far from the airport and for sitting around it was quite comfortable. The price was good.

We arrived in a storm and the roof leaked in a few places. One bed was soaking wet.

This property is spacious, has two areas for outdoor seating, and room for the family.

It wasn’t clear that the property was located on the fourth floor, so that should be clarified.

המים החמים נגמרו אחרי שתי מקלחות ולא התחממו ממש עד אחרי כמה שעות..

There were no batteries in one of the ac remotes. Hot water issues. Not all pillows had a pillow case.

Apartmán bol naozaj priestranný a pohodlný. Výhľad bol veľmi dobrý. Poloha blízko letiska je výhoda. Autobusová zastávka bola blízko, no autobus neprišiel, museli sme ísť taxíkom, ktorý nás zviezol k stanici matra.

Problém s otvorením brány, do objednaného apartmánu sme sa nedostali. Náhradnú izbu sme dostali najskôr len jednu, po urgencii ďalšiu, ale boli menšie. Na druhý deň mi napísali pred obedom, že sa máme ísť v tej chvíli presťahovať. Počas prehliadky Akropoly, kam cesta trvala metrom hodinu! Po pár telefonátoch to nakoniec bolo možné aj večer, ale stálo to dosť nervov. A problém s bránou sa opakoval aj ďalší večer, ale to sme už vedeli, že treba preskočiť bránu a otvoriť znútra.

Ευρύχωρο ωραία τοποθεσία ,αλλά πολύ κρύο το σπίτι . Υπήρχε διακοπή ρεύματος Δεν υπήρχε εναλλακτική θέρμανση ,ΠΆΓΩΣΑ ΜΕ !!! ΦΥΓΑΜΕ ΣΤΙΣ 5 ΩΡΕΣ

Φτάσαμε με τον χιονιά ,βράδυ 9 ώρα το σπίτι πολύ κρυο.Ο χώρος μεγάλος , δωμα σε ταράτσα τα air-conditione,δεν είναι αρκετά για να καλύψουν τις καιρικές ανάγκες της συγκεκριμενης ημέρας. Επιπλέον έγινε διακοπη ρεύματος που δεν δούλεψαν ούτε τα air-conditione.Φυγαμε ξημέρωμα παγωμένοι και ξενυχτισμενοι.

Perfect view, just 5 min away from airport

εξαιρετική θέα, μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, πολύ καλά στρώματα, μαξιλάρια και σκεπάσματα, ευκολία πάρκινκ, ασφαλές κτήριο, μεγάλα μπαλκόνια.

Θα το ήθελα λίγο ποιο σχολαστικά καθαρό.

Really lovely apartment with beautiful views of planes taking off and landing from fantastic balconies . Really clean and spacious. I booked the airport transfer which was very well organised and the pick up was painless . I’ve had previous problems with prebooked taxis and trying to find the car but the communication from the driver was excellent and the whole thing was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend for an Athens stopover or a longer break in the Spata area .

The windows in the second bedroom were a bit drafty and because they were at the head of the bed that meant I was quite cold during the night .

Stor våning, rent och modernt.

Otydlig information om var nyckelskåpet var placerat och hur det öppnades. Inga sänglampor i sovrummet. Inget eluttag vid sängen. Ingen Engelsspråkig kanal på TV, tex BBC och CNN. Otroligt komplicerad procedur för att beställa airport shuttle.

This accommodation was perfect for an overnight close to Athens airport. The apartment was easy to access, had everything we could want (including recommendations for an excellent breakfast within walking distance), and even assisted organising transfers to and from the airport.

Beautiful place. Very large from what I was expecting. Huge verandas. Clean beds. Very comfortable. Shower was modern.

Had trouble figuring out all the switches for the lights and the shades. But tricky.

Spacious apartment with great outdoor spaces to relax in. The elevator does not go to the top, so we had to drag our luggage up one flight. That isn't terrible, but not ideal, either. The streets in the area were a bit torn up, but there were dining options that were walkable for us. We had no problems with entering the property or the apartment, and we received the codes on schedule. It was close to the airport, so this was perfect for a one-night layover for us.

We had a baby and were told we had a lift but the lift didn’t go to our floor struggle with suitcases and prams

You must inform people in advance that the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. We had large suitcases that we had to drag up the last flight of steps. It was unpleasant and frankly unsafe. The power was out when we arrived. I emailed but did not get a response. We figured out how to turn the breaker back on.

Proximity to air port , nice apartment - modern and well presented , comfortable and relatively close to eating places , air con and good facilities

Climbing stairs with large suitcases not ideal as lift does not go to the 4 th floor It was windy during our stay - quite noisy in main bedroom from balcony rails moving with wind and also a flapping noise on roof sounded like an air vent We arrived a little earlier and were not able to reach anyone on the phone numbers listed in email or at the door to ask if could have pass code earlier - had to wait until check in time for email to arrive- disappointing no answer on phone numbers

La struttura era pulita

Mancavano tazze e bicchieri In una delle due camere non si può spegnere e accendere la luce vicino al letto bisogna alzarsi stessa cosa le hai prese per ricaricare i telefoni sono lontano dall’testata del letto . La società che affitta gli appartamenti non rispondono mai al telefono pubblicato da voi, insomma non è il massimo se non che per fortuna strutture pulita ed è vicino all’aeroporto e silenzioso.

It was very clean functional. We spent there the night before our flight to be close to the airport. The apartment met our expectations. It is indeed close to the airport and very clean.

There was a noise in the main room, like something was constantly hitting the exterior wall. We’ve tried to locate the source but didn’t find it. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all. The constant noise kept us awake all night long. Worst night ever! We also found long black hair in our sheets which did not belong to any of us.

Location, location, location. Clean and spacious. Priced right.

It would have been perfect if the bedroom on the left had blackout curtains or a motorized shade like the other windows. I was up with the sun, which was hard after a super long trip.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and is comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the patio with a beautiful view of the area. The apartment is in a quiet and clean suburb. It is literally 250m from a big supermarket that has almost everything you would need.

There is no microwave in the property and it’s rather inconvenient when you want to warm up a meal. Another challenge is the steep staircase to the apartment from the 3rd floor to the 4th with luggage that has to be carried up to the 4th floor. The elevator stops at Floor 3. The main bedroom is spacious however the bed situation is rather tricky because you have to climb up wooden stairs in order to lie down. There’s a wall column by the wooden stairs that is rather low and if not careful you could easily bump your head.

Great apartment close to airport and suited us 3 ladies having a stopover before flying to Italy. Top floor with great views. Lift to take you up to third floor then some steps up to apartment.

There was a few open food items left in fridge from previous booking but otherwise everything was amazing.

This apartment was very nice - my group wished we had stayed here longer than just one night before we flew out the next morning! The outdoor space was particularly nice!

Great apartment that is modern, clean and well furnished.

The router wasn’t working and despite the tech’s best efforts he couldn’t replace it at that time. This meant we had no wifi. Also the main bedroom is just too terrifying to use. I tried it and nearly fell off getting down so didn’t want to do that in the night. In the end we pushed the two single beds together instead. Definitely not for the faint hearted or older!

It was modern and clean

It was in the middle of nowhere. The elevator goes to third floor and you have to carry up to 4 th floor. The elevated bed was uncomfortable and hazardous. It was 50 euros round trip to airport and it took an hour and a half to get to Athens. Check in was not straight forward. The shower leaked.

Excellent, beautifully appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean, great location, fabulous views. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great place to stay, will recommend

Great spot - great views and lots of room - used as layover for Athens - Canada return.

The property was big, clean and had a large porch where we could relax and watch the planes fly-in to the airport. It was also easy to call for uber- taxi to and from airport (cost around €14-18) The hosts were also accommodating and allowed us to check-in early when we arrived an hour earlier than our check-in time of 1400.

The extra flight of staircase from the 3rd-storey to the 4th Storey (where the property was situated) which was not served by the elevator. But it was good exercise for us.
