Besonders die neue und hervorragend ausgestattete Küche hat uns sehr gefallen – mein persönliches Highlight war die Espressomaschine 😍. Auch der Zugang zur Unterkunft und die Sicherheit waren hervorragend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: nur 2–3 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!
Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Close to Catania central railroad station. I take train to Taormina and take 15 minutes walk to downtown of Catania. And takes $24 taxi to the airport.
Neighborhood is not good, in a non-activity small alley. But I know it from Google satellite map advance, So there is no surprise to me. It is hard to find nice eating places.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The hotel is in a very central location, within a 15-minute walk of the city center. The interior has been renovated and is lovely. There is a shared kitchen area. The room has a spacious terrace, and there is a larger balcony in the common area. There is free parking in front of the hotel; we managed to find a spot every day. The owner was very sweet and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

It’s a great place to stay; we chose it because we’re continuing our journey by train. There are many restaurants in the area, so it’s definitely the best choice in the city.

Не дуже зручний матрац, думаю його вже треба замінити, бо він провалювався. А так все було добре 👍

Alles war blitzsauber. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen, da auch die Lage beim Bahnhof optimal war. Frau Maria die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The room was very modern and beautifully finished, with a fantastic waterfall shower in the bathroom and a comfortable bed. The private terrace area outside was also beautiful and was in the sun all morning. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Catania.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026We stayed just one night at Armisi on our way from Naples to Syracruse. Maria, the host was absolutely delightful and the accommodation which we chose because it was close to the train station was spotless, comfortable and just what we needed. It is within walking distance of the Duoma and the centre of town and had a private balcony to enjoy an evening drink or a sunny breakfast, which we did.
I can't fault the accommodation or Maria and we chose this apartment because of it's closeness to the train station but if we were staying longer I think I would have liked to have stayed in a different part of Catania, closer to the centre of town.

Nothing too much trouble from the owner who lives in an upstairs apartment . Value for money. B&B is a misnomer as no breakfast provided which means you can go for a proper coffee and pastry in a pasticceria 😎

Es problemático ubicar el Hostel debido a que las numeraciones en Catania tienen una secuencia distinta de un lado de la calle con respecto a la otra (el Hostel está en la numeración 21 b y enfrente la numeración supera los 35 ) tuvimos el inconveniente de no reparar en este detalle de la ciudad y no encontrábamos el hotel. Sería bueno que avisen a los nuevos locatarios de este detalle.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Мария быстро решала любые возникающие вопросы и всегда была на связи. На кухне есть все необходимое, чтобы готовить завтраки или ужины. Всегда чисто. Мария дала подробные инструкции по самостоятельному позднему заселению. Мы прилетели в 23:40 и за 10-15 мин доехали на Алибас до центральной станции. Путь до отеля занял 3 мин. Я отдыхала вдвоем с дочкой. Район спокойный. Ходили ужинать после заката и чувствовали себя в безопасности. Каждый день ездили в разные города поездом. Очень удобное расположение для такого отдыха. Жили в номере 5 ночей.

Seul petit bémol c’est peut-être que la literie est trop molle (avis personnel). Facilité pour aller à la gare 2mn et le centre ville 20 mn.

Queda muy cerca de la estación de tren y de bus, lo que para moverse a otros destinos de la isla es muy práctico. Además, la predisposición de la dueña, siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025オーナーのマンマがとても明るくて優しくて、困ったときはすぐに来て対応してくれました。話す時はイタリア語なのでわからないこともありましたが、後でメールで確認すれば大丈夫でした。荷物も預かってもらえて、快適でした。このB&Ｂは、3つの客間にそれぞれお客さんが止まっていて、一つのダイニングをシェアするような造りです。お部屋はとてもかったです。
タオルが3日交換なしだった。でも、優しいオーナーだったから、言えばすぐ変えてくれたと思います。私が遠慮しちゃっただけなので、交換して欲しい人は言ってみてください。

As the name is Armisi B&B we were expecting breakfast. So please take care when booking, there is no breakfast or even coffee. There is a coffee machine but it was not worth buying pods for the two days we were there. Lots of stairs to get to the front door and parking is difficult in the street.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do stacji kolejowej i terminalu autobusowego, co jest b. ważne, szczególnie jeśli jedzie się na Etnę i zwiedza się pobliskie miasta - Taorminę, Syrakuzy nie dysponując samochodem. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Wspólna kuchnia bardzo ładna, duża, świetnie wyposażona, zawsze bardzo czysta, można korzystać z tarasu przy kuchni. W moim przypadku tak naprawdę tylko my z niej korzystaliśmy, parę razy minęłyśmy się z innymi wynajmującymi, były oczywiście small talks, ale nieliczne i sympatyczne, czyli nie było to uciążliwe. Pokój wygodny, też z tarasem, łazienka super. Ulica robi w pierwszym momencie niemiłe wrażenie, ale szybko się przyzwyczajasz , bo jest spokojna i bezpieczna.
nie potrafię wymienić takich rzeczy, może wolałabym porozumiewać się po angielsku, ale zdaję sobie sprawę, że to oczekiwanie wygórowane, zastąpiłyśmy to mechanicznym tłumaczem i wszystko było OK, kontakt był b. dobry
