I like pool front beach ⛱ and bed is comfortable

The wifi is not working 😕 it work only 1 time we stayed 3days. The restaurant is pricey too.

The paid breakfast for children I don’t think is necessary. For P475 pesos for a child age 6 that doesn’t even eat much is just not right. Outlets in the room isn’t functional, only one is usable.

The Breakfast was exceptional - pure filipino breakfast and was delicious - the area is neat and clean and the staff are so hospitable and very helpful.

We were disappointed for the lack of transparency at the moment of the booking. It was written "breakfast included" but at the moment of confirmation it appeared that it wasn't included for one of our family members. We had only bath towels for two, even if we booked for three, and no hand towel in the room. For a four star is disappointing. The smell in the room was disagreeable.

Every aspect of my stay there was perfect

The staffs were nice, service-oriented, graceful and accommodating. The place is good, clean and relaxing.

Maybe something is missing. There should be an open beach line where customers could take a promenade or walk through the nearby beaches (like that of boracay).

Resort hotel feel as you enter, staff are very welcoming and always smiling. Room sizes are decent and we were provided with all that we needed. Pool is nice tho not heated and beach is nice tho it is not fine sand and also a bit small. Buffet breakfast is nice, decent variety of dishes and in the four days we saw that they changed the menu daily so it did not bore us. Design is nice and some small details makes it a nice hotel getaway. A plus that it is locates close to the airport.

Their very strict un flexible check in/check out times and that the free breakfast was just for two adults per room whereas when we enter the number of pax is that we paid for 7 of us. Of course it forced us to pay for the kids since we need to avail of the complementary breakfast.

The rooms are great.

Apparently, there was a triathlon event scheduled around the time that I booked the place for a business trip. I was NOT informed until the day prior that roads were going to be closed for 12 hours (4am til 4pm) whilst the event transpires. When I got to the property, I shared my honest & respectful feedback - to ensure that OTHER visitors IN THE FUTURE will not have to go through the trouble - the concierge simply said, "Because there's an event, that's why." Well, I clearly KNOW THAT, hence, the feedback. So on the day of checkout, I had to leave at around 2am just to avoid the trouble of being stuck when the roads have already been closed. WORST, just 5 minutes after I checked out while I waited for my co-worker to load up their luggage to the rental car, I asked for a GLASS OF WATER because it was going to be long drive & I was told I was NOT entitled to it BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY CHECKED OUT. It had only been 5 minutes! And its just a freakin' glass of water! I spent over P10K during my stay ONLY TO BE DENIED a basic necessity such as a glass of water. I've been travelling to Mactan for work regularly for almost 3 years & it was my first time booking with BE Resorts. And it will be the last.

Value for the money, food was okay, the beach is nice, close to the airport and convenient store. Good for family getaway. Friendly staff

Some of the rooms like bathrooms need to be updated

I like the pool facing the beach, but the water at their beach has not been well maintained. Some guests enjoy the sand and salt water, so it is important to be able to enjoy the water.

The beach is dirty, and there is no wheelchair access to the beach. When we were swimming there, we saw a lot of trash and jellyfish.

After checking in the bathroom was missing towel and no soup it emptied. Not refilled. Overall the maid did not do there job

Staff are very welcoming, attentive to all the queries and request. Front desk are friendly and services are exceptional.

Housekeeping needs improvements, specially checking the amenities in the room and bathroom. And please change the Bathmat when its wet. For the front desk please don't end the call before the guest does.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely restaurant with both Philippine and European food - we loved the former. Private well maintained beach and nice pool. Friendly and attentive staff.

Very accommodating staff and the food from their restaurant was good, they help us to look for a hospital nearby when our kid was not well.

Everything is good except we have seen two cockroaches from one of our room we have stayed, not a big deal but something that we didn't expect.

We reserve a room with breakfast for 2 adults and a 10yr old. When we got to the property we were told that we had to pay extra per day for my child. Normally when you reserve a room with breakfast its for the guest in the room. It was a requirement to tell number of people in the room. Not sure why we weren't told that upfront. We would never order food for us and our child not!!!

It was weekend and there are many guests checking in but only 1 front desk was there to accommodate the guests. Next, Staff in Salt resto wasn’t very accommodating, others were very busy delivering the order but some are just standees. Maybe they are tired, however, it is part of their job to accommodate or assists the guests. I need to approach them for us to be accommodated. I was not expecting because the first time i visited the place the staffs are welcoming. The Wifi connection was also no good and there were few times power outage.

The waiters are super attentive. The trainees: Alejandro Codilla and Cliford are very kind. The Chef of SALT is the best of all. I have tried so many hotels and resorts, but your chef is one of a kind - the BEST!!!

The lady at the reception and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The room is modern and nice looking. The beach was ok.

Room smelled moldy, no mold was visible though. Bed sheet was stained. The booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, one male member of housekeeping refused several times to provide small water bottles and towels for 4 persons and tried to charge for a stained towel. Apparently the towel got a stain when it was left near the window. I had the impression that it was this particular male staff's revenge for asking 2 additional water bottles. The same staff member repeatedly rolled his eyes, according to my partner. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as tables were not assigned. Several guests kept large tables occupied for more than an hour until the rest of their families arrived.

If you want the perfect way to ruin your vacation, go to Be Resort. I booked a one-night stay (04–05) for my cousin and to my two kids. The inclusions mentioned a complimentary shared shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off). Don’t be fooled by this “complimentary” service—it is very misleading information on their website. After completing the reservation, I asked my son to contact the resort to arrange the shuttle. It was the first time I’ve ever heard that a “complimentary” service actually requires payment—they asked for 800 PHP. Despite sending email complaints, they did not respond or provide any explanation as to why a complimentary service needs to be paid. I was both disappointed and frustrated. My son kept calling the contact numbers listed on their website, but they were either out of service, unattended, or he was transferred from one department to another. At one point, a staff member even told him to call back because the supervisor was busy. Seriously—is this the level of service at Be Resort? The resort should conduct proper training for their staff, especially regarding misleading advertisements and how to handle guests professionally. Since there was no proper response from Be Resort, I told them to just book a Grab instead and raise the concern again at the reception. The funny part? When they asked at the front desk, the staff simply said their transportation service was “broken.”

A truly refreshing and memorable stay away from the city. The serene location, relaxing atmosphere, and well-maintained amenities made it a perfect getaway. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A few minor refinements—particularly with the holders for the shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner, as well as the toilet seat cover—could further elevate the property’s already impressive standards. The level of service was exceptional. The staff were warm, courteous, and consistently approachable, creating a welcoming environment throughout our visit. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Sir Vizmindo from the Deck Restaurant—his attentiveness and excellent service truly stood out and made our stay even more special. Breakfast at Salt Restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious options. We look forward to returning for another relaxing stay. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality! ♡ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing luxury resort! We really loved the foam party at the pool. The room was clean and check in was great. Friendly staff and amazing facilities. The kids club was incredible too!

Location wise. Atmosphere is excellent Nice weather and very friendly staffs. Rooms are excellent, very clean, spacious, CR is very clean. Value for money is quite cheaper but excellent services. Very quiet and I love being non-smoking rooms. Excellent amenities pool is spacious and the beach area is excellent. Surely will recommend to others and we will be back again. Thank u for the friendly staffs such as Mr. Jobert, Rey, Clifford, Lilit, Lara, Jeah and the rest.

The atmosphere is good and the food as well

We had a very nice stay. The staff were kind and made us feel welcome. Guin at the front desk was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The location is good, close to the airport and the beach is lovely. The pastries were very delicious too. We are an older couple and felt very comfortable here. We would recommend this place and hope to come back again. 😊

This day is very memorable to me. I think I feel stressed in my work; that's the reason I got sick and got a cough. I was thinking of going to the beach so my cough and my illness that I am experiencing right now will be okay. While I was searching on social media, I was thinking about a near but nice place. In searching for more resorts or beaches, I decided to choose BE Resort Mactan for day use from 9am to 5pm. I did not expect that they had outstanding customer service. Even though I am a local and not look like rich person, they treat me as a very important guest. They are so accommodating, especially the people in Salt Restaurant and Bar. Kudos to Laurence in the afternoon shift and the waiter who accommodated me during lunchtime. They are so attentive whenever I need water. I ordered Sizzling Gambas with Spam during my lunchtime. The BE Burger is so big and yummy, and also fresh buko juice. I work in a hotel before in Bohol and I can really compare how the customer service it is when I am now experiencing to be a guest.Overall experience: 100/10

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to check in about 5 hours earlier than our scheduled check-in time. It made our arrival much more convenient. The food was also lovely and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during our visit, so we weren’t able to use it. It would have been nice to enjoy that amenity, but overall we still had a good experience thanks to the friendly service and great food.

We had an amazing stay at Be Resort. The staff were very accommodating, especially Eugene at the front desk, who gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The resort has its own beach, which is very convenient compared to other resorts where you have to walk far just to reach the beach. We woke up early for a morning swim, and we are very grateful to Charlie, the lifeguard, for being so attentive to our needs. He guided us on where it was safe to swim, provided us with life jackets, and even took some photos of us. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a complete Filipino breakfast selection, which I truly missed since I had just come back from the UK. They also prepared the room exactly as requested by my friend, with a thoughtful “Welcome Home” message, which made our stay even more special. We will definitely come back!

Het zwembad was helaas 2 van onze 3 dagen gesloten. Dit wisten wij niet voordat wij gingen boeken. Maar het is netjes opgelost.

Personal muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, camas cómodas y con unas maravillosas vistas al mar. Buen desayuno. Ubicación muy tranquila. Si se busca ambiente de bares y restaurantes alrededor, no es el más recomendable. Aunque hay buenos restaurantes a 15min aprox a pie.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza del baño.
