Reviewed Sep 5, 2026El hotel está muy bien situado, limitando con el barrio de Gion y a pocos metros de Pontocho. Bien comunicado con metro, autobús y tren, con las paradas a pocos minutos. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y el baño es cómodo, con inodoro y ducha separados. Los amenities son estupendos y dispones de gran variedad en la recepción.
Quizá lo más flojo del hotel sea el desayuno, que sin estar mal, ccuenta con poca variedad en general.

Nulla in particolare, forse solamente la colazione non ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative, non era inclusa nel mio soggiorno, un giorno ho speso i soldi per provarla li e il prezzo lo ho trovato leggermente alto.

The staff were the kindest I encountered on my trip. I stayed at 3 different hotels and koko was by far the best. The rooms were bigger than normal!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026A 15 minutos andando del centro de Gion y las calles comerciales. Zona tranquila y muy bien comunicada con el metro y buses de keihan San Jo. Desayuno bufet muy bueno con servicio de bebidas 24h en el lounge. Habitación más grande de nuestro viaje a japon.
Alguna noche se oía un poco el ruido de los extractores pero sólo fue 1 noche.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026夏の猛暑日に利用させて頂きましたが、館内には飲み放題の飲み物が数種類置いてあることに、まず感動。コンビニでお水も買いましたが、ホテルに飲み物があることが、とても良かったです。熱中症にもならず、快適に過ごせました。 もう１点、トイレとお風呂が分かれているセパレートタイプで、お部屋はそれだけでも快適でした。ベットも広くて、清潔で、ホテルの方の対応もとても良かったです。またぜひ泊まりたい宿です。

La station de métro est tout à côté et il y a aussi beaucoup de lignes de bus qui permettent d'aller partout. A pied il est très facile d'aller à Gion / Kamo river ! Le service de bagagerie est aussi au top, on a pu poser nos valises avant le check un pour découvrir la ville plus légers ☺️ La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable.

It's on a quiet street but very close to everything. This meant it was quiet but I could quickly get to the downtown.
I had no issues with the facility. This is my 3rd time staying here and I plan to return.

Un autentico infierno pedir la factura de empresa. Desaconsejo totalmente si viajas por negocios alojarte con ellos. Nosotros al menos no creo que repitamos si es por empresa. A mi me parece algo bastante básico saber hacer una factura que además pedí con antelación a mi llegada. P.D: Llevo tres semanas peleándome con atención al cliente de Booking y sigo sin tener la factura. El hotel dice que como pagué con antelación no pueden hacer factura (WTF) y Booking dice que la factura la tiene que hacer el hotel porque ellos solo son una plataforma para el pago...

24時間換気の機械音がうるさいが、スイッチオフにすれば解決。それとは別で外でカタカタ音がしていた。トイレが若干臭ったが扉を閉めれば全く問題ない。

Pulizie stanza ogni tre giorni, però cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Abbiamo avuto un problema di perdita d'acqua dal lavandino, segnalato più volte, è stato sistemato al terzo giorno

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Konumunu beğendik, her yere rahatlıkla yürüyebiliyorduk otelden. Odamizi beğendik çok hoş ferah bir odaydı. Odamız temizdi. Otelin genel olarak iç ve dış görüntüsünü beğendik. Tekrar tercih ederiz. Personel de çok kibar ve yardımcıydı.
Kahvaltıyı beğenmedik.

אין לובי לישיבה בשעות הבוקר, לאורחים שלא הזמינו ארוחת בוקר. במשך היום אפשרות הישיבה רק על כסאות ושולחנות כמו חדר אוכל. מתוך 5 לילות ששהינו במלון, ב 3 ערבים התארחו במלון קבוצות שאכלו ארוחת ערב ותפסו את כל המקומות. ריח חזק של אוכל בקומת הכניסה.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026This location was close walking distance (approx 10 - 15 minutes) to many lively areas and sights. However enough distance away to be quiet enough at night to relax. The train, metro and bus was about a three minute walk from the hotel. The room was a generous size for Japan. Must try the little local restaurant 50 metres to the left of the hotel. Does not look like anything and opens after 6.30pm.
Signage for the Hotel as there was another with the exact same name on the main road which was closed and boarded up, giving us a minor heart attack that we would not have any place to stay. This was then acknowledged by the reception staff with a smirk. So we would not have been the first to experience this.

El personal habla un inglés bastante limitado y pedir una factura por los gastos de empresa esta siendo ardua tarea. Se han negado a hacerla en persona y por mensaje de tal manera que Booking ha tenido que intervenir. Queriamos volver el año que viene ya que viajamos por negocios, pero nos buscaremos otro hotel más amigable para huespèdes business.
