Cleanliness was appallingly poor, especially in the common areas. At the restaurant on the ground floor, we witnessed 3–4 cockroaches crawling out from beneath and onto our table while waiting for dinner on 16th . This was utterly unacceptable and a total letdown. We raised the issue with the manager, even pointing out the crawlies . He suggested we move to another table — a dismissive solution — and then gave a 20% discount on the food, which felt more like sarcasm than genuine compensation. Although the manager appeared apologetic, not sure how they addressed such a grave hygiene failure. Allowing pests to roam freely in the dining area raises disturbing questions about the state of their kitchen. No restaurant should operate under such conditions, and this incident reflects a fundamental breakdown in cleanliness standards and basic food safety.

Terrible experience. Very dusty floor, dirty bedsheets, dirty toilet, broken safe and a lot of mosquitos and other insects. I immediately checked out although I had 2 nights booked. Asked for a refund and explained why I am checking out and they apologized and agreed to refund me. I still didn’t get refunded and it’s been 3 months already. I would not recommend it at all. I’m not attaching all pictures, but if this comment was removed for any reason, I will post again and I’ll make sure to post all pictures I took of the room.

The view from the back rooms is partially towards the adjacent construction activities and is also dusty. The host needs to indicate this at the time of booking or maybe sale these rooms at a discount till such time the construction of the adjacent premises is completed

No facilities for children's to play despite of vast space. They should put up swing, slides, and other playing facilities. Small kids get bored at this location.

Very poor service. No staff member escorted us to our room. We have to call them multiple times for our luggage. Luggage arrived in our room late. We asked for umbrella but they didn't deliver it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Aria. Beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. Ashish the manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5mins from Sula Vineyard, Ashish arranged a booking for the wine tour and tasting. Pool was great also overlooking the lake. Large room with great facilities. This was definitely our best hotel stay in India.

The view

The view is awesome but pls make sure while booking u confirm that they give u the river facing view the view on the backside of hotel is not good. Also while u check in the room pls check if WiFi is connected to the tv they took 1 entire day to solve that.

The food served was really delicious. Thier breakfast spread was really nice with good variety. Rooms are good and spacious.

Apart from swimming pool there are no amenities for recreation like gymnasium or badminton court. They didn't even serve us any welcome drink even if we asked for let alone serving voluntarily. The non garden facing room view is all ruined because of construction going on in the property so you can't even access the balcony.

The view of the property was good. The breakfast was average but the dosas were delicious.

Loads of things. The property is very dimly lit and corridors are super dark. The in room phone didn’t work, so for every request I had to call the hotel from my mobile. Room was on triple occupancy but the towels, dental kits were not adequate. No amenities in the room, wardrobe had only 2 hangers, no robes, no shaving kit, no slippers, no hand or face towels. Not expected from a property which is branded as luxury. Requested the staff at reception to get the room serviced and amenities replenished but that didn’t happen. Light kept tripping every 5 mins. The tea cup was never replaced after the first evening, phone was never rectified. Staff were also not very attentive. Post first cleaning of the room only 2 towels were left in the room. If the charge is so high, services need to be better. The food on the buffet is also average except the dosas which were delicious. We did some room service of sandwiches which were soggy and flavourless. Not recommended to stay here, loads of options in Nashik.

overall, the resort is built with a great concept and infrastructure. the rooms are pretty decently sized (we were in premiere room). breakfast options and taste was very good, and the service whenever needed was very quick.

there is a need for proper maintenance in such a property. when we entered the room, it smelled unpleasant, and during the 3 days of stay, the washroom in the room smelled like a public toilet which also cascaded to the room. the washrooms seemed clean so not sure of where the smell came from. the hotel staff even sprayed freshner and cleaned the washroom again, but that didn't help with the smell. additionally, the extra bed in the room is a sofa cum bed. it is conceptually good, but not very comfortable. this could also be improved.
