La habitacion estaba en un 3er nivel sin ascensor.. Las camas pueden mejorar, pero para un fin de semana se pasa con tranquilidad.

La poseta de la habitación fatal , no bajaba bien , el baño un poco incómodo , yo estaba en segundo piso con entre plantas y me cansaba no ascensor se escuchaba ruido mucho de las habitaciones vecinas y el Personal hacía mucho ruido a primera horas de la mañana cuando uno dormía y dentro de la habitación. Hace falta una papelera no la del baño

En el check-in vaig haver de trucar per telèfon i esperar perquè ningú m’obria la porta del carrer, tot i que ja eren més de les 14 h. Vaig trucar al timbre diverses vegades, però ningú responia. Finalment, vaig haver de trucar a un telèfon que vaig trobar per internet. Em va contestar una dona i em va dir que ara vindria a obrir-me, però encara vaig haver d’esperar uns 10 minuts més. En total, vaig estar uns 25 minuts esperant per poder entrar a l’edifici. Després, vaig haver d’esperar uns altres 10-20 minuts per poder completar tota la informació que em demanaven a la tauleta i pagar la taxa turística. Per altra banda, s'escolten molt les portes de les altres habitacions i el bany del costat.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026El ambiente era muy tranquilo. El personale amable y todo era limpio. Muy bien ubicación. Habitación muy amplia. Tenían secador de pelo normal lo necesario para ducharse. Me encantó que mantuvieron el suelo original y los techos altos.
Se oía todo y toda la noche hacía ruido el mini frigo. El lavado esta como rajado. La cama pequeña era dura.

Room was not as advertised. Previously had stayed in the room we had booked again and has reserved the room specifically because wanted to repeat the experience. We were given a smaller room. No walk in shower. Bed incredibly uncomfortable. Many more stairs than originally anticipated due to being in a different room. Bathroom had random hairs in it. Towels were stained and dirty looking.

Las escaleras, no tiene ascensor. Estuvimos 4 noches y hubiera estado bien que nos cambiarán las toallas una vez, aunque es verdad que no lo pedimos.

The room was on the 3rd floor which looked like it had been added on top of a character old building . The ceiling was very low and the floor had different levels which is a trip hazard and different flooring. So didn’t look like the photos showing some very nice rooms with tiled floors and high ceilings. The bathroom was tiny and when you use the shower water flows into bathroom. The workmanship was shoddy. There was no mention of rooms being on 3rd floor which would be a big problem for some people.

Que en la recepción solo están hasta las 14.30 y que al dejar la habitación no puedas dejar la maleta o la mochila que lleves y que señor solo hablaba inglés y no castellano., muy educado eso sí pero creo que una persona que está en una recepción tiene que hablar castellano también.

Dodatkowym plusem była mikrofalówka na korytarzu, jednak drobnym mankamentem był brak dostępnych sztućców i talerzy.

Pretty much within 5-10 minutes walking distance of everything u need (Beach, supermarkets and general shops, restaurants, museum), easy keycard system, balcony room was fabulous! We also appreciated the microwave and ice cold drinking water available, daily cleaning, and cannot thank the lovely staff enough 😊

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026A great property in the centre of town only a short walk from the station and the beach with many food and shopping options on your doorstep. The building is a traditional old Spanish house around a central staircase and retains many original features with nice design items added by current owners. My room was a good size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, although furnishings were basic. A nice touch was tea and coffee with sugar (no milk or powder) and a kettle so you could make a drink if you wanted. An extra unexpected bonus was the small terrace on the top floor - a lovely sun trap and good location to watch the sun set over the mountains (although there was only a view over rooftops of nearby buildings). Very nice soap and shower liquids provided - lovely smells!
My room was on the third floor with no lift - just be aware if you don’t like or can’t manage stairs. Shower bracket had no way to set the shower to a good angle to use - it just pointed at the shower doors so you had to hold it in your had to get the water over you effectively - no big deal but a little awkward in the small shower space.

The only reason my score is not higher is because just next to the hotel is a house where they throw major parties every singel evening I stayed there. I'm talking about the kind that have like at least 30 drunk 20-25 year olds screaming footbal songs etc..
