The villa was full of mosquitoes making it hard to spend time by the pool or kitchen area and had to keep our bedroom door closed at all times. There were multiple cockroaches and centipedes (dead and alive). Overall was not very clean at all. Definitely needs a good professional clean. Pool wasn’t too bad however also needed a clean too. Wouldn’t recommend staying here especially considering the price. Very disappointed.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Bedrooms were nice and comfortable bed, lovely pool. Staff did a good job at being helpful.
Bathrooms weren’t clean enough, the pool pump was constantly loud, airflow in the main area wasn’t great and stuffy, needed fan there and Banana lounges needed for the pool. The sun didn’t come into the pool area either and we felt very isolated there as there was nothing around the area to go to unless you got a taxi.

The villa was very dirty. The floor was not wiped at all when we came on the first day. The pool filter didn't so it was very dirty and a lot of mosquitos were in it... The bathtub didn't work ... For that money everthing should be working. When we told them that the pool can't be used and if they could check no one bothered to go and check it out ... In my opinion there should be a partial refund for that as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this stay and were not able to use it at all.

Good to have cooking facilities, fridge, kettle/jug etc. Beds very comfy, nice shower and staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Used GRAB app to get taxis which are very efficient and cheap.
Access down a hill with no footpaths and my friend has trouble walking so had to rely on taxis to get anywhere. As living area open, no air conditioning (although bedrooms air conditioned) so would've been nice to have a fan or two available.
