Cosi Ao Nang

Location is perfect and the amenities are absolutely great. The hotel is honestly a gem, it just needs to be bettet cleaned. We had a good time other than the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our toilet got blocked on the 1st day of our stay. The staff just told us not to put toilet paper in. We did not put TP in, it was probably already blocked from previous guests. In the end, it took 8h for them to come clean and they didn't unblock the toilet at all... we had to flush multiple for waste to go down. The shower also did not drain properly at all. The backboard of the bed had a lot of hairs on it. And the TV and refrigerator seemed to be badly cleaned.

Very small rooms but worked great for just a taking off and landing point if you are planning to be mainly out and about. Earplugs recommended though due to noise in busy party area.

Nice hotel, very clean. My only issues were the steps leading to the property are painted to create an optical illusion. Terrible for disabled people like me. Thankfully there was a ramp. No where to sit in the room except a bean bag. So hotel designed for young fit people.

If you are visiting krabi/ao nang area this is perfect not too far from the beach it’s in walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice and modern and clean

Location was great and the property was clean. The tourist information desk was super helpful for booking trips. We didn’t get our room cleaned everyday which was disappointing and the reception staff were quite rude/unhelpful. After staying in COSI at Koh Samui, it unfortunately wasn’t the same experience.

Clean room and nice staff, good location

An eco-friendly hotel that is clean, convenient to most of the restaurants and close to to Ao Nang beach. Staff in the lobby are very helpful as well.

Centrally located but not directly in beach road so had best of area. Simple but comfortable enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at COSI. The staff was fantastic and the facilities were nice. The only drawback was the mold in our bathroom and shower. The shower didn't drain and would overflow onto the floor. Overall, I would stay here again. It is closely located to Ao Nang, many tuk tuks available, shopping and bars near by. Thank you COSI

Location was great. Breakfast was not great.

Cosi is nicely situated in a convenient area and wasy to walk to anything you need. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had an issue with the AC unit and maintenance was there and fixed it immediately. We did find the room a little noisy. You can hear everything in the hall.

It was a quiet place to sleep and might have been really nice when first built. Now its getting rather run down. Broken hooks and handles in the room, broken door to enter building, overall needing a deep clean. The staff was friendly and included breakfast was good. Had a very overpowering smell of cough syrup. There were also no outlets near any mirrors in the room, making it difficult to dry and style hair. Water pressure was poor as well. Needs some TLC and could be a quality place again.

Great place

The location and price were the main reasons we stayed here. The photos really exaggerated the site. Even though it doesn't seem very old, it's quite worn in many places. Much more of hostel vibes than hotel.

Great place , pleasent stay

The main reason we booked the hotel is because of the “rock climbing pool” but when we got there, we found out you can’t actually rock climb and this was just for decoration. Rooms were really small compared to other hotels in this price range we’ve stayed in before but everything was clean and you got to use “credit” in their store for food and drink items which was good. Also, they offer laundry services (self serve) but do not use them. Our clothes came out wet but not clean and then took 3 rounds in the dryer before we gave up because they didn’t dry so we had to hang the washing in our tiny hotel room. We went to reception to tell them the dryer wasn’t working and they pulled out a slip for a “washing machine refund” so looks like they have this problem all the time when it comes to washing and drying. Hotel staff were friendly so no fault there. Easy walking distance with lots of food options nearby. I would recommend this hotel as a “cheap stay” option for someone backpacking!! :)

Great little place

We had a great stay at Cosi. The facilities were fantastic, staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was comfortable. Brilliant value for money too!

Loved my stay here! Laundry was not working which was upsetting but staff was so nice and everything else was great and made up for it :) great location as well

Nice hotel in a great location close to Ao Nang beach. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants. And a gym and nice swimming pool also.

This is a amazing a modern hotel with unique design features and room layout.. the beds are super comfortable.. outside and on the roof is the best pool and relaxation area of any hotel I’ve stayed in and the views are priceless 😍

We stayed at Cosi for one night. Friendly staff, clean and affordable. Nothing to complain about.

Location, staff is reaaly good. I don't like a food. If you order a breakfast it will ready at 8 o'clock. So your need to eat good food if you go late. Cofee and tee are available only untill 14 o'clock.

Nice modern room and clean. Pool area is nice but not many beanbags so we couldnt get a seat. Close enough to restaurants and bars but also on the edge so wasn’t as loud as it would be further in the middle of the restaurants like other hotels were.

Was super clean. Very nice facility. Staff were super accomadating and the location was in walking distance to the beach and markets. Would reccommend

Great spot

It’s good value for your money. No frills hotel in a new building in a walking distance from Ao Nang beach and its bustling area. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Some of the cons were the mildew smell in the bathroom and coming to the room when the AC was off. We saw a couple of mosquitoes flying around the room as well. General maintenance is poor for such a new construction: leaking sink, stained curtains and shower walls, loosening towels rods and soap container. And don’t wait for any help from the staff they will just ignore you altogether. Again is a hotel good enough for a couple of nights without frills or services.

Great funky place, great location. Pool area a little small. Would have preferred not to have a road view as had to have a blind down all the time for privacy.

I was unsure about this hotel but it turned out to be fantastic! It was a great price and very modern. Convenient to everything. Short walk up the beach, monkeys, shopping around the corner. Came with a daily credit to be used at the cafe. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. I paid 4 x the price for other hotels in Thailand and this was by far the best deal. The only downfall was the noise of music at night but even that wasn’t nearly as bad as the noise on Phi Phi Island. Do yourself a favour and bring ear plugs to Thailand so you can sleep solid. Happy travels.

Pros: good facilities, lovely front of house staff, relaxing pool area, nice comfy bed Cons: room had a weird smell, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly (hairs everywhere and mirror dirty) and got savage food poisoning from the bacon egg muffin breakfast option - be careful!!

Little bit of a walk to the shops and restaurants but the hotel room was good for the price. Run by a nice couple.

Staff was very rude, if you need any assistance you are interrupting them being on their phones. Food was stale in the shop. Not happy with this place.

Very nice hotel small room but very nice with comfortable bed. Great location near everything. Only was disappointed during my check in .got to hotel after 2pm. Room was not ready.

The room was good value for the price. It would have been nice to have a small table and chair instead of a bean bag. I appreciated the washing line in the shower. Great that they have recycling bins, but it would be even better if they provided glass water bottles that could be returned (like some hotels have) instead of plastic. Both washing machines were not working but the out of order sign was only on one of them, so I made an unnecessary trip to reception to get change.

Very clean, very good quality place, cleaning staff very helpful and nice. Very comfy beds, good wifi. The self laundry was broken the whole time. But its more expensive to do yourself then to pay one of the nice ladys on the street to do it for you. 40baht for washer, 60baht for dryer and you gotta buy detergent. The pool coulda been cleaner couple floating bandaids typical stuff. Gym coulda had some water bottles or water dispenser. But overall a good place and would stay again for sure.

We loved our stay at Cosi! It was organized, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go as it is central on the main strip of Ao Nang. The internet worked well and the beds were very comfortable, we did try to do our laundry and were not able to as they only had one washer and one dryer working at the time. The pool was closed for upgrades during our stay so we did not use it.

Fresh, modern decor, a nice clean place to stay in a good location. It's about a 12 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and necessities all around.The hotel had live music next to the lobby along with full bar service. They have laundry facilities where you can wash your own stuff, a pool, and fitness area. There are 4 buildings all along the street that are only accessible with your room card. You may or may not be in building 4 which was the one with the pool, laundry and fitness area. There is free water in the hotel lobby (bring your water bottle or buy one there), as well as coffee and tea. They have breakfast and pastries available for purchase. The only thing was, the breakfast was ordered the night before and was cold by the time we picked it up in the morning. I guess they just make the breakfast all at once and you get it whenever you're ready in the morning *shrug* I would definitely go back!

The most comfortable beds we've stayed in so far in Thailand. Exceptionally clean and great location Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel had a nice upbeat vibe to it, mostly a younger crowd or young families. Easy walking for restaurants, shopping and beach. I would definitely return.

The property was clean and tidy in a great location

Clean and newer property. The rooms are small, no room for chairs. Wife had to sit on the floor to read. Hallways were hot as only the rooms have ac. Good for the budget minded, but wife says upgrade a little.

Perfect. The ONLY downside was the laundry room. Only one washer was working no dryer and nowhere to hang up my clothes. Luckily there’s a laundromat about a minute walk away and I was able to do a load for 40 baht
