Courtyard Northern Ring Road is a solid business hotel and works well for short professional stays. The location is good, with convenient access to key business areas and main roads, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms, however, are quite small. The Classic, Deluxe, and Superior categories are essentially the same size, with the only difference being the window size. If you’re planning a longer stay or prefer more space, I would highly recommend booking a suite — they are significantly more spacious and much more comfortable. The gym is quite basic and not very well equipped, so it may fall short if you’re looking for a full workout. The swimming pool, on the other hand, is decent and a nice option to unwind. Breakfast is okay but the spread is limited, especially compared to other hotels in a similar category. What truly stands out is the service. The staff are extremely warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Arnav, Kevin, the concierge team, and the reception staff — they consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, a reliable business hotel with excellent service, best suited for short stays.

I had a delivery and the courier left the order at the reception, I called and requested to have it delivered to my room but they said I had to come down to take it. Also I checked in late but no one called me to confirm if I will be there or not.

The food selection for dinner was limited. Also, the hotel should be more proactive in advising guests how to access the hotel by foot from the metro station.

عند الوصول جرى تأخر تسليمنا الغرفة لمدة ساعتين علما بأن الساعه كانت متجاوزة 6 م والحجز مدفوع ومؤكد جرى وعدنا بالتعويض ولم نرى ذلك للاسف في ثالث ليلة: تعطل التكييف الساعه 4 فجرا ولم يتم نقلنا إلى غرفة اخرى الا الساعه 3 عصرا في ثاني ليلة: واجهنا مشكلة قصور في الماء في دورة المياه السؤال الأهم بعد التجربة ! هل هذا الفندق من الفنادق اللي ممكن أرجعها ؟ الجواب طبعا لا

The hotel has a good environment and friendly front of the house. I have arrived earlier before schedule check-in and they have allow me to use the facilities for fresh-up before heading out. Honourable mentions Faisal at Front Office and Dara at Food and Beverage, another gentleman during my morning arrival apologies I couldn’t remember the name, thank you for a consistent service provide and housekeeping team for tidy and clean. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The reception staff by the name Thamer. He was very poor in customer service. Even though we were checked in late at 16.30 because the rooms were not ready and we had to stay at the reception, he refused to give a late check out to 15.00. He was very rude in his commutation. Needs training in customer service.

لم يعجبني عدم استقبالهم لطلبات مندوب الطعام لم يحضرو لي الطعام واخبرني بالنزول الاخ عمار لم يعجبني اتصالهم الساعة العاشرة صباحا واسالتهم هل تريد التمديد لم يعجبني لايوجد شباك يدخل الهواء للغرفة لم يعجبني تعاملهم في حجزي وتوضيح ماهي الإشكالية في وصول المبلغ وكيف الطريقة لم يقبلو الالغاء للحجز أخبروني انه سيتم سحب المبلغ ولايوجد استرداد ضاع اربع ساعات في هذا الحوار

We stayed there for an event. Hotel was fine. Rooms a bit small with limited views and amenities. For whatever reason, Platinum status did not translate to lounge or breakfast options. Location is not optimal but near highways if you need to travel. Staff is kind and helpful. Overall fine but limited services. Breakfast selection was good though with good quality choices. Probably not ideal vacation place

The room type did not much as per booking.com posting. I booked two Family Rooms—one under my name and one under my aunt’s—specifically selecting this hotel because this configuration was not available at comparable brands at that time and was essential for supervising our children. Upon arrival at approximately 7:00 pm, we were advised that our reservations had been mapped to two king rooms and two twin rooms. I clarified that we expected two Family Room configurations (one king + one twin each), connected. The receptionist, Shahada, advised this was not possible, added that twin rooms were unavailable too, and said we would be informed when they became ready. When I raised my concerns, I was told the issue was related to a third-party booking and therefore not the hotel’s responsibility. As a hotelier, I can confirm this reflects inadequate pre arrival planning, inventory control, and a complete breakdown in room allocation and assignment management. I requested to speak with a Duty Manager or the Front Office Manager. A lady manager arrived but offered no explanation or resolution plan, and I was told I would be called later. This interaction demonstrated a lack of product knowledge, ownership, and effective problem-solving. No alternatives (temporary rooming near each other, priority moves) were proactively offered, nor were service recovery options discussed. After midnight, two twin rooms became available; however, they were located far from the previously assigned king rooms. Because our children require supervision, we had to crowd into one room—a very difficult situation that falls well below Marriott’s service standards and guest experience commitments.

Stayed there for 4 nights early November 2025, the room and the facilities are very good, location for ,e was very good as my work was close so didn't face the traffic issue there, breakfast is decent you don't need more, and the lounge is a good place to work in. And the staff is very friendly

From where to start? The location is perfect for business travelers, as it is situated along the Northern Ring Road and very close to the KAFD, making it highly convenient for commuting and meetings. The staff, especially the front office team, are professional, welcoming, and truly go the extra mile to make you feel at home. When it comes to food and beverage, to be honest, their breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. The variety and quality are at a different level. While the hotel is not new, the rooms are very well maintained and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is also a nice indoor pool and a well equipped gym area. The main restaurant offers daily themed dinner buffets, which is a great touch if you prefer to dine at the hotel. Special thanks to the GM, Mr. Mahmoud, who has truly shaped hospitality to a different level. His leadership is clearly reflected in every part of the guest experience. This is my favourite hotel not only in KSA, but in the whole GCC when it comes to business travel.

Thamer, the receptionist, was truly outstanding—exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming from check in to check out.

The hotel is simply the worse in Riyadh. I come here for work, and I haven’t been in this hotel in 3 years. I checked on Google because I wanted to give them 1 star, and apparently I did it 3 years ago! Well, I can say that after 3 here everything stayed the same: - AC whistles and makes it impossible to sleep - mattress and pillows are horrible. 2 nights here and I had to book an appointment with the physiotherapist - service is still bad. They forget things - there is a nice addition this time: a construction sire working 24/7 and the above ground metro making the experience even worse

Although I am a genius-level 3 customer, I seldom write a review after a stay, but this time I must. Staff member name Mahmoud at the front desk was a superstar. Over the past 3.5 years since I lived in Saudi Arabia, I think he was by far the most welcoming, kind, and professional staff member I personally ever came across, even after care. He should be promoted as the staff member of the year 2025. If anyone visit this hotel and need any help, ask for Mahmoud.

The hotel doesn't have a small shop where I could buy items like some soda, although Mahmoud took care of the issue.

The above and beyond friendliness of every staff member and the high quality food combined with comfortable and modern facilities makes this establishment the one to beat, in my book. Shout out to the Boy from Philly, Mr. Mahmoud and the kind porter for their late-night hospitality.

Not the first time in the hotel and very sure it won’t be the last . good staff and excellent receptionists . Special thanks to the great receptionist Saleh on the afternoon shift . he was very helpful from the moment i arrived , he did not hesitate to offer help and provide the best guest care and following up with it till the check out time.
