El lugar en sí tiene buen potencial y las instalaciones son agradables, especialmente el área de la alberca. Sin embargo, considero que aún le falta mucho en cuanto a atención, servicio y calidad para que la experiencia sea realmente satisfactoria.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue bastante decepcionante desde el inicio. Al momento de realizar la reservación, la información proporcionada (dirección, teléfono y ubicación en Google Maps) no correspondía con la realidad, lo que me llevó a pasar más de una hora buscando el lugar y preguntando a varias personas, quienes ni siquiera lo conocían. Al llegar, arribé un par de horas antes del check-in y, aunque la persona que me atendió fue muy amable y me permitió entrar anticipadamente, me comentó que normalmente se cobra un cargo adicional por hacerlo, aunque en esta ocasión no me lo aplicaron. Sin embargo, comenzaron los inconvenientes. La llave de la habitación estaba atorada; lo reporté, pero nunca acudieron a solucionarlo, lo cual me generó preocupación por la seguridad de nuestras pertenencias. El restaurante fue una de las peores experiencias. Ofrecen un menú del cual aproximadamente el 60% de los platillos no están disponibles. La calidad de la comida es muy mala. En el desayuno, por ejemplo, pedimos hotcakes y no tenían mantequilla ni miel; esta última la llevaron mucho después. También pedí jugo y no tenían, a pesar de estar en el menú, por lo que terminé pidiendo café, que ni siquiera consumo. La alberca tiene buen espacio, pero estaba sucia, llena de insectos, y el agua muy fría. Considero que debería limpiarse temprano antes de que los huéspedes la utilicen. Además, no había atención en esa área. Al día siguiente entregué la habitación a las 11:00 a.m., cuando el check-out es a las 12:00 p.m. Mientras esperaba, fui al área de la alberca y entré un momento al jacuzzi, pero me retiraron indicándome que no podía permanecer ahí o tendría que pagar una hora extra, lo cual me pareció muy poco considerado. En general, el lugar tiene potencial, pero falta mucho en atención al cliente, servicio y variedad en el menú. Prácticamente estábamos obligados a consumir lo poco que tenían disponible. Como punto preocupante, tanto yo como mi hija terminamos con malestar

El lugar es nuevo, buen gusto y con unas vistas perfectas 👌

Todo me gustó, incluso la lluvia y los caminos un poco difíciles pero fue parte de la experiencia

El trato con el personal fueron muy amables a mi ingreso. pasamos una tarde muy agradable en familia. no hicimos uso del desayuno del lugar, a pesar de que la propuesta por internet decía que incluía el desayuno, en el lugar nunca nos dieron esa opcion.

nunca salio agua caliente... mis hijos y yo nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fria. la recepcionista me dijo que eso no podia ser... pero yo me bañe con agua fria. De las 7 habitaciones solo en la mia sucedio lo del agua fria.

El jacuzzi que tienen 2 de diferentes temperaturas y el personal todos muy amables

Solo me gustaría que la alberca fuera climatizada

No provamos el desayuno, la ubicación es complicado de llegar el camino es mucha terracería.

Las habitaciones que nos dieron no eran las mostradas en imágenes, no hubo agua caliente el primer dia, toallas de baño sucias, nos decepciono.

Las sábanas y toallas de cara y mano estaban manchadas. El lavamanos no estaba del todo limpio.

La atención del personal y la calidez del lugar es increíble, adicional la limpieza del espacio, comodidad, la calidad de la comida, precios razonable, la verdad super megarexomendado... volveremos sin duda 🙂

Todo es genial, solo que si es necesario tener refrigeradores o frigobar que te permita tener espacio para enfriar lo que desees.

Everything was pristine! Seems like it’s a pretty new property, and it’s maintained very well.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. I've stayed numerous times there as I will look forward to staying there in the future.

We were surprised that the jacuzzi didn’t stay heated. The pool/jacuzzi was a big reason I booked here and it was really inconvenient that you had to find staff to heat it up for you and it took 30+ mins to get warm. We also tried using the jacuzzi Saturday night but couldn’t find anyone to turn the heat on. Reception area was empty even though it was only 8 pm. I messaged asking for help and got no response. There was also a party on site with very loud music that went way past 10 pm, which is when quiet hours start according to the hotel’s own rules. We were frustrated because we couldn’t use the jacuzzi and then had difficulty falling asleep because the music was really loud until at least midnight.

I loved how all the rooms were separate little cabins! Felt very private and comfortable. I love the drinks and snacks available also that there’s so many outdoor places to hang out and have a drink on the property!

Location was excellent for where we were going, but Google Maps doesn't give accurate directions to it. Property was nice, but wished we could have used jacuzzi past 10PM. Internet was good. Staff was accommodating.

Should not have glass bottles for soaps in a shower. Also, our room had dishes and glasses, but no way to wash them or dry them. Also the tv did not get any channels, only streaming services.

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is great having a lot of wineries around and not as hard to get to as other properties. The layout of the private apartments was excellent and allowed for full privacy. The attention of the hosts was great and just a message away. The pool was nice and jacuzzi worked great.

They only have water, wine and snacks available for purchase. I wish they had a wider selection of last minute things you'd need and more variety of wine. But these are extras perks that are not a must to have as you could just come prepared. Not the hotel fault.

Beyond perfect, I can't wait to return to this beautiful place.

Unique layout and rooms were clean. Good location for the money.

The location was down a very difficult dirt road with a normal car. There were some sketchy spots with an SUV or a truck. You would be just fine. It would be helpful if there were more details about getting to the location and the condition of the roads beforehand.. the staff was helpful, but did not speak any English at all and we booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but the hot tubs were all cold.

It was very clean and convenient. It was very new and a little sterile. Needs some decorations for oomph. The staff is super nice.

Check out was hard didn't open on time when it was noted reception open at 9am. Took a while to get towels.

Scenery was nice and quiet

Didn’t like that I had to travel through dirt road with rocks and holes. Lost some mud guards and broke a spoiler on my car. It would have been nice to have a microwave.

I like everything about the place. The property is well maintained from the rooms to the property grounds. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need.

I liked everything about the property. The one thing that we couldn't get to work was the TV but i didn't mind because we weren't there to watch TV.

They offer a hotel room in stead the provide a caravan on the application they mix pictures of a caravan an a hotel room that is not correct they spoil my weekend

Set the moment we were on our way to a reservation. Everything started going down hill. I was told the reservation wasn’t paid for even though I clicked to get it charged immediately, I requested two queen size bed since I was going with my teenage son, None of the payment was done through credit card. They wanted to do Zelle or cash. We arrived pretty late and the room was ridiculously small. Only one bed, no staff on site the next day. We were just like whatever let’s just chill. Enjoy the pool get ready for a party we found out there was no water for at least two hours, We couldn’t get ready we were late to the party.WiFi wasn’t working the TV in the room wasn’t working. The owner of the property was there and he pretty much didn’t care. I talk to him and he responded. That’s why I couldn’t ask my own Internet in my big house cause he was staying at the big house for the weekend . There was just so many inconvenience Would have been for free then I would not say anything but paying for this absolutely not.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. The property was so pretty and had a great pool and jacuzzi with cabanas. It was peaceful and a great location to restaurants and vineyards.

Our air conditioner was broken. They came to fix it but it only stayed on as a fan and then turned off after an hour. We just left it since it didn’t get fixed the first time. We wish there were screens on the windows so we could get fresh air without bugs flying on.

I had a great time at this place! My friends and family loved their stay as well. Oscar, the manager, was very helpful by offering a catering service for my birthday celebration, which turned out to be perfect. The food was delicious and more than enough for my group! Everyone enjoyed, including our little one who loved the pool. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

This place was nice but did lack on some things. There’s no refrigerator or microwave nor do they have food on the property so I recommend bringing a cooler or food ahead of time. Also they required us to pay for our stay via Zelle which seemed a bit sketchy. And getting there was hard in a small car due to the rocky dirt roads. Overall the place was nice and the staff was good to us but I think there are better places in Valle that are more convenient to stay at.

The team was very attentive to all of our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent jacuzzi and Pool. Everything was worth the drive, also near all the best vineyards and breakfast place.

The only thing missing is restaurant on site, but other places to eat were near and the rooms we had, were equipped with kitchens.

The property, owners, and staff were absolutely amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting valle de guadalupe. We had a group of 19 so the separate yet close rooms were amazing. The big windows allowed for great lighting during the day & at night the shutter's offered privacy. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helped us 24 hrs of the day. I COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL FOR THEIR HELP DURING MY STAY.

If there was anything we needed or didn't like, the hosts were able to help us no matter the time. AMAZING PEOPLE, PLACE, AND SERVICE!

Cool spot, clean, staff were awesome in congratulating us for our anniversary. The property looks fairly new and the bed was comfortable. Lots of cool restaurants and wine tasting around.

many of the facilities were not functioning. No wine tasting on premises, no bar, no restaurant, nowhere to buy wood for the firepit. this place has so much potential - maybe the season starts later and it doesn’t make sense to offer all of these to a half empty property. I wish I knew all of that prior.

Restaurant onsite was a bit reason for choosing this place but it was closed and not communicated prior to booking. Linens were not in good shape -bed sheets were stained and ripped, towels were worn.
