The room concept was very cute and special. The staff were kind and very attentive. We loved the wine and food we tried there.

The AC was not enough to cool off the unit.. it was extremely hot, specially between 12-4 pm.. plus there was no mini fridge..

The cabins are remodeled containers and they are very nice. The room was small and comfortable. The bathroom has glass doors that open to the outside which makes for a delightful experience. The patio is sizeable and comfortable. The jacuzzi was in perfect working order and felt wonderful all evening. The cabin has a beautiful view all around and was very quiet and tranquil. Fernando, the proprietor, was a fabulous host and will take care of any concerns you might have. His English is near perfect so you will not have any communication problems.

Lidia (the owner of the property) could not have been a better host. She was remarkably hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it possibly could have been. The property was beautiful and pretty centrally located. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, the stay far exceeded expectations.

Buena locacion y facil de llegar. Instalaciones modernas. El jacuzi limpio y facil de usar, sin tener que esperar a que caliente. El personal muy amable.

Por algún motivo mi banco no les permitía hacer el cobro de la estancia así que me contactaron por booking.com para informarme de esto, y me dan la opción de pagar la mitad o un poco más aprox., para no perder la habitación. Lo hice y mandé captura al número de WhatsApp que me mandaron. Todo supuestamente ya había quedado... Error, llegué al lugar y al parecer mi pago no lo registraron y me querían cobrar la cantidad completa el día que llegué. Total, eso se pudo aclarar. De ahí solo detalles; el minisplit de la habitación no enfría, o tarda muchísimo en enfriar y la habitación se convierte en un horno. Una de las tazas que te dejan para hacer café, tenía lápiz labial, y lo que sí nos molestó más, que nos dicen que venía el desayuno continental incluido, lo cual terminó siendo solo fruta picada, yogurt griego, granola y un café. Okay? Si eso es todo el desayuno, me evito ese extra al apartar la habitación y mejor llevo fruta picada en mi hielera. Y no solo eso, a pesar de eso decidimos darle la oportunidad al restaurante de ahí. Mis chilaquiles sabían a salsa de pizza, y los de mi esposa estaban muy salados, nada comibles. Le comentamos a la mesera que si podían ponerle crema para ver si eso arreglaba el sabor un poco, y definitivamente no y asi lo dejaron. Mi esposa no se pudo terminar el plato, y para colmo nos cobran el platillo cuando no se pudo comer ni 3/4 de este. Al final eran menos de $200 mxn por ese platillo, no es un golpe al bolsillo, pero definitivamente se hubieran visto mejor el no habernos cobrado ese platillo ya que ni el intento de hacerle el platillo de nuevo o ver otra opcion para reponer un platillo que no era comestible.

This a great and beautiful place to stay. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. I stayed at the smaller villas and they were very clean and modern. I would recommend to anyone.

Great place to get away from the day to day activities , such as work. if you don't want to go anywhere else, this place has a nice restaurant, where you can get breakfast l, lunch or dinner. The breakfast that was included with the stay was delicious. Everyone at Xaroma is very welcoming and very polite.

it's not that we totally disliked it, but we didn't get coffee in our room for our second day there. They have a little coffee maker, so when you get up you can get your daily coffee and perhaps they just forgot to restock.

This place was very cute and relaxing. A great getaway from reality. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The food was great, we were obsessed with their sangria! We will definitely be coming back!

Very attentive Restaurant is beautiful, staff is amazing and food is INCREDIBLE! I will dream about it forever. The bar was really cool and fun as well. The drinks were delicious and offer a great break from the wine. You will not be disappointed!

Xaroma is a unique place. You’re surrounded by beautiful vineyards and it’s very peaceful. The wine was excellent we had their white, Rose and red. We also tried their Mezcal which to my surprise was tasty, I had the most amazing mixed mezcal drink. Food was delicious. Their villas are very practical and cute, unfortunately our villa had a foul odor and it seemed to get progressively stronger in smell as the day passed. The staff was great, Fernando was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again but in a different villa.

This vineyard was a unique experience. Overall it was a great time but we were also a large group (16) 8 couples. All family and we make the most of our time together. A few of our couples complained that their rooms smelled like sewer. But the rest of us had a fresh smelling room. The bathroom view was the best part of the rooms.

The love and care that goes in managing this property is beyond the human comprehension. The villas are cozy, tucked away from the crowded areas. They serve amazing food, cooked with so much love. We’ve toured some wineries in the Valley, but NONE offered the customer service and love for their guests as they do at Xaroma. The fire pit it’s cozy, the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms will definitely surprise you! Lidia and Francisco built such a classy place, kudos to them!

All the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to make sure all our needs were met. The property is beautiful and conveniently located in the center of Valle de Guadalupe. The restaurant on site is five star and offers a free continental breakfast daily for guests.

The staff was wonderful! Fernando took very good care of us during our stay. I can't thank him enough! Very luxurious amenities and spotlessly clean accomodations. Beautiful outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying a quiet evening. The air conditioner in the room was excellent and kept us very cool.

The roads to get to the hotel are not paved. This is not the hotel's fault but travelers should bring a truck or SUV. The street that the hotel is on is well maintained compared to surrounding areas however.

This is such a beautiful property! The converted shipping containers are provide so much privacy and peace. The Chef is amazing! The owner was very attentive! And the Chardonnay was delicious We loved staying here!

Our family stayed in Xaroma the beginning of June 2023 we loved it!! Customer service was excellent!! I can not say enough about the staff they were all amazing from check-in to check-out. I traveled with family, we have a brother with special needs and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. Loved the food the relax ambiance beds were perfect for us very comfortable. I want to thank the staff I will highly recommend this stay.

We visit the place with our dog, we were looking for a peaceful place to expend the weekend, a place where the dog can be free to run an explore, and this one was the right place. Is beautiful, the wine is tasty and the dinner unique and delicious, my congratulations to the chef. We only miss TV, there is any, but we did not need it much.

The rooms were super unique with a lot of privacy. The whole property was very tranquil. on top of that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our stay also came with a continental breakfast.

Everything! Rooms were so clean and relaxing. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant there so we didn’t have to leave the premises. I was celebrating my husband’s bday and they prep a 5 course meal and a cake for him. Food was excellent!

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no TV in our room. We did wanted to just chill but it got really cold outside so we had to go inside.

Everything was absolutely great. We loved our stay here. The container homes were super cute, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very attentive. Complementary breakfast was a nice surprise (fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, fresh orange juice, home made banana bread and coffee) a la carte meals were delicious. A little deeper into Valle than I’ve stayed before so there was a longer dirt road to take but navigation had no problem finding it. We would love to come back.

Check-in was easy and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and hospitality was great. The room was very unique and comfortable. We especially liked the indoor outdoor shower. It exceeded our expectations.

We had a lovely stay Xaroma. It is a fun and unique accommodation. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and the place is well taken care off. We ordered breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. Xaroma also organized our wine tasting tour and selected four very different wineries providing a great overview over the area wineries. Would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend to stay here, is very close to everything, room is clean and beautiful. The restaurant is nice and elegant, has Susy a good vibe and the food is delicious. My boyfriend and I we had a very good time, plus they did a very good job with our accommodations since we were celebrating our 2nd anniversary and made all the details for us. Really appreciate it, thank you Fernando and Lidia and to all the team Xaroma, for making our experience so perfect.

Dining area was beautiful, but the breakfast only consisted of fruit, yogurt, granola, orange juice, coffee and some slices of wheat bread.

Once we realized what breakfast consisted of, we had to change our plans on the spot. I guess we could've asked during check-in and avoid the stop by the dining area all together.

The staff at this property are wonderful. They are welcoming and engaging. I enjoyed everyone we met. The restaurant was outstanding. The food and wait staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was "Mexican-sized", meaning it was short and not a typical queen size as you might be used to in the states. It is a mattress on a wooden platform with no box spring and was pretty uncomfortable. The room was modern with lovely attention to detail, so the uncomfortable bed seemed out of place. We booked and paid for two nights but only stayed one. We wanted to rest more comfortably. That said, the staff noticed when we didn't return for our second night and messaged with concern. They really do care about their customers.

The place was beautiful and super clean. All the employees were very friendly and always willing to help. We got lost on our way there super late at night and the general manager Fernando was super helpful and made us feel safe. Thank you for everything, definitely will be going back.

The manager and staff were warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy and and the shower had doors that opened to a private patio giving you the sensation of showering outdoors. There was a nice restaurant on-site that offered wine tasting. Having coffee among the vineyards in the morning and enjoying the complimentary continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. I would definitely recommend Xaroma.

The Xaroma stay was a unique experience. The room is a metal container turned into an amazing one bedroom, glass shower with a unique safe/beatiful view of the valley.

I loved that they used old shipping containers to create a beautiful guest room. Once inside you would never know you were in a container. Nice, peaceful and quiet which is what we were looking for. No TV helps you communicate with your partner. Cellular service was spotty but who cares. The morning we left, they served us breakfast which was a beautiful surprise. And it was delicious. We ate it in the patio overlooking the hills. Just keep your key card with you if you at all times because the doors closed automatically. We found out the hard way😂. We will definitely be back mainly because of their hospitality. Great customer service!!!

What I liked- Loved that every hotel is named after a wine which makes it easy to spot. The rooms were clean and the building looked aesthetic. I only stayed the night to sleep, but I know they have a restaurant and winery. What I didn’t like- In Expedia the prices were $165 per room. Once I put my credit card information, it did not purchase the rooms. Xaroma had to contact me the finish paying the final amount, so far so good right? Nope, turns out they charged over $200 dollars per room and fees. They also charged us $25 dollars per room because we brought more than 2 people even though we had our own sleeping bags. There was also no one in the front desk to accommodate me immediately. Some ladies who I have no idea if they were staff told me to wait for Francisco (the man at the front desk). Also it’s over a 20 minute drive off road to even arrive. There are plenty of other hotels that are not as far from the main road that have cheaper prices, better service and even bigger spaces. So disappointed with our stay here, it seemed like there’s not a lot of business, but jacked up the prices which is fine only if they deliver a great service/product. If potential costumer is reading I would recommend Maglen. Maglen had more options/activities, it’s near the main road, cheaper prices and better service.

Great romantic get away. A little hard to find but GPS worked fine. The room was cute and perfect place to spend time with your significant other. It needs a better bed but overall we enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again for sure!

La verdad esta muy bonito el concepto el personal muy amable y la comida estupenda ,las cama estaba un poco dura pero tolerable ,el unico inconveniente fue en la tasa del baño que se quedo sin agua pero de ahi todo estubo perfecto
