El hotel es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cuentan con todo lo que uno necesita. El check in fue muy fácil. Las personas que te reciben fueron super amables. Mucha luz dentro de la habitación. Muchos espejos útiles para cuando te arreglas para un evento o boda. La cama super cómoda. La regadera con buena presión de agua.

Todo excelente.

The facility and the rooms were nice. It was clean, and nothing was broken. The location was very good and close to many activities and places. The pool and spa were very clean and well-kept. The staff was kind.

We have stayed in different places in Valle de Guadalupe. Other places had a professional team at the desk and offered more thorough concierge services. Though the rooms and facilities were nice, it felt as if I was at an Airbnb. For the price point, I expected a little more pampering. We were in bungalow #1, and the bed in the smaller space squeaked a lot. The towel service was inconsistent (you wouldn't consistently get the same necessary towels or robe). The food area needs to offer cups, plates, and utensils. There needs to be more sitting and socializing spaces in the room.

La tranquilidad limpio exelente lugar Solo que no servía el jacuzzi y hable y dijieron que si estaba en servicio la fogata por usarla tenía cargo extra no se porque si no avia nadie en lo 4 días que estuve ahí y toallas me dejaron 2 días pero ahi en fuera cómodo.. 😐

El jacuzzi no estábamos disponible y siguen cuando hablé si... La fogata cargo extra y no se porqué si no avia nadie en los 4 días que estuve y si hubiera más toallas para la alberca porqué 2 días me dejaron sin ellas

Manejan publicidad engañosa ya que no cuenta con todas las amenidades que publican y no me fue notificado q el.jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio y esa fue la razón por la que lo rente para poder utilizarlo

Muy buena atención por parte del staff, siempre amables y al pendiente. Las instalaciones son hermosas, bien cuidadas y muy completas.

La presión del agua en la regadera no es muy buena, fluctúa, asi que no se asusten si repentinamente sale muchaaaa agua. Mismo caso con la electricidad, por ejemplo si conectas la plancha, baja la intensidad de los focos jaja. Nada realmente insoportable.

la tranquilidad que se siente y poder desconectarte de la ciudad es inigualable, la cama y las almoadas eran muy comodas, la recamara es amplia y el diseño es muy lindo. hay cafetera y microhondas. el jacussi funciono muy bien el hambiente tranquilo lo vale todo. definitivamente planeamos volver pronto

el camino para llegar por ser de terraceria, (que claro todo el valle es caminos de tierra) esta un poco descuidado y llegar en un auto bajito es complicado porque hay muchos baches

While the staff was kind and friendly, the overall experience was very disappointing. The property is poorly located, difficult to access, especially in December when the roads are muddy. When it rains, a 4x4 vehicle is absolutely necessary to avoid getting stuck. The hotel itself feels old and badly maintained, with visible mold, peeling paint, tiles falling. There were also many flies inside the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y modernas. Esta vez me tocó el jacuzzi. El año pasado creo que no tenían. Esta vez usé la parrilla aire libre. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar. Puedes hacer tu fogata para esos fríos. También con costo extra te pueden lavar la ropa.

Es comodo, el personal es amable y servicial. Cama muy comoda.

El piso tendra que cambiarse en lo futuro, porque se esta levantando en una de las cabañas. La alberca es de agua fria.

Es súper cómodo para pasar un fin de semana

Exelente para hospedarse , el único detalle es que tienes que checar la salida a las 12 y es un poco temprano , estaría perfecto a la 1 para no salir a las prisas , y disfrutar un poco más y que el jacuzzi lo cierran a las 10 estaría bien si lo cierran más noche ya que se llena rápido . Fuera de eso las instalaciones están muy bien muy tranquilo y limpio y está céntrico todo lo de comida .

The door in the bathroom did not work and the A/C had some issues. Also had multiple issues with power going on/off. The place overall is nice but the room needs some maintenance to provide a better experience.

Very functional property and room. The pool area was great the separate areas for grilling and bonfires, including a hot tub area where fantastic the room was very spacious and very clean.

It has everything you need, we had a very relaxing time ,3 minutes away from Doña Estela . Our bed was really comfortable, water pressure excellent . Can't wait to go back !!

It was nice and quiet, a nice stay for a day. I was also able to check-in a few hours earlier. That was a plus.

Location was great as it is next to my favorite winery and dinner location. The beds were exceedingly comfortable. Liked the ability to make breakfast at the outdoor kitchen.

Wish it had a jacuzzi. Better ambiance if more was planted on the grounds.

lo unico negativo es que hubo musica fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche, pero no fue en la propiedad, de tal modo que no fue culpa del hotel

Habia mucho polvo en las habitaciones, no habia un porton en la entrada de la propiedad cualquiera podia entrar y salir. Poca comunicacion y mucha falta de personal

La estancia fue de más agradable, buena ubicación, amenidades, limpieza y sobre todo comodidad.

No realizaron limpieza el primer dia, no habia gas para bañarse, el refrigerador enfriaba poco

The staff was a life saver. My car broke down when we arrived and Gregorio helped with the battery issue. We couldn't start my car. We could not drive to get dinner or food. He helped and ask his friend for a favor and brought us tacos for dinner. Sold us delicious wine. So it was yummy tacos and delicious wine for our first night. THANK YOU Gregorio!!

Beds are comfortable and the outdoor facilities are well kept.

The place was without hit water first. When I inquired about, it was half a day before anyone attended to it. Then, the water goes out completely. We had NO RUNNING WATER! We traveled with children and this was completely unacceptable. We also paid over $1000 for 2 nights and two rooms, and no compensation was even offered for the inconvenience.

It is a very nice place for the price. It is Mexico and most of the guests are Mexican. It is in the middle of nowhere. So if this is your vibe, a great place.

Not the first time staying here however, this time around it was not as pleasant as the first time we stayed there. I love the pool for the kids, the free wifi and how nice and clean the rooms are. I enjoy the coffee provided and microwave with it’s small fridge.

No water running and on top of that no hot water.
