Pintu toilet luar bahagian bawah kerap terkunci sendiri, maintainance memang bagitau itu memang selalu problem. Kalau tkunci, call mereka.. such a waste time.. i suggest terus tukar baru, more safe..

Nothing I liked

The apprtment is not clean enough and staff is not at all responsive. When I went for checking they said there is not power u need to wait and they dont know what time the power will come back its already 5 pm. They dont have any alternative , then I educate them to use laptop for checkin it tooks 40 min for them to checkin. After the checking also no electricity I called front desk atleast 15 times and no one picked the call. After an hour I came down and they where looking each other no one is responding to me . I had an infant with me and they dont care about the guest . They just need the money and not ready to give any services. Regarding the apprtment it was not clean properly. Washroom was dirty. I never had an experience like this, this is my first experience and I won't recommend this property to anyone. Go for a better hotel which is worth for your money

Only allocated one car parking, 8 persons stay , one car park where got enough.And first floor room air conditioning water dropping

The reception area was nice. Check-in check-out process was smooth. Netflix is available to watch. I enjoyed that. Love the nice view from my apartment. Very near to restaurants and shops.

As soon as I entered the apartment, I could smell an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I found out it was the smell of urine. I called the house keeper up. To clear the smell entirely, you'd have to wash the toilet completely, which may not be too convenient since I'm already there. The house keeper sprayed air freshener, and I accepted since it was just 1 night stay. I avoided the bathroom as much as possible. Wouldn't dare to open the toilet seat as I saw 1 stool stain in the toilet bowl rim. The kitchen sink drain was giving out an unpleasant odour. That smell permeates the whole living room, as it is an open plan design. The bed's blanket had a cigarette smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. The parking lot was quite scary in the day with no lights on. I felt really nervous whenever I need to walk from the car to the lift as I am a female travelling alone. It's a nice property, but the hygiene level and overall building maintainance makes it really uncomfortable to live in. I came because I saw the great review by others. Maybe it's just my unit. Never again.

I already inform about my arrival was early mrng. Requested early check in but they refuse to give roon until 3h00 we hv to sleep hv day in a cafe while we were damn tired after travelling. Upon that we hv to pay R100 to get room at 12h00.

The microwave was not working The bidet was leaking causing wet floor and my son slipped and fell causing injury Will never stay there again

One of the neighbours are quite noisy in the middle of the night and our facing is next to the road so a bit noisy when cars passed by

The frontline staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean but there are still area for improvement. . Overall our stay has been pleasant. Thank you

The toilet so smelly, like constantly got people smoking. The main door knob was abviously damage, took us awhile to open it. Only 1 air cond and it's not cold at all! The fans in the living hall runs like hell, for a second I thought it will drop

If I complain here, it is booking take a action? Because so many times I was complaint but didn't take any actions. 1. No any 1 TAMIL CHANNEL FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS. (Atleast 1 Tamil Channel for Indian customers. We also paid to the unit and stayed so please give us some respect to Indian customers also) please consider regarding this matter. Disappointed 😞 2. No coffee packets at all 3. Less kitchen utensils HOPE WILL GET REPLY MESSAGE FROM BOOKING.COM

I was surprised when given the top floor room with a second floor and spiral wooden staircase. The unit was spacious has excellent views over the hill of Genting Highlands. Location is relatively closed to GPO and can easily access to Genting Highland. The service crew was extremely friendly, helpful and respond to your request instantaneously.

The cleanliness of floor tiles can be improved. Also the bathroom water temperature control needs improvement, it keeps giving extremely hot water after switching on the water heater button. Can hardly get warm water and there are risk of getting burn by the hot water.
