Front counter desk staff were amazing, very helpful. The amenities were good. It is easy to check in, park the car and check out. Loads of pillows, clean and welcoming ambience when walking into the apartment. Clothing drying rack provided.

Bed was not comfortable (the spring mattress is not firm, moving and bouncing each time turning on the bed). Unable to sleep at all. There were ants.

⭐ 3/5 Lokasi dan ruang penginapan memang baik, tetapi pengalaman stay 3 hari agak kurang memuaskan. Semua sinki di bilik air 1, bilik air 2 dan kitchen mengalami masalah air bertakung serta lambat mengalir keluar. Shower pula hanya menghasilkan air panas untuk seketika sebelum menjadi sejuk. Harap pihak pengurusan dapat periksa masalah saliran dan water heater kerana perkara ini agak mengganggu keselesaan sepanjang penginapan.

The concierge counter is at basement The check in process does take time A high deposit check in of RM200 The lift which is separate for parking and hotel room, and pool First in life book a hotel without aircond only got fan and at the wall shown that like aircond being pull out and all the wire (not shown in hotel room selection page that no aircond) Mind that on the morning of the check in day, i got message property saying aircond is leaking and i have to cancel the booking and its free of charge. After that i immediately book another room that is much more higher price that the room of aircond leaking and find out no aircond in the expensive room. The floor is so dirty that everything that fall in the floor will auto stick on it and the floor will become melekit2. And also the sink everything will stick on it. Have to move out the dirt sendiri. Even bulu mata will melekat on it. And for the television i think after 11-12pm shown no signal until 9am! We pay for 24 hours but tv only available like working hour! Overall this is really a bad experience for me , not worth the money and what is advertise is not really there.

There only 1 mirror at toilet, so it’s very hard to get ready for others. I have booked for 2 nights so basically they need provide towels for 2 days but when i asked for exchange the refuse to change because they only change for those booked up to 5days. I don’t know what that means. Off course the unit come with washer dryer but its take time for wash and dry. Toilet lid needs to change.

Windmill Upon Hills is strategically located within walking distance of the nearby township, where various shops and food outlets are available. It is also easy to book a Grab to Awana SkyWay and Genting Highlands Premium Outlets. The room was spacious, comfortable and satisfactory for our stay. Parking was easily accessible without too many security restrictions. If you are fortunate enough to secure a unit on one of the higher floors, you will also be rewarded with a fascinating view of the surrounding highlands. Overall, the accommodation was affordable and offered good value for money, particularly in terms of location, space, comfort and scenery.

However, several areas could be improved. The registration and check-in process should include an online pre-registration option, allowing guests to submit their main details a few hours before arrival. This would help shorten the waiting time and reduce long queues at the counter. The air-conditioning also could not be adjusted properly. Although the room temperature was comfortable during the day, it became quite warm at night and affected our sleeping comfort. Providing a kitchen towel would also be helpful and make food preparation and general kitchen use more convenient.

The lamp beside the bed was so annoying cuz it will keep hitting the wall as the lamp was so light in weight If no aircon room suggest to assign higher floor

جربنا افطار بوفيه كان جميل والاكل لذيذ وسعره متوسط بس متنوع، الفندق قريب جداً من مجمع فيه مطاعم وكافيه وبقالات وصراف آلي وبنك، وكذلك يوجد مسبح وصالة العاب للأطفال ونادي رياضي

مواقع المرافق غير واضحة وتحتاج تنتقل من مصعد لمصعد او من مبني لمبنى مثل المسبح والمطعم، تضيع فيه من كبر الفندق وكثرت المصاعد وبعد المرافق عن بعض مثل المطعم يحتاج تنقتل من مصدع للمواقف بعدين درج بعدين توصل للمطعم

The view was excellent from the room. The pool was large. To get food was walkable.

The room was dirty, the people staying were noisy. Not good for families. The staff around the swimming pool are rude and think they are in the police force. Me and my son were throwing a ball at each other and they told us to stop. They walked around the pool constantly giving people dirty looks and telling them to not do things. Honestly one of the worst places to go swimming when you have staff like this.

The toilet needs to be properly cleaned, the sofa at dining area was teared, need to replace it. Water shower wasn't working properly, the water is still cold even after adjusted the heat knob.

facilities was exceptional. i like the gym at 42th floor with stunning view. check in was smooth, staff was very helpful. location was very strategic. complementary car park was given as per room which 1 parking slot per room. going to car park was very easy since it's operated using plate number. it was very convienience.

this is my second visit to this place. last year i enter this premises, unit was cleaner and both room got air-cond. But i truly disappointed with my latest visit. it doesn't have air-cond. during my visit also, i do find the weather was no as cold as before. so during the day, i still can feel the heat and at night, it does feel not cold as before so it affected my sleep. so for me, having air-cond nowadays at Genting is a must because of current weather. that why i keep comparing to my last visit since my last visit got air-cond in both rooms. so maybe this my last visit to this unit mainly due to not having air-cond in the room. And it's not reception fault, i already ask customer service that my booking which 2 room suite doesn't come with air-cond. furthermore, even though wifi was great, but having a basic TV was such a let down. I urge the management to install android box or any software. Such basic TV with basic myFreeview channel was really disapointing. At least that TV should have youtube apps. I wasn't hoping for HBO, Netflix. Youtube would be enough. Shame indeed.

The place was clean and comfortable with a great location and view from balcony. Near by restaurant 5 min walk. Everything was great about it. Will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Genting Highland.
