Reception staff were amazing but the head lady at breakfast was totally rude spoiled the stay. Left waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment to be seated then dropped menus no explanation as to buffet or menu 🤷🏻‍♂️

Service was exceptional! I look forward to returning as a guest.

The aircon in our room wasn’t working when we first checked in and it took a few hours for it to be fixed. Luckily we had a dinner reservation and had to get out of our room because we wouldn’t have been able to stay in the room as it was so hot

Great staff, design and food!

The lightswitch situation in the rooms is really weird - the sparky got too carried away with cool tech but it's functionally useless. Not light enough and not dark enough - it's just really weird. That's the only thing wrong and it's totally not a deal breaker. But I hope they get it sorted. Just chuck a couple old school lamps in there!

The room was large in size and the bed was very comfortable.

It’s very dark, the lighting is too dim and the bathroom mirror had no light over it, it was very hard to do makeup

The QT in Auckland is simply exceptional. Stuff is incredibly efficient and very stylish. Room service is the fastest I have seen in years. Location is just perfect. Food is great. Bed is comfortable. I can't mention one bad thing about this place.

That our room was not serviced on the Sunday And also there was some sort of noise going on at the very early hours of the morning upstairs above us which was very irritating

Very central to eateries, near the harbour which was lovely and clean! Also the staff allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room and gave us complimentary pastries as it was our honeymoon! Lovely indeed!

We loved the property

The room next to ours had a loud party all night there was over 10 people in the room singing loudly until 6am in the morning after the night manager threatened them the police would remove them if they didn’t stop and leave their room

El valet parking es muy caro ($60 diarios) cuando al frente hay estacionamientos por $22, pero llegamos tarde, llovía y traíamos equipaje. El desayuno no estaba incluido y lo tomamos en el restaurante “Esther” que era a la carta muy bueno pero caro. Al baño le falta iluminación pero es muy lindo y tiene secador de pelo Dyson lo que se agradece. La cama no la hacen bien, las sábanas quedan arrugadas y mal puestas al colchón lo que hace desagradable estar adentro y mucho más dormir… El hotel está un poco retirado de los buenos restaurantes, más o menos a 15 minutos caminando

It was my partners birthday - the staff left an amazing thoughtful note and sweet treat. Nothing bad to say about the staff, they were lovely.

The room was SO LOUD. Could hear absolutely everything next door - there was a screaming toddler outside in the room next door and in the hallway (not a problem to have an upset child in a hotel but the walls were so thin). Sounded like the child was right next to me screaming in my ear. Couldn’t sleep, could hear every conversation, thing drop on the floor in the rooms around us. Did not feel private/luxurious or comfortable at all for the price point. Genuinely confused as to what soundproofing was installed or how the walls are built for there to be such little noise control between our room/the rooms around us/the hallway.

Excellent staff and great pool

We were given an upgrade from a standard King to a beautiful suite with Harbour views. As we were just staying one night for an event it was a lovely experience and very much appreciated. All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Fabulous rooftop bar and dinner at Esther’s was incredible!

Very modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location for Auckland sightseeing.

The minute we arrived the front desk was so cheerful and happy and made us feel so welcome, we were staying overnight for our wedding anniversary when we went upto the room they had left a little card and selection of cakes was just such a lovely surprise

Room was on level 1 and there was a lot of road noise and cars racing on a Friday night. Pointless online check in process when they had to recheck all the other details at the desk anyway though.

Beautiful breakfast, great range of options, excellent presentation. Healthy, fresh, clean food and the best coffee we've had for a while. Kudos to the chefs and the lovely barista. The waitress on breakfast is an absolute keeper 🙌

It's pricey........but so is everything currently so don't expect it to be any different.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, the design was very cool, showed amazing. The rooftop bar was stunning and cocktails and food delicious. Staff were very helpful.

Was a little bit of a hike into the cbd, wasn’t too much to do right around the hotel. Also don’t use the stairwell to go between levels, the key doesn’t work.

What a fantastic hotel! Treated myself for my birthday to somewhere a bit pricier than I would normally spend and it was absolutely worth it. Gorgeous decor, beautiful art, comfy bed and fabulous staff! Felt very treated when after finding out it was my birthday a plate of sweet treats was delivered to my room! Exceptional service!

Fantastic stay for a work trip with myself and 5 colleagues. Rooms are comfy, very stylish and views are greet. Greer on the front desk was an absolute delight and very helpful.

The style of the room was awesome. Felt so luxurious. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Exceeded my expectations.

QT is always top notch when I stay here. Aesthetically, this place is absolutely stunning. The property is always in pristine condition and is simply amazing.

There is nothing to fault about the property. A pool would be awesome, but that’s neither here nor there

There was a pair of socks left on the floor from the last visitor and the room really needed a dust. Especially around the bathroom ring lights which were positively furry.

Really comfortable bed, view of the Sky tower and walking distance to the viaduct.

Couldn't get the shower head switched over and had to get the Maintenance man to fix it. Didn't like that there was only a Nespresso for coffee, and it leaked overnight. Got a couple of drinks vouchers for the inconvenience which was good.

Its a beautiful hotel. Great interior and designs. Loved the rooftop bar. Comfy beds and good sized room.

Breakfast was disappointing and quite basic, as in, you had to pay extra for any additions. This was like false advertising. QT breakfasts are usually fabulous.......this wasnt. The view from our room was of a highway.
