M Social Hotel Auckland

Location, room and view A-one

Great location, very comfortable bed, very clean, helpful friendly staff.

Parking a bit pricey

The location of this hotel is excellent. Its close to the wharf, great coffee (e.g. Sargent Cafe) shops and a food hall is just around the corner. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Its also has pretty good gym with dumbbells up to 30kg and a cable machine, spin bike and treadmills.

The air conditioning was noisey and we would turn it off at night so that it wouldn't keep us awake.

The gym and laundry mat

Nothing everything was good

Rooms are fantastic, and the location is fantastic Nice having a bar on the premises also

Found the staff friendly and helpful. Loved the nautical touch in my room and the view over harbour to Harbour Bridge a bonus! Ever-changing. A Very clean modern hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast plenty of choice in very pleasant dining area.

Lift UP button took a while of pressing to work. Found aircon rather dry, which affected me after long haul flight. Would have liked to open a window!!!

Best location, lovely friendly helpful staff, clean and comfy

Nothing

The staff are excellent in giving good customer service. Adam at the front desk was exceptional. The room size was great. The bed was so comfortable.

Nothing. All good!

Great view of harbour

Friendly and helpful staff. Creative and artistic place. Mostly quiet. No noise from other rooms or lift.. Handy location. Beautiful restaurant food. Comfortable room space. Good bathroom. Good coffee and supplies in room.

This is a council problem - boy racers can be heard in the early hours of the morning. Difficult to sleep.

Very friendly, awesome breakfast (à la carte items)

The view, the location and the very good service by staff.

It was a little noisey, the aircon and obviously you can’t do much about the late night traffic.

It’s a great location, handy to everything. A very comfortable place to stay with helpful friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and the food was good. Also it had a well appointed gym.

Not sure

great room and bathroom, fantastic view and perfect location

Superb breakfast plenty of choice. Location very handy for sight eating and excursions

The gym and brunch

Nothing everything was good

Great position, excellent facilities and the bar was sensational. Very friendly staff.

Centrally located

Great location, clean room

Small double bed, no bath, a disability room with the toilet next to the exposed shower. Not what I booked!

Well located

Amazing location. Funky rooms.

Great location and views and loved the special robot welcome!!

Walking distance to everything. Great view of the waterfront. Perfect for ferries and quayside. Good place to hold small meetings. If you are jetlagged, sun blinds that actually work.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Great tidy well maintained rooms and great location for downtown Auckland

Paid parking , while convenient and necessary it should be part of the room cost. Late check in , most places have a check in at 1pm not 3pm

Happy with the room

Breakfast offering could have been better explained to me

Perfect location

Liked everything 😊 Perfect location for anyone boarding a cruise ship the following day, which we were. Really appreciated the 11am checkout.

Nothing we didn't like.

Amazing location, easy checkin, clean & modern room.

Beautiful very helpful Staff

Excellent emplacement

great spot and view looking over the harbour couldn't be any better.

everything was great

Location was great, amazing view and friendly helpful staff. What more could you ask for. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to shops/ grocery shops.

Awesome stay. Beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spotless. Absolutely loved the selection of movies too. Will definitely stay again!

Nothing

Location was really good, friendly staff

We came back to our room at 4pm and it still hadn't been cleaned and when they did come back to clean it they never gave us clean cups the old ones were still left in the room which was disappointing.

Location was great. Very modern. Comfortable.

Nothing - everything was super.

Location was perfect. The hotel buffet breakfast was literally as good as I've ever seen. Loved how fast the lifts were. Staff were super friendly. Views of the water from 11th floor are fabulous

Nothing

Very helpful staff sorted a problem straight away with a smile

Very close to everything we needed Very clean and tidy and excellent views of the harbour

Nothing but great from the staff and accommodation. Happy to recommend to everyone.

La habitacion y las vistas al puerto

Tener que bajar a por las aguas de cortesia a recepcion

Convenient central city location

N/A

Location was excellent. very impressed with the room, layout, decor, comfort and amenities. Loved the view. All staff were very friendly and helpful, from the desks staff, barman, restaurant staff and house keepers. We were very impressed with all of our MSocial experience.

Amazing view of harbour. Great breakfast

Thought the parking was a bit expensive.

Close to everything with onsite parking, and EV charging.

Location.

Took quite awhile to check in and also check out. Not enough front desk people helping out.

Our team had an excellent stay at M. Social Hotel Auckland and have passed on feedback of their thanks and appreciation for the facilities, function room used, catering, and support given to them by M. Social Hotel Auckland's Renee Lotoaso, catering, accommodation, and other team members.

Location is great. Friendly staff

Parking was super easy. Blackout curtains worked great, room was nice and dark.

Location, staff friendlieness, vibe

Loved the central location, staff were lovely and greeted you very time you walked in or out.

We found our room too hot and had the temp on 18. We informed the staff and they got maintenance to have a look but they were unable to identify the problem.

Friendly staff! Managed to get a complimentary upgrade for both nights! Perfect location.

Airconditioning is far too loud even on low when trying to sleep. You have to turn it off in order to sleep then the room gets stuffy.

Brilliant location and just across the road from ice- cream, ferries, souvenirs etc. Bar fantastic with great wine selection whilst rooms quiet with a great atmosphere. One of a handful of NZ hotels who provide the gold card discount too! Very clean and environmentally friendly as you can donate room service to charity. Also, accessories available if you need them! Really enjoyed my overnight stay and really nice to have a drink in the room and watch the world go by outside. Thankful to all involved and would highly recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff breakfast was amazing and the location could not have been better

Clean, comfortable and tidy

Loved the modern feel and location is perfect

Bit noisy on a Friday night

Great location. Clean, great service

Nice rooms, close to everything.
