Reviewed Nov 9, 2025시청 바로 앞(뒤)에 있어 찾기 쉽고 근처 버스 정류장에 버스가 정말 많이 와요. 호텔 바로 옆에 편의점이 있고 근처에 식당도 많습니다. 침구류가 정말 안락했고 시티뷰도 멋졌어요. 방과 욕실이 생각보다 넓었고 가격대비 강력 추천 드립니다.
수압이 다소 약했던 점 이외에는 없었습니다.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025I thought the bathroom was spacious and eloquent. I liked the bidet and design layout. The bed was exceptional. I really felt it was comfortable and slept well.
I thought the rugs were a big worn and dirty in the room and hallway. It was particularly bad near the elevator entrance with visible white stains? I think a new rug is needed for both because they seem worn down and have a lot of stains. Additionally, the wall where the TV is mounted had many scuff marks up and down the white wall. I am guessing this is from previous guests putting suitcases along the wall? It needs a new coating of paint. I think if these problems are addressed, the facility can maintain an exceptional image.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025샤워를 하는데 따뜻한 물이 잘 나오지 않았습니다. 비가 와서 따뜻한 물로 씻고 싶었지만 아무리 뜨겁게해도 전혀 따뜻하게 느껴지지 않았습니다.(샤워하고 나오니 춥게 느껴지더군요) 그게 너무 아쉬웠지만 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2025The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It has a parking lot, which is a great convenience. Due to my job, I frequently travel to Ulsan, and this hotel makes my stays effortless—I never need to look for another place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I haven’t encountered any issues during my stays. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again next time.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2025The size of the room, the cleanliness and the location of the accommodation was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. I liked the facility of the room (hairdryer, more than two towels, charger etc.).
The only thing I would emphasise is that the heating of the floor and the matress can not be adjusted manually. On the first night, the matress was too warm but it can be only my personal reference.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2024The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a top floor corner room and had brilliant views of the city. Bed was comfortable; I slept very well every night and it was nice to have a bathtub as well as a shower to soak in. The location of the hotel is very good. Buses on the main road outside City Hall will take you to Ulsan KTX train station in about an hour and also to Taehwagang station in the opposite direction. Ilsan Beach is probably just over an hour away as well by bus. There is a really nice coffee shop a few doors along from the hotel and a 7/11 convenience store on the corner if you need to buy snacks or top up your TMoney card. I enjoyed my short stay at Ashton and I would come back again if visiting Ulsan.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2024Really nice view and the room was bright and clean, very spacious and comfy. There’s a swimming pool in the rooftop and few restaurants as well. There was always someone at the reception and the staff were kind.
We found a big cockroach in the bathroom, but other than that everything was perfect.

Power supply suddenly stop working, all the lights turned-off esp in the bathroom so we couldn't take a bath thank you for the nice staff bec. she allowed us to use the bathroom in the upper floor, but it's quite uncomfortable moving from one room to another room just to take a shower. Hoping you can fix this problem for the next guest.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2023The hotel was nice and standard. We got what we paid for. The bathroom was very nice and so was the layout of the room. Would stay here again upon visiting Ulsan.
We couldn't work out how to control (turn down or turn off) the floor heating. Our room was uncomfortably hot and we arrived late so by time this was a problem there was nobody to help on reception. The only solution was turning on the AC to counteract the heat. I'm still curious to know how it could have been turned off! Sadly a waste of energy but the problem wasn't the end of the world. Also, the bidet functions on the toilet didn't work which was a shame.
