Shilla Stay Ulsan

- Good breakfast (buffé), many different options to choose from. - Hotel's location. - Fitness room.

- Dirty hotel (stains on most furniture, walls) in the common areas --> Poor maintenance. - Dirty rooms (stains on furniture, walls) and even mold to be spotted in the shower --> Poor maintenance. - Poor insulation (you can easily hear people talking in the doorway). - Waited 20-30 minutes for breakfast (seems poorly organized).

Nice location and quiet rooms. Wifi was blazing fast and breakfast very good.

The best part about my whole experience in Shilla Stay Ulsan is the breakfast. I absolutely looked forward to waking up early for the breakfast buffet which had a good selection of both Korean and non-Korean cuisine. I had the haejangguk every morning. The staff in the cafe were so nice and greeted me with a smile every time. Speaking of staff, the employees at the reception were also nice and helpful. They helped me when I had questions about transportation which made my travel to Gimhae Airport very early in the morning so smooth.

The thoroughness of the daily cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. I noticed that the toilet wasn't perfectly clean twice - once when I first arrived in the room, and when I got back later in the day on my second day.

The staff, facilities, location.

Cleanliness level could have been better.

The hotel is big and busy, so breakfasts can get quite hectic (but the buffet selection is good). The room was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. The walls showed some wear and would need refurbishment, but the room was clean. I loved the big bathroom and the seating area next to the window. The view was magnificent. There are bus stops nearby, a lot of department stores and several restaurants. The staff speaks limited English.

Everything was super. Large, comfortable and clean room, modern very well equiped and comortable bathroom, very tasty breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff everywhere. I highly recomend this hotel.

숙소 근처가 너무 유흥가임;

The hotel was nice, I have stayed in a Shilla stay before which is why I wanted to book this one. I loved how helpful the staff were, the laundry room was easy to use once I got some help. I liked the breakfast. And the location was pretty good.

I do wish they had dinner.

Location was convenient, the room was clean, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful.

The bathroom was dark, and the bathtub/shower area felt unsafe. The tub was extremely slippery, with no grab handle or anti-slip mat provided. In addition, the shower glass only covered half of the tub, so water splashed all over the bathroom floor, making it even more slippery and uncomfortable to use. It was difficult to fully relax during the stay.

The interior of the room was quite beat-up or worn, and being along a busy street, there was a lot of traffic noise.

Shilla Stays are a great institution in Korea. You know what to expect and that you'll be satisfied. The rooms have a good design and are comfortable. The space is studied so that it doesn't feel to small or too big. The Panoramic city view was very enjoyable! The breakfast is very typical of Shilla Stay and was wonderful!

Rooms need a little refreshing I believe this is where it lost it's 4th star at this location. Nothing bad to report though, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Location in city center, breakfast, 24h reception

Hotel equipment is already looking "used" and a little bit oldschool, especially bathroom, but still was very clean Water from shower stays in the middle of shower box, probably wrong angle of floor

Staffs were kind and great. Location was perfect.

Nothing.

Staff is friendly, room is very clean. The staff knows some english, so tourists are able to communicate with the staff. There is a breakfast buffet option which is quite delicious (23000 won). Travellers are able to leave the luggage with the front desk if they reached before the check in time.

Extremely small minor comment --- There is a good washer and dryer in the hotel (5F), but it will be good to bring a translator with you to help translate the Korean words on the machines. Other than that, all is good. :)

Staff, Woo Jung In, helped swiftly with thorough explanation to check in! Very professional and kind service we got when we some check in issue.

Nothing. Everything was good.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness

Hotel was clean and in a good location for shopping and nighlife.

Nothing to report

Need to clean more detail.

How spacious the room was.

The air conditioning it was to warm, I tried to make it cooler but didnt work.

We stayed 1 night, the room very clean. Plenty of breakfast choice.

The staff were extremely courteous, and the hotel was clean and pleasant. The variety of restaurants near the hotel also contributed to our satisfaction.
