LOTTE CITY HOTEL Ulsan

Everything

Breakfast need more options

Location is excellent, room quality, breakfast is good, it also has 7/11 mart.

Établissements très bien

Nice location, quite good reception lobby and helpful staff. Convenient store available in the lobby

The hotel would need some refurbishments: the moquette in the rooms was quite old and a bit dirty, the wall paper was detached in many point. Facilities like clening cabinet and minibar were not available

Nice clean room

Good location in the central city

Nothing

I stayed here while attending the BTS concert in Busan, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The airport limousine bus stop is nearby, making airport transfers very convenient. There are also convenience stores and an Olive Young within walking distance. I especially loved the bathroom amenities—they smelled amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Location in the city center, very good breakfast

Everything was OK

close to department store and train station

way too hot the a/c was not cold enough at all

Breakfast was awesome with a variety of healthy meals to choose from. The gym facility is on point and clean. The location of the Hotel is quite convenient as it offers lots of restaurants, shops and activities within walking distance.

The option for the massage chair was most excellent and was a wonderful asset after long work days.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to local culture and parks.

Nothing, it was great.

Smart TV in the room was excellent.

Convenient and located in a good area. Easy to find

Nothing, it met our needs.

The location and the hospitality

The "lounge bar" was not staffed.

Great location if travel around the city. Rooms are bit outdated.

It was vey clean, well presented, the staff were very helpful and it was great value for money.

Nothing really.

L’emplacement

Le petit déjeuner

Was able to check in earlier than 3pm. Beds were very comfortable. Location was good.

No cafe inside the lobby. Was not able to eat breakfast at the hotel, so I'm not able to comment on the food. Convenient store didn't have much sandwich options.
