Upul was so friendly and the safari provided by the accommodation was fantastic. He made a big effort to make sure we saw lots of elephants at no extra cost! The food was also delicious and the rooms spacious and comfortable and very thoughtfully done.

Wunderschön, liebevoll gemachte Hütten mit einer sehr angenehmen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Das ganze liegt wirklich chillig im Wald und man kann dort sehr gut relaxen. Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Da wir früh zu Safari wollten, hat er uns das Frühstück einfach mitgegeben.

Really good place to stay in Udawalawe. Upul is super friendly and helpful, and he welcomed us with a nice drink and cake. The room is better than I expected, very clean and has everything you might need, even a stocked fridge with drinks. We also arranged a safari with Upul, which was great and he is clearly passionate and knowledged about the local flora and fauna. Great stay and extremely good value for money.

In mezzo alla natura, sono piccole casette indipendenti, essenziali ma molto accoglienti e curate. La sera abbiamo cenato da loro. Cucina ottima. I proprietari danno la possibilità di visitare il parco di Uda Walawe con una escursione organizzata da loro. Personale super gentile e disponibile, molto premurosi e attenti.

Se devo trovare un "difetto" forse in camera servirebbe qualche presa elettrica in più. Per chi ha il sonno leggero, la sera si sentono un sacco di rumori di scoiattoli ma è normale essendo in piena natura.

The serene location coupled with such cozy rooms made it a wonderful stay, and we felt very welcome despite us checking in quite late.

Upul ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit für die Safari genommen. Er war ein genialer Reiseführer. Obwohl er es schon so lange macht, merkt man, dass er immer noch selbst grosse Freude hat an den Touren. Das ist wunderschön. Auch die Unterkunft war genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The host was most generous and very very helpful. We had a great time. We booked the a 5-hour safari trip with him and we had a great time, he definitely knows his stuff. We would love to see him and his family again. The room was spacious yet dark (well shut off from the sun) and the amenities were maintained and all was well kept and clean.

How great it was for the safari ! Was so so close to the elephant transit home. We did a full day safari which we organised through the host and it was fantastic! We stayed one night because we were going between Ella and Yala but we wanted to do the Udawalawe Park and my gosh it did not disappoint! Was incredible to see so many elephants. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udawalawe to stay here.

Slightly better bed linen would have been nice but it didn't really matter we were fast asleep within minutes

Le logement est à proximité d’un quartier animé de la ville, pratique pour aller y manger ! Nous avons choisis ce logement pour le safari organisé par le propriétaire : nous n’avons pas été déçus ! Il y a 3 chambres de 2 personnes : nous avons donc fait le safari à 6 dans la jeep (pendant 5h le matin). On sent que le propriétaire connaît très bien le parc. Cette matinée a été l’un de meilleurs moments de notre voyage au Sri Lanka.

Ce n’est pas la faute des propriétaires, mais nous avons été très dérangé par la présence de grosses araignées et de gros cafards dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Heureusement que le propriétaire est venu nous aider à nous en débarrasser et qu’il y a une moustiquaire…

An incredible room stay post safari! Our host also took us on the most amazing safari - don't look anywhere else book with him! He's incredible. Room was lovely, with everything I needed. Good shower pressure, comfy bed. Breakfast was wonderful and he even gave us a parting gift. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Cannot give this a higher rating if I tried.

Petite structure originale à proximité de l’entrée du parc national. Les chambres sont originales et confortables. L’accueil des propriétaires est très amical : gateaux à notre arrivée, bouteilles d’eau. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et très copieux. Vous pouvez également demander aux propriétaires de vous organiser le safari, ils sont très flexibles.

Les chambres sont un peu sombres du fait de leur conception mais cela n’enlève rien à leur charme.

The place is very lovely with beautiful designed cabins. The cherry on the cake was the safari tour which was truly amazing. The owner has a lot of experience and knowledge which made de tour a highlight on our stay in Sri Lanka.

Even though I liked my cabin, it was a bit dark and I couldn't really open the windows without having mosquitos coming in.

Beautifully done up place on the edge of the safari park. Upul and his family were extremely welcoming and helped us with everything we needed, including lovely meals and an outstanding safari. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Excellent accomodation built from natural materials, all modern amenities: shower; air con; ceiling fan; kettle; range of electrical sockets. We had a lovely breakfast whilst on safari in Udawalawe National Park. Safari tour organised by our host Upul who was courteous, knowledgeably and friendly.

Beautiful cabin in a sunny colourful garden. Upul organised a fantastic safari for us in Udawalawe National Park and was very helpful and accommodating. Great experience!

Upaal's place was great, his family greeted us with fresh homemade lemonade and a soft sponge cake (absolutely delicious). The lodges are made using mud earth and brick, so keeps the place very cool. We also went with Upaal's safari of Udawalawe National Park, and I cannot recommend highly enough, as they spend more time going into the park so you can see animals, especially the elephants

Stairs were very steep. Stones on bathroom floor were rather uncomfortable.

This was perfect for our stay in Yala. the owner organised a safari for us which was great and provided dinner which was lovely. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay and have a safari :)

Posto incantevole. 3 piccoli bungalow in mezzo alla foresta. Molto tranquillo. La gentilezza di Upul e di sua moglie che ci hanno accolti con torta e limonata fresca. Abbiamo fato il safari con loro e lo consiglio vivamente. La cena preparata da loro era deliziosa. Era tutto perfetto. Grazie.

We booked this property to do the safari at Udawalawe national park which the host organised for us. The host actually does the safari and you leave early doors in the safari jeep from the property. Breakfast is also provided a couple of hours into the tour which is a great touch. It is within walking distance of some quirky restaurants/bars. The room was very spacious and very well air-coned.

Très belle guest house, parfaite pour se reposer après un safari à Udawalawe. L’endroit est calme, reposant et très bien entretenu, avec des abords propres et soignés. La chambre est typique mais confortable, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’expérience. L’accueil est particulièrement attentionné, avec un apéritif de bienvenue et même un petit cadeau au départ, ce qui est une délicate attention. Le dîner est excellent (à demander à votre arrivée) et le petit-déjeuner est également très bon. La guest house est située près du parc, ce qui est très pratique. Le propriétaire peut aussi organiser le safari et semble très bien connaître le parc. Nous étions déjà passés par quelqu’un d’autre, mais il est resté très sympathique et de bon conseil, sans aucun problème. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésiter.

Wir waren hier eine Nacht, um am nächsten Tag eine Safari zu machen. Diese wurde uns direkt bei Anreise angeboten & wir empfehlen es in jedem Fall wahrzunehmen! Der Gastgeber kennt sich sehr gut aus, sodass wir abseits der viel befahrenen Jeep-Wege unterwegs waren, so war es etwas privater. Die Häuser sind total schön hergerichtet, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ein kleiner Fußweg ist notwendig, wenn man einkaufen oder essen gehen möchte, aber dieser ist wirklich recht kurz! Die Möglichkeit zur Safari ist dafür direkt vor der Tür. :)

Wir haben eine Nacht bei Upul und seiner Familie verbracht und es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Sowohl unsere Hütte, das für die Gäste gekochte Abendessen sowie auch die Safari waren super. Die Hütte war ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigte, das Abendessen war hervorragend und die Safari, die von Upul gemacht wurde, war überaus professionell und einfach toll. Wir haben eine Menge an Tieren gesehen und vieles von Upul gelernt, hätten im Nachhinein gerne eine Ganztages-Safari gemacht. Es gab keine Raserei, keine „Jagd“ nach Tieren, sondern einfach eine schöne Fahrt durch den Udawalawa-Nationalpark. Wir können das Private Organic House nur weiterempfehlen und sollten wir nochmals nach Udawalawa kommen, werden wir wieder zu Upul und seiner Familie kommen.

Great host, organised a safari for us and provided the most incredible and delicious dinner! The huts are so cute, very clean and perfect for what was needed for one night. Would recommend to everyone!

Excellent property close to the national park, we had such a great stay here. The owners were fantastic, really kind and helpful and even gave us a parting gift when we left! It was my parents first time ever staying at a hotel like this and they loved the experience.

Es ist einfach, aber sauber. Wir haben eine Übernachtung mit Safari gebucht. Der Besitzer ist zu gleich ein Guide. Das Safari, das wir zusammen mit ihm erleben durften, war ein Spitzenerlebnis! Er kennt sich unfassbar aus. Wir haben so viele Tiere gesehen: Vögel, Affen, Krokodil, Wasserbüffel, Elefanten, Schakale...auch in Udawalawe selbst hat er uns einen tollen Tipp gegeben: wo und wann wir die Flughunde sehen können (ja!) Und das Abendessen, das uns die Dame des Hauses gekocht und serviert hat, war ein echtes Schmaus! Ach - wir wurden mit einem Getränk und einer netten Unterhaltung begrüßt. :)

Der einzige Minus war das nicht besonders warme Wasser unter der Dusche. Bei dieser Hitze jedoch...

A warm welcome from the beginning making us feel right at home. Communication was fluent with the owner. Breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with AC and a nice terrace in front. Amazing price for the great attention we received. Would definitely recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Opul war wunderschön. Die Bungalows sind super gut gelegen, fußläufig zur Hauptstraße und Restaurants und kleinen Läden, aber vor Ort ist es sehr ruhig. Eine kleine Oase abseits des Trubels! Es gibt 3 Bungalows und ein neues Apartment. Die Ausstattung der Bungalows ist super inkl. Mückennetz und durch die Bauweise auch gut gedämmt, zusätzlich gibt es jedoch auch AC. Opul und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und helfen gerne bei allen Fragen. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr willkommen. Tolles Frühstück inkl. Sri lankischer Spezialitäten, Obst und Tee oder Kaffee. Ein Highlight war definitiv die Safari, die wir vor Ort bei Opul buchen konnten. Diese können wir mehr als empfehlen! Es gibt 5h und ganztags safaris zu fairen Preisen, in denen alles enthalten ist (Eintritt, Fahrt, Frühstück). Opul macht die safari sehr leidenschaftlich und abseits des typischen Trubels, trotzdem oder gerade deshalb sieht man sehr viele verschiedene Tiere. Er erklärt alle Tiere und nimmt sich auch Zeit die Geräusche der Tiere im National Park (ohne Motorengeräusche wahrzunehmen, zu analysieren und zu erklären. Wir haben in den 5 Stunden nur 1 anderen jeep gesehen, was bei der Anzahl an Jeeps im Nationalpark wirklich besonders ist. Somit konnten wir die safari sehr genießen und empfehlen jedem diese Chance wahrzunehmen! :) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nichts - und sollte es doch etwas vor Ort geben, kann man dies jederzeit ansprechen und Opul kümmert sich darum.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Naast de knusse en fijne lodges, is Upul ,de gastheer, echt een ster. Hij maakte ons verblijf onvergetelijk. Zijn persoonlijke gesprekken en aandacht lieten ons meteen thuis voelen. Daarnaast biedt hij safari’s aan aan voor zowel gasten als niet gasten. Naast zijn kennis (die hij meer dan graag deelt) over de dieren en de natuur, kiest hij er tijdens zijn safari’s voor om volledig weg te gaan van de drukte en alle andere jeeps. Hierdoor krijg je een unieke en exclusieve ervaring. Upul, we komen met heel veel liefde en plezier terug! (En vergeet niet te genieten van het heerlijke diner wat zijn vrouw bereid)

Friendly and knowledgeable owner, big room, home cooked dinner on second night

I loved the vibe and design of the rooms! They were extremely kind and friendly helped me with all of my questions and everything was very clean and looked after! Definitely one of my highlights here in Sri Lanka concerning accommodation. I also did the safari with them and I had a great time! The driver was kompetent and as soon as there were many jeeps he had the animals space and we continued with our drive through the national park! All in all it is extremely good money value for what you get and I can’t recommend the private organic house not enough :)

The owner was incredibly helpful in organizing and taking us on a safari. He was very informative on the different animals and birds and provided us with an incredible experience. Upstairs room was very spacious which was appreciated and felt like being in a tree house which was really fun

The rock floor in the bathroom was a little dangerous

This is a wonderful little place. It was by far and away the best value of any room I think I have ever stayed in, in any country! The rooms are honestly presented on the booking sites and whilst not the height of luxury, they are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and utterly charming. The seating area outside each hut was perfect and we enjoyed chilling there for a few hours each evening before dinner. Each hut has its own bathroom with power shower, aircon and mini fridge, which for this price is an absolute steal. We stayed for two nights, many of the guests seem to stay one night in this area to do the Elephant safari and then head off but we were really pleased we had stayed for two nights. That gave us the opportunity to do a full day safari tour which I would highly recommend over the shorter half day tour. The full day allows you to get further into Yala national park and away from the scrums of vehicles which can build up nearer to the entrance of the park. As a result we had large parts of the day where we didn’t see any other vehicles or just one or two and it was very peaceful and quiet, increasing the chance of spotting animals. The fabulous owner of Private Organic House, Upul, was able to arrange the safari for us, with his cousin who turned out to be an incredible guide and must have had bionic eyes as he was able to spot animals and birds that we’d completely missed. It was a wonderful day out. Private Organic House is also conveniently situated in very close proximity to a number of restaurants, which we were able to walk to in about 5 minutes. However, if you get the opportunity to have dinner at Private Organic House you should definitely take advantage of doing so. We ate there one night and the food was amazing. Mrs Upul is a fabulous cook and Upul himself made a chicken dish which my husband still talks about now.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer und Balkon, auf dem wir gut abends und zwischendurch Spiele spielen konnten. In der Nähe sind fußläufig auch einige Essensmöglichkeiten. Die über die Unterkunft gebuchte Safari war großartig. Ich habe natürlich kein Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern aber wir haben sehr viel gesehen, gelernt und hatten einfach ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch das rausfallen aus dem Zimmer direkt in den Jepp ist natürlich von Vorteil, als erst noch irgendwie eingesammelt zu werden.

Das Zimmer ist schon recht dunkel und mir persönlich hat der Boden im Badezimmer mit den Steinen nicht so zugesagt aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.

Upul was very welcoming, and went out of his way to cook us a delicious dinner, and helped us with our safari by lending us binoculars and a picnic breakfast. Aircon and mosquito net kept away the insects at night.

We had prebooked a different safari guide, but Upul would be an excellent choice. Very experienced with good English.

Wir waren eine Nacht da und haben mit Opul (dem Besitzer) eine 5-6 stündige Safari am nächsten Morgen unternommen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super schön und genau wie auf den Bildern - sauber, sicher, AC, super Bad! Abendessen gibt es sogar auch! Für die Safari hatten wir zwei echt preiswerte Optionen: 5h oder 8h. Beide starten morgens etwa um 5:30 (abends wäre aber auch gegangen falls man das lieber mag). Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Fahrer wünschen können! Er fährt super und hält immer wieder an und erklärt einem die Natur und die Tiere. Gesehen haben wir Elefanten, Wasserbüffel, Krokodile, Adler, Affen, Rehe, (…) und jede Menge Vögel. Sein Umgang mit den Tieren war sehr respektvoll. Etwa auf der Hälfte gibt es eine Pause mit super Frühstück. Wir können den Aufenthalt und die Safari wirklich jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder zu Opul!!

Adorei a estadia e a experiência. Localização excelente para uma experiência inesquecível ao parque Nacional Udawalawe, ao “elephant transit home” e à vila onde o alojamento está localizado! Habitação peculiar para quem está habituado a hotel, mas uma experiência que vale mesmo a pena, pela harmonia que se sente no local. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Espaço muito bem cuidado. Povo de sorriso fácil e curiosos por quem passa! O dono do estabelecimento é muito simpático e prestável. Foi também ele que forneceu o serviço de visita ao parque nacional de Udawalawe. Recomendo! Na receção foi-nos oferecido bolo e um sumo de fruta delicioso. O pequeno almoço é muito bom! Optamos por jantar no local e fomos surpreendidos com pratos deliciosos! Parabéns Upul pelo projeto que desenvolveu, com tanto amor e carinho! Votos de muito sucesso!

The perfect stay! Upul and his family are wonderful hosts. They always take care about you. We were welcomed with fresh juice and cake. The room was nice and equipped. We highly recommend to do safari tour with Upul. We were Able to see elephants, crocodiles, birds, monkeys, lizards and deer. The tour last 5 hours and the price was worth it. The hotel is really good located. There are multiple restaurants near by. Sleeping with birds sounds is perfect. The breakfast was nice. Highly recommended if you stay in Udawalawe.

Run by a lovely, talkative, and knowledgable family. Cute individual hits with plenty of character, surrounded by pretty sculpted gardens. Arranged a great safari for us with scope for personalisation. Also cooked a feast for us in the evening. Overall incredible value for money - you can’t go wrong staying for a night for a safari. Location is also ideal, being around the corner from a sports bar for a bit of pool when recovering from the safari.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones también lo son (aunque un poco oscuras) y la cama resultó cómoda.

No tienes opción de cenar si no lo avisas con antelación. Además, contratamos el safari que ofrecen porque había leído muy buenas recomendaciones, pero fue una gran decepción. Nos dijo el dueño que lo haría el o su hermano, y finalmente vino un chico que apenas explicó nada. La actividad fue prácticamente lo mismo que otras opciones de la zona, pero pagando el doble. No era para nada personalizado como nos comentó el dueño y el supuesto desayuno que incluye el safari es el desayuno que ya has pagado con la habitación. En conclusión, el hotel es bonito para dormir, pero no lo recomiendo, hay mejores opciones, más económicas y no vale la pena contratar el safari con ellos.

Very cool and unique looking place. Had a very welcoming feel to the place. The host was magnificent, friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Organised a safari for us including a great picnic lunch and a great guide who was very knowledgeable about the wildlife. Served up an exceptional evening meal too.

Preiswerte Unterkunft welche ziemlich gut gelegen war. Absolutes Highlight war natürlich die Safari, mit dem hauseigenen Jeep.

Eher enttäuschend war das Frühstück, welches während der Safari lieblos auf der Motorhaube aufgetischt wurde und nur aus Stärkebeilagen bestand.

Een erg leuke accomodatie, je waant je echt op safari. De kamers zijn schoon en voldoen aan alles wat je nodig hebt (koelkastje, airco, …) Wij boekten een safari erbij en de gastheer neemt je mee naar het Udawalawe National Park. Een aanrader!

Safari vonden wij wel prijzig. Maar vergelijkbaar met andere tours die ook dezelfde safari aanbieden.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per fare il safari a Udawalawe. Upul ci ha assistiti organizzandoci il tour ad un prezzo concorrenziale. L'esperienza è stata particolare perchè eravamo letteralmente immersi nella natura.

Abbiamo visitato questo posto in bassa stagione e in questo periodo la città non è molto attiva. Non è facile trovare una soluzione per la cena. La colazione, seppur completa, non ci ha entusiasmati. Da migliorare.

L’endroit est très beau et très agréable. Le propriétaire et son épouse son au petit soin avec les hôtes et son très enclin à discuter, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus sympathique. Le dîner proposé était également excellent ! Le propriétaire propose des safari plus longs que ceux proposé par les autres compagnies (5h ou toute la journée contre en général 3h30). Le safari d’une journée entière nous a semblé en revanche un peu long !

Non potrete trovare di meglio per il vostro soggiorno e per organizzare il safari. Le stanze sono spaziose, comode e c'è tutto il nesessario Upul e sua moglie sono meravigliosi, nullvi accoglieranno con la loro gentilezza e un succo di lime fresco al vostro arrivo. Ottimo il safari di 5 ore organizzato da loro con colazione nel parco. Upul vi aiuterà a organizzare spostamenti e qualsiasi cosa avrete bisogno.

Der Besitzer Opul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Unterkunft legt viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall top! Wir haben eine Safari mitgemacht, alles wurde unkompliziert organisiert mit Abholung und Frühstück, sowie inklusive Parkeintritt und wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis mit vielen Elefanten. Der Guide war wirklich bemüht und hat trotzdem auf die Tiere Rücksicht genommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Erg leuke huisjes. Net of je in Afrika bent. Zeer originele badkamers en een gastheer die dezelfde passie voor safari heeft als wij. Een aanrader om met hem op pad te gaan. Wel prijzig dat je met 6 personen 360 dollar moet betalen. Maar het was een erg leuke safari.

Er zijn veell honden in de buurt. en als er 1 aanslaat slaan ze allemaal aan.

Small property of 3 small house owned by a local family and their traditional house accommodation is fantastic. In the middle of the nature, far away from the road noise, the houses are built with natural material and they are spectacular! Our stay was lovely, the bed comfortable and big for sharing two friends, had a small fridge, kettle and teas. The best things the bathroom :) the floor with natural stone pebbles was wow! They organised a wonderful safari for us in Udawalawe park which is very close by.

We wished we could have tried the amazing food of Uppal’s wife (as others customer highly recommended)

Uppal and his family run a lovely small, secluded accommodation that feels very much like a home stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, surrounded by the sounds of nature. An amazing dinner and breakfast were prepared by his lovely wife and Uppal took us on a 5 hour safari to Udawalawe National Park where we saw many elephants, crocodiles, buffalo, deer, mongoose and countless birds and eagles - a great experience. Delighted to hear Uppal’s place has made it into the Lonely Planet….much deserved We would highly recommend a stay here

Best safari tour guide! Good English, very easy going and friendly. Very enthusiastic about all the animals and nature :) Accommodation was very cool, the photos live up to the expectation. Nicely located to near by town so it’s great for a little exploration. Flawless!

Lovely property with nice comfortable cabanas. Each had its own verandah. Good a/c. Food was good.

The cabanas had small windows, some without glass so the shutters had to be closed to keep out insects. So the inside the room was very dark. The lighting in the rooms needs to be greatly improved. I couldn't even read a book easily in the room.

The perfect place to stay before or after a safari when visiting udawalawe. Upul and his family are great hosts, we did the safari with Upul too and had an unforgettable time! Highly recommend.

Our host Upal went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and Safari. A real highlight of our trip. The house was brilliant, comfortable and cool in the humidity! I really recommend the dinner too which was delicious and, of course, generous. The safari was great value for money and as others have said, goes away from the crowds. I won't forget seeing our first elephant with no one else around and totally peaceful, listening to the jungle sounds. Upal is very knowledgeable and spotted lots of animals and birds, going out of his way to make sure we saw as much as possible. and the breakfast after a couple of hours was delicious.

Little villa was excellent, so clean, with ac and a fridge and great bathroom, along with patio. Safari in the morning is a fantastic experience, all organisation so smooth with Upul. And great value for money. Would recommend!

We stayed here one night for the safari that is organized by the host and really loved the safari experience — the host is really knowledgeable about the animals and sees the most hidden animals we would otherwise it have seen! Also very friendly.

The room was a bit stuffy because we were afraid to air it out because of mosquitoes.

A great place to stay, with super host, and organised a wonderful day-long safari for us too. Highly recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here, the host and his family are just lovely to spend time with, they really make you feel cared for and we loved our conversations. The cabin was comfortable and the evenings were cool and mostly quiet. Breakfasts were nice, with fruit and local delights such as egg hoppers and coconut pancakes. The highlight was our amazing safari. We spent 5 hours in the park and saw plenty of wildlife, elephants, birds, mongoose, deer, crocodile and jungle cat. We highly recommend a stay and safari here.

We liked everything, the only mix up was our booking said kitchen and there is no access to the kitchen. Breakfast is included and dinner is offered as an additional cost. There is plenty of eateries close by tho. Also a water refill station would be nice in an organic stay.
