Front desk agent wasn't helpful always onher phone Spanish woman black hair ,glasses time around 1:30-2pm my card worked getting it booked ,my card failed on their system so I asked can she manually type it in their system and she agreed however, she said it was declined so I checked my balance on that card ,and the funds where there. She was smiling and texting on her phone,.so it made me think she did it deliberately . I'll never stay at a Hilton brand again 😪 by the was i think her name is Karen.

We stayed at this location the week before and, apart from the lack of a pool and not being very walkable, it was a great Hotel and very close to the ports.

Booking.com is a scam. We didn't stay here. We stayed at the downtown location. The hotel assured us that they canceled our reservation here so that we could move downtown. Booking claimed they denied our request.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints. It did its just of 1 night stay for cruise next day.

I did not have time for breakfast

Just a quick stop from a late night arrival at FLL before heading to the Keys. Comfortable room and nice breakfast. A big plus was free parking for Hilton status.

The breakfast buffet was ok, but not good. Limited items, would have preferred better choices (bacon, grits, potatoes). Had to switch rooms, as the first room had a build up of condensation under the a/c unit, but overall the room was clean.

The air conditioning unit was very loud even when you had it on low. Not many places nearby around the vicinity within walking distance unless you have a car or rely on Uber/Lyft.

Room was not clean, we found different types of hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. Many of the staff did not speak English, and the surrounding area was sketchy.

Breakfast was promised and not delivered on two separate occasions that I stayed at this hotel

O hotel é um ótimo custo benefício, bem próximo ao aeroporto, quartos novos, com camas confortáveis, e box do banheiro novo sem banheira, escolhemos também por ter um café da manhã incluso o que nos ajudou para pegar um avião na manhã seguinte, e eles tem um ônibus grátis que leva e trás do aeroporto, basta reservar.

O café da manhã é apenas para enganar a fome, não espere um super café da manhã. Não espere uma super limpeza das áreas comuns.

Overall, the stay was a bit less than average. I utilized the complimentary hotel shuttle service. I phoned once I had collected my luggage, provided directions to meeting spot and was told the shuttle would take 20-25 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes, and after several telephone calls, the next driver had started his shift and picked us up. The front desk staff was very apologetic and offered amenities. It was disappointing that there was zero closet space and no safe in room. We had. The bed was clean and comfortable, bare minimum in the bathroom. The water was almost hot. Breakfast pancakes were delicious. The food attendant needed to be nudged to provide refills once items were depleted. There were no problems at check out. The process was seamless, even after I replaced the initial credit card with a different ine. I probably would not select to stay here again primarily due to the price and the seemingly far distance from the airport.

My trip was primarily for sightseeing and attending FIFA events. The hotel's location is excellent for airport access, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the breakfast variety was a pleasant surprise. On the downside, the hotel's services feel like a budget operation. The airport shuttle runs on a limited, fixed schedule that may not overlap with your flight, and the front desk staff lacked enthusiasm and warmth. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but the management and staff could certainly do better with their customer service.

The room was very clean, the valet guy was super nice and well spoken. He has only been there for about 3 weeks. The location was a bit off and easy to pass to enter. The atmosphere was great. No noise complaint on my end. I didn’t use the amenities.

A localização foi muito conveniente para dormir entre um voo noturno e outro diurno, o hotel é bonito e oferece café da manhã a partir das 7h. Os funcionários são simpáticos.

Como é um hotel próximo ao aeroporto e, portanto, atende principalmente hóspedes entre um voo e outro, o que faz com que exista chegada e saída nos mais variados horários, deveriam haver mais opções de alimentação à venda, tipo sanduíches, coisas mais substanciais. Chegamos meia noite sem ter jantado (no voo, só serviram snacks) e só tinham salgadinhos, chocolates, nada que realmente fosse satisfatório. No dia seguinte, o café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo, mas pra gente 7h foi ok. O café é apenas razoável, mas melhor que nada. Tivemos um problema no quarto, pois a descarga não estava funcionando, mas nos trocaram de quarto. Nesse segundo quarto, tinha comida estragada no frigobar, mas não chegamos a reclamar sobre isso, apenas fomos dormir. Os travesseiros são muito moles, mas pro nosso nível de cansaço, não chegou a atrapalhar o sono.

Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Very pleasant. We were in the lobby for a while and I witnessed their interaction with many guests. Each and every time they were professional and very helpful. In a world of hatefulness and lack of customer service; your team was a breath of fresh air. Kudos to them. Thank you.

The shuttle was a great amenity. The driver was so nice. Check in was easy for how late it was. Our room was clean and very cool after being in the humidity.

The room was clean, although there is only one chair in the room. And and nowhere for a second person to sit. It would be helpful in the future to have a second chair.

Evening clerk could have been nicer. Was not helpful answering questions about the area. The day shift staff were very helpful.

If was convenient to Ft Lauderdale Airport

The AC was kinda noisy. The shower took quite long to finally get warm. My Wife wanted to read, and Her side no reading lamp only very bright lighting along strip above the bed head board making the light shining on me making it hard for me to sleep

Overall, our experience at this hotel continues to be very positive. The service is generally excellent, and one of the highlights of every stay is the valet parking team. They are consistently friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional, while also bringing humor and positive energy that makes guests feel genuinely welcome. It is always refreshing to arrive and be greeted with smiles and great attitudes. We continue to choose this location whenever we travel because of its convenience to the airport and the overall quality of service. One area that could benefit from improvement is guest courtesy and awareness from all staff members. During checkout time this morning, while walking from the elevator toward the front desk with luggage, there was an employee standing in a narrow hallway near an open door, focused on her phone. Unfortunately, she did not move aside to allow guests to pass comfortably, nor did she acknowledge us with a simple “good morning.” Her attitude gave the impression that she did not care, which was disappointing. This seemed more like a matter of common sense and guest awareness than anything else, and I believe some additional coaching on hospitality and attentiveness could help improve the guest experience even further. And get you to a perfect score. Aside from this isolated incident, everyone else was wonderful, and we will continue staying at this location in the future.

I recently stayed at Tru at Fort Lauderdale Airport for the F1 Miami Grand Prix. It was very convenient located to my parking lot and a great choice. The room and staff are great but be prepared for no parking so you have to use valet, which wasn't a problem. The only feedback I have is they offer "free hot breakfast" and it is poorly done. No variety on different days. I stayed for 4 days and the same scrambled eggs and sausage links were offered on each day. Try to mix it up to give guests a variety. Its the little things that counts. Extremely limited breakfast options to choose from. Other than that, great stay.

The breakfast selection was very limited with plastic utensils. Served in main lobby where people wait for pickup and to check in. For a hotel close to Airport and being a Tru Hilton, we did expect better. A/C in room was noisy.

When I booked the hotel, I thought we had free shuttle to the pier, but come to find out we had to pay for that. So the value of the hotel stay wasn’t what I thought.

Comfortable rooms and great customer service.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight before a cruise. Front desk is was fantastic both evening and morning shift. This is a no frills hotel, it is clean and the beds were very comfortable, would absolutely stay again when cruising.

Hotel was clean and the room was nice. Keyless entry and check in through the Hilton app was very convenient. Was in town for work, the location and ease of check in/out was a plus for me. 3 sons brewery being within walking distance made my time pleasant as well.

Front Desk Manager Made our April 18 stay a 5-star experience. She was friendly, professional and had a customer first attitude. We arrived early from our cruise and my husband wasn't feeling well. Thanks to her, we got an early check in and she saved the day.

The rooms, we booked 2 weekends before and after a cruise, ac in both rooms did not work. There was not body soap in either rooms did. The room were small.

Hotel was clean, convenient, and very comfortable. The front desk recommended the Lucky Fish Bar and Grill for dinner and it was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast buffet which wasn't great.

Great location near FLL and stores. Airport shuttle was quick and clean. Gym was fantastic with good equipment. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Good stay.
