Very small, bar smelled pretty bad.

Rude housekeeping staff that would just stand eating by the elevator watching videos on their phone or barge in while youre naked in the room and demand that you get out, turns out housekeeping wasnt aware that we paid a late checkout fee,, i asked management to handle it and they refunded me 50 dollars, redirected it to booking.com dealt with booking as a middleman for 5 days and no answer. Staff walking in when theyre in the wrong and demanding to you vacate is not ok. Will contact corporate.

A cancelled flight led us to this absolute lifesaver. The hotel and shuttle staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Our modern room was exceptionally clean, featuring very comfortable beds and a hot, powerful shower. They turned a stressful situation into a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

Lobby was fine, but the upstairs hallways smelled old. Also can’t stand a window ac unit. Room was nice otherwise, but tub needs to be updated

Our room was very tidy when we arrived, the workers were very nice and patient with us from the beginning. We were given basic appliances for our room and even got to order takeout from the pamphlets provided by the hotel. Agreeable service and room.

The food for the breakfast was ok. All they had for protein was pork. Then, I needed to iron my fit for the day.. The ironing board cover was FILTHY.. I bumped out the wrinkles on the bed.

Esta reservación salió perfecta, incluyendo la devolución AL INSTANTE de mi depósito de $50.00. Pero este hotel NO me devuelve mis 150.00 de depósito en mi estadía en otra reserva del 20 al 24 de julio en el mismo hotel Wyndham Garden Ft Lauderdale. Ya estuve en persona en mi Banco del Pichincha en Cuenca, Ecuador. El banco confirma NO haber recibido el reverso del depósito. Estoy siendo maltratado por el Hotel Wyndham y Booking.com no me asiste todavía. Hoy es agosto 18, 2026 and NO refund. The hotel mixed my payment in 2 separate charges neither of which is for my $150.00 deposit. But adding together the 2 charges my deposit was charged to the penny. I feel I am being screwed. But I think Booking.com will help as well as the tic toc I am preparing to tell other guests what has been done to me. I am angry at all this tragedy, just to get my $ 150.00 deposit back.

Room, so close to airport. Staff where all so welcoming and helpfull. The bed was extra comfy. Would recommand to a friend anytime and im keeping the name for my next business travels.

My only thing was that I couldnt block room charges for my group - something I could easily do to all other hotels we stayed at. I'd have liked to be able to check-in all rooms on one bill with my credit card, and blocked room service - so that if my coworkers wanted to purchase something they had to pay individually.

THIRD PARTY SHUTTLE SERVICE. TOOK AN HOUR FOR THE SHUTTLE TO PICK US UP AFTER 3 CALLS. SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE CRUISE PORT WAS ALWAYS COMPLIMENTRY. CHARGING CHEAPENS THE HOTEL.

Only good feature was the front desk staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The beds linens had to be changed because when we checked in and pulled down the sheets they were covered with huge stains and blood. Every layer of bedding was badly stained. The maids were right outside our door so they came with new sheets and when trying to put them on said no, these are bad too.

We had the best stay at the Wyndham Garden Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port. Very clean property and large rooms. I’d definitely stay again.

When we got into our room it was not clean. Bathroom had hair in it. From floor needed to be cleaned. Bed sheets had stains on them. Basically the beds were made from housekeeping.

HOTEL was great. STAFF GREAT BREAKFAST PRICEY FOR WHAT IS AVSILABLE Lot of traffic noise from my room.

We had to stay one night due to plane cancellation. Turned out to be a great choice, very convenient, very nice rooms great AC, convenient shuttle service. Great would stay here again.

The women at the front desk were amazing! They were so nice and so helpful and just all around the nicest hotel staff I have ever met! The location was great. Close to lots of shops, food, and the beach and airport. The free shuttle to the airport was the cherry on top!

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent experience with a front desk employee, Eddy (Eduardo). During my interaction with him, I found his behavior to be unprofessional, dismissive, and discourteous. I felt that he was more attentive and accommodating to guests of a different race, which left me feeling that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. Additionally, I believe his decision to deny me services appeared to be based on his personal emotions rather than any legitimate concern or policy. At no point did I present a threat or behave in a manner that would justify refusing service. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, as all guests deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness regardless of their background. I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of your review and any steps that will be taken to address this concern. I did speak with the assistant manager in regards to this issue Wednesday, July 22, which she was very helpful and courteous. She did advise. I should receive a one night day in approximately a week. Which I will follow up with Wyndham rewards in about a week to see if I received the credit however this situation was not only about money. It was about fairness and discrimination. I would like to know a outcome of this situation. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

O hotel fica literalmente há 5 minutos do aeroporto, para quem está chegando tarde, ou saindo bem cedo vale a pena o pernoite

A região não eh boa, o hotel também tem o básico, nada a reclamar mas também nada demais, estacionamento gratuito é bacana.

The hotel and room is very good. Everything is well maintained and clean. Good quality of elements, furniture, bathroom, elevators. The pools looks very nice even though I have not used.

The parking is a bit unconfortable. You have to walk throught the ramps to get to the car. Very small covered parking space.

We were told our $50 deposit would be waived because we paid a $50 early check in fee. However when we checked out the next morning the clerk charged us the $50 deposit fee and when we told them what we were told upon check in he said that was not his problem and he charges everyone the $50. Very rude. Drunk guy with empty beer bottles sleeping in the lobby when we checked out.

We love Wyndham Garden Ft. Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port. We have stayed here twice right now and a third time this December 2026. Very clean hotel and the staff are great. When we visit Ft. Lauderdale or even jump on a cruise ship, we will stay here only. Lisa Burkett

Clean & comfy room - we booked because there was a shuttle to & from the airport. Everything was wonderful. We will stay again next time we are in the area. The pool on the roof looked awesome but we didn't have time to use it. Landed at midnight & had to leave by 7:00 am the next day. We loved that the shuttle was always there!
