Unfortunately, the reception manager, Jeremiah, was also quite rude and impatient. We did not feel welcomed or well received upon arrival, which was disappointing and took away from an otherwise great experience at the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived at approximately 3:15 PM, but my room was not ready. I completely understand that there can occasionally be delays, so I was patient and waited. After about 30 minutes, I politely asked the front desk how much longer I should expect to wait. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk responded that he didn’t know and then compared the situation to waiting for a delayed flight at the airport, essentially telling me that I simply had to wait. I found his response unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Delays can happen, but the way a guest is treated when asking a reasonable question makes a big difference. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Hopefully management can address this, because a situation that could have been handled politely instead left a very negative first impression of the hotel.

There is a really good fish restaurant three blocks away, I was very impressed! Have been by it 40 times but never would have guessed it was so good! Sit at the bar for extra entertainment.
I wasn't super crazy about the neighborhood but it turned out to be no factor. We had a fire alarm go off, fortunately it was only at 4 pm, not 4 am.

The property appeared to be clean at first sight but the longer I stayed, the nastier I realized it was. My room appeared to be clean but there was a lot of dirty parts. Mainly my pillows. They smelled like butt and feet. Smelled liked they were sprayed with something to freshen them up but it didn’t work.

Made our last night of our family vacation, (the one where you have to get your kids to pack up and ready for the morning flight the next day), relaxing and a lot less stressful. Beds were comfy. And the room was nice and cold when we walked in.
Can't think of anything. If we're ever in Ft Lauderdale again, this will be our airport hotel.

The hotel has no restaurant so you can’t eat lunch or dinner there. And since there’s no kitchen they bring in food for breakfast. I couldn’t eat what they put out. It looked and smelled like food purchased at a big box store.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The room was clean, neat, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked getting free transportation from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good and the coffee was hot. Since we got there late in the evening and hungry we were happy the hotel sold frozen dinners you could heat up in the room's microwave oven to eat.
I asked when I made the reservation for a room on the quiet side of the hotel and instead we were in a room above a very busy street with lots of vehicle noise during the night. The street directly in front of the hotel is extremely busy and difficult to walk across. There are no fast food restaurants nearby which I could see.

There was no shower gel in the shower and only 2 small bars of soap for 4 people. Also the toilet did not work well. It took a long time for the water to get in the tank to flush again. We didn't tell housekeeping because we were too tired and expect basic things to work.

The beds made me itch severely. I don't know if it's dust mites or if I'm allergic to what they launder the bedding but it was terrible. The beds also made my husband and my back hurt quite a bit. This is not what you want when on vacation.
