Jeg spurte om det var mulig å få en overmadrass siden deres madrass var for hard for min rygg. Dette hørtes det ut som de skulle ordne, men ingenting skjedde, selv om jeg spurte en gang til. Det var ganske skuffende, jeg fikk vondt i ryggen og sov dårlig pga dette.

Bardzo duży wybór jedzenia na śniadanie. Świetna lokalizacja, która ułatwia zwiedzanie Wiednia i poruszanie się po mieście.

W pokoju było bardzo zimno i nie było możliwości ustawienia klimatyzacji na wyższą temperaturę. Brakowało również czajnika oraz szafy lub komody, gdzie można byłoby rozłożyć ubrania.

The location next to the Prater park

I was bothered that my room change did not give me the view I had booked and the reason was my “room had been trashed “ it felt unsafe. The room had no tea or coffee making facilities, there was no bar fridge to keep water etc cold. And the coffee with breakfast was just the most awful ever.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre très bien agencée, confortable, literie superbe et hôtel très silencieux. Petit plus, un parc d'attraction est juste derrière l'hôtel et le métro à moins de cinq minutes, parfait pour rejoindre le centre ville ou l'aéroport.

L'absence de rideaux transparents pour réduire le vis-à-vis pour les chambres donnant sur la cour intérieure (soit on est dans le noir avec les rideaux occultants, soit tout le monde peut nous voir).

Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen- super Lage - großzügige Parkmöglichkeit!

Das Hotel ist modern und stylish. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, dass alles so komfortabel lieg. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Toll ist, dass dad Restaurant Neni direkt im Obergeschoss lag. Sowohl, um abends dort zu essen als auch um nur noch einen Sundowner auf der Dachterrasse zu nehmen. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und direkt am Prater ist super.

Durch die direkte Lage am Prater ist der Geräuschpegel recht hoch. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein Mini-Punktabzug.

Tolles Frühstück mit super Ausblick, super Lage

Wir haben das Hotel schon das zweite Mal gebucht und das Frühstück ist extrem gut (der eigentliche Grund, warum wir buchten). Der Preis war akzeptabel die Einrichtung bewusst einfach gehalten. Uns hat es gefallen und würden ein weiteres Mal, ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken, buchen.

Die Kaffee-Dame war etwas überlastet, aber das ist weinen auf hohen Niveau.

The restaurant was by far the best asset. The roof-top garden view was spectacular as well as the food experience.

The room was so noisy from the park rides and the bed was too close to the ground for me to get up and down from.

Hôtel bien décoré avec une zone commune / grand salon agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. L'hôtel n'est pas directement dans le centre de Vienne mais à même pas 5 minutes à pied d'une ligne de métro qui dessert les principaux points touristiques.

Die Unterkunft ist super, das Frühstück war nicht ganz unseres - es war sehr "fancy" man hat aber die Wahl ein a la Carte im Café zu wählen was wir das nächste Mal auch ausprobieren möchten

Einfach ein Hotel, das Spaß macht: viele witzige und kreative Details, coole Lobby, schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal, NENI auf dem Dach und Café im EG, tolle Aussicht auf den Prater (und trotzdem ruhig dank hochwertiger Fenster), 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn

Das Bett war leider nicht so bequem und ein paar mehr Handtuch-Haken im Bad wären toll.

Die Lage, das Zimmer, das Flair, die Karma Bar (!!!) und ein ganz besonderes Danke an Dominik (Rezeption)

Super cool design. I loved the reception floor that felt more like a home rather than a hotel. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Great breakfast. The location is amazing too, right next to Prater and close to the metro station.

As for cleaning, needs a little improvement

Beetje duur. Mooi uitzicht. Jammer dat je zo lang moet wachten op lekkere koffie.fijn dat er fietsen warenl vriendelijk personeel.

Die Deko war originell

Das Personal weißt freundlich darauf hin, dass das Zimmer nur gereinigt wird, wenn man es ausdrücklich wünscht. Leider wurde unser Wunsch 3 von 4 mal ignoriert. Handtücherwechsel haben sie bei dem einen Mal trotzdem vergessen. Das "hippe" Metallbetgestell macht bei jeder Drehung ein metallenes Geräusch. Auf Bitte dies zu beheben, wurde uns ein Schraubenzieher angeboten! Zu zweit schlafen war so fast unmöglich. Zu harte Betten und zu weiche Kissen sind sicher Geschmackssache, geschenkt. Auch das man den Autoscooter des Jahrmarktes (Prater) abends und die Müllabfuhr morgens stark hört ist nicht schuld des Hotels. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, Tee oder auch nur Wasser - und das in einem vermeintlichen 4*Hotel. Den Schimmel in der schwarzen Dusche hat man immerhin kaum gesehen. Wer Komfort und Ruhe sucht, sucht besser woanders. Wir wurden von der hohen Bewertung angezogen und bitter enttäuscht. Schade.

Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen. Cooles Hotel. Gute Matratzen. Tolles Team. Gute Lage.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de una parada de metro que te deja en nada en el centro. Es un hotel moderno y divertido. Tienen un buen desayuno en un sala espectacular con vistas al Prater. El personal es muy amable y comprensivo. La habitación tenía un diseño muy chulo.

Zimmer, genannt Superbude Cube. Man muss über Treppen ins Bett reinfallen. Wörtlich gemeint, da man auf Matratze steigen muss, um sich hinzulegen. Schummrige Spots, keine Gardinen vor den raumgrossen Fenstern. Dh jeder kann tagsüber und abends einsehen, wenn man Vorhänge nicht zuzieht. Neben Zimmer Plattform für Blick auf Prater und über Wien, heisst laut abends. Keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, keine Möglichkeit Kleider abzulegen. Das unbequemste Hotel, welches ich als Vielreisende je hatte.

Brilliant family hotel, very quirky with amazing spacious family rooms. Delicious breakfast to grab from the coffee shop downstairs as well which is part of the hotel. Also right near Prater which went down very well with my 11 and 8 year olds. Metro 5 mins walk away and v.quick to get to all the main attractions. Highly recommend.

Curtains were not blackout and the pillows were very flat. The buffet breakfast wasn't worth it compared to the much nicer options from the coffee shop, though views are cool from the rooftop.

Dunkles Zimmer, keine Sitzmöglichkeit bis auf einen Hocker - nicht optimal, wenn man arbeiten muss. Keine bzw wenig Ablagefläche in der Dusche/Bad. Offenes Bad - je nachdem mit wem man reist, möchte man das ev nicht haben.

Für den Preis voll okay! Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse.

Es war abends (im Zimmer!) extrem laut, weil man die Achterbahnen so stark gehört hat. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht verstellt weden - es war ziemlich kalt im Zimmer. Es gab nur eine Decke (Doppeldecke) für uns (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Irgendwer musste leider immer ohne Decke schlafen und das, bei laufender AC.

Städar rummet vid behov och inte varje dag som det brukar vara. Mycket bra. Bra och välstädat rum.

Wir waren bei einem Konzert im Happel-Stadion, das zu Fuß in ca. 15 min erreichbar ist. Dafür hatte das Hotel die perfekte Lage. Das Familienzimmer ist geräumig; Größe für 4 Pers. war gut.

The design is unique and it shows that a lot of thought was put into it. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and happy to help.

I would have liked to get more information about the breakfast and what it includes but it was definitely worth the €25 I paid

Die außergewöhnliche, coole Innenarchitektur, die auch besonder Gäste anzieht Das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal.

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Auswahl war sehr groß. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch und die nähe zum Prater, U Bahn Station ist von Vorteil. Bei der Ankunft wird man äußert freundlich begrüßt und das Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Für einen Städtetrip in Wien ist die Lage des Hotels ausgezeichnet. Das Lokal auf der Dachterrasse ist ideal um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

1Duschtuch & 1 Handtuch pro Person wäre super.

Очень хорошее расположение, красивое и оригинальное оформление интерьера как номера, так и лаунж-зоны, удобная кровать и приятное постельное белье, отличный душ и косметика, мощный фен. Приятный персонал на рисепшн. В нашем случае - отличное место для ночёвки с дочерью - подростком для празднования Дня рождения с посещением Пратера и других мест в городе.

Я бы ещё добавила маленькую кофе-машину в номер, когда никуда не хочется выходить, чтобы выпить кофе.

Location a few min from the underground and plenty of bars and restaurants around

Tolle Matratze, coole Zimmer, super Lage

Snídaně až na maličkosti dobrá, připadlo mi podivné, že v nabídce byly 3 druhy humusu a o obyčejnou hořčici k párku jsem si musel říkat. Poloha hotelu dobrá, výhled z restaurace v 7.patře kouzelný.

Podoba pokoje pro starší lidi z našeho pohledu nepřijatelná, pokoj bez skříně, dvěma malými háčky na stěně, bez stolku a 2 židlí jsme dosud za dlouhá léta v podobných zařízení nezažili. Vrchol ovšem byl prostor pro spaní, kam bylo nutno se pro výstup na plochu ve výši okenního parapetu vyšplhat po 4 velmi nepohodlných schodech a uložit se na matrace, položené na této ploše. Oba vnuci si ovšem nijak nestěžovali, takže chyba je patrně v naásstarých.

Frühstück war mir zu orientalisch und man musste sehr lange auf Heissgetränke warten.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great cafe on the ground floor.

Very few amenities on the room. No kettle, iron, toothbrush, bath mat, or phone to call reception. Considering the price I think some of these should be included. When turning down the room while we were out they took out the rubbish and made the bed but that was it. They didn’t give the floor a once over with a vacuum. We requested a cot for our seven month old and one side had a zip door but the door was missing which made it unusable as our baby could crawl at that point and we didn’t want her falling out of the cot at night. The mattress was also not flat nor firm which made it a sleeping hazard for babies.

Top Ausstattung, Familienzimmer ist optimal aufgeteilt, bequeme Betten für Eltern und Kinder, schöner Ausblick, fantastischs Frühstück mit Blick über den Prater, sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis, gutes Cafe mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im EG, alles super!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral, spannend auch die architektonisch aufregende Campusnähe und auch für diverse Ausflüge gut gelegen. Sowohl die Bar im Erdgeschoss mit diversen chilligen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Spielen als auch das Restaurant auf dem Dach sind schwer zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock und fast die ganze Nacht war Geräuschpegel durch den Prater sehr hoch., besonders am Samstag.

Die Lage am Prater könnte nicht besser sein

Lindo hotel, moderno, quarto bonito e aconchegante, check-in super fácil de fazer, tudo funciona perfeitamente, recomendo.

Não tenho reclamações a fazer.

Gostei do hotel como um todo! Proximo do metro, cafe da manhã excelente, instalações de bar self service com o cafe Brenner funcionando ate mais tarde. Alem disso eles tem o Restaurante Neni no rooftop onde a comida é israelense com boas opções de vinho/drinks.

Ontbijt beetje duur, maar wel goed. Maar uiteindelijk ontbijt gedaan in beneden coffee shop voor veel minder geld als je niet buitensporig ontbijt.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage, un événement important que nous attendions avec beaucoup d’impatience. Lors de la réservation, j’avais pris le soin de faire une demande spéciale afin de rendre ce séjour encore plus mémorable. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, rien n’avait été préparé et ma demande n’avait visiblement pas été prise en compte. Cela a été une grande déception, surtout pour une occasion aussi particulière. Le plus regrettable est que, lorsque j’ai signalé la situation dès notre arrivée, aucun véritable geste n’a été fait pour essayer de rattraper cette déception. Nous attendions beaucoup de ce séjour et sommes repartis avec le sentiment que l’occasion n’avait pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Hotel was really cool, great check in experience. The downstairs cafe was lovely (we didn't try the upstairs restaurant which is not owned by the hotel) and the location was perfect.

Only negatives were the pillows were really flimsy, there were no bin bags in the bins in the room for some reason? and we put a sign out one day to get our room cleaned at 8am (because we were collecting bags full of our rubbish in the room and travelling with the toddler who squirted yoghurt on the bed) and when we returned at 9pm the room wasn't cleaned, so still yoghurt on our sheets and trash bags. It was not pleasant!

Hotel bellissimo, super friendly e giovane, pieno di dettagli moderni e simpatici. Colazione buona e molto varia. Camera pulitissima. Attaccato al Prater, ottima posizione anche per prendere la metro. Parcheggio a pagamento, 25€ a notte.

Manca una ventola nel bagno della camera, ma per il resto l'hotel perfetto per qualità/prezzo.

Hotel znajduje się w świetniej lokalizacji, zaraz obok parku rozrywki. Do centrum można swobodnie dojechać metrem, albo nawet dojść na pieszo. Chciałbym pochwalić obsługę z bezproblemowe zameldowanie i pomoc z postojem parkingowym. Pozwolono nam również wymeldować się z pokoju 2 godziny później, ze względu na ogromny upał. Na ostatnim piętrze jest restauracja z przepięknym widokiem na miasto i dobrym jedzeniem, a na parterze przy recepcji również jest restauracja, serwująca drinki, piwo, kawę i kanapki. W hotelu znajduje się klatka schodowa oraz dwie windy, gdzie jedną można bezpośrednio wyjść na zewnątrz. Zameldowaliśmy się z psem, obsługa była bezproblemowa. Generalnie bardzo polecam dzielnicę Prater na przyjazd do Wiednia z psem, bliska obecność ogromnego parku znacznie ułatwia funkcjonowanie.

Wjazd na miejsce parkingowe był dla mnie problematyczny, być może ze względu na dość nietypowe rozwiązanie w hotelu. Do tego cena za miejsce postojowe jest dość wysoka.

La déco est vraiment originale ! Super fonctionnelle ! Spacieux, moderne. Personnel au top. Très souriants et accueillant. L'hôtel possède un café au rdc avec tous ce qu'il faut à des prix raisonnables. Au roof top il y a un restaurant où le petit déjeuner est également servi pour 25 euros par personne. Proche de la ligne u2 à 3min à pied et 13 min à pied de la ligne u1. Juste derrière le parc d'attraction du Prater.

Zimmerservice könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, Betten waren tlw nicjt vollständig gerichtet.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und kommen immer wieder, weil es hier einfach so toll ist! Das Bett ist soo bequem, die Ausstattung ist cool und die Lage auch toll (Prater, U-Bahn…). Das Frühstück im NENI (für Kinder bis 9 gratis) war auch super und die tolle Aussicht inklusive!! Personal immer total lieb und hilfsbereit.

Die Stimmung allgemein

Haben uns aufs Freiluftkino gefreut, war dann kurzfristig abgesagt

Przepyszne śniadania, ciekawie zaaranżowane pokoje i lobby. Ping pong przed hotelem. Miła obsługa.

Pokoje sprzątane są pobieżnie, pod prysznicem zapach kanalizacji. Telewizor co kilka minut tracił sygnał.

Cameră foarte confortabilă, izolată fonic, saltele perfecte, dimensiunea camerei pentru 4 persoane mai mult decât suficientă. Locația excelentă, chiar în parc. Am putut lăsa mașina în parcare și după check-out, în prețul plătit inițial, astfel încât ne-am mai bucurat de parc câteva ore.

מיקום טוב, אבל כל מקום בוינה הוא טוב, לאור התחבורה היוצאת מן הכלל שלהם. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, צוות ידידותי. נקי, נחמד, מודרני וזורם.

יש לקחת בחשבון שהוא מאד קרוב ללונה פארק. המשמעות היא שזה רועש. מאד. נכון. נכון שא"כ מתרגלים. אבל היתרונות עולים בהרבה על החיסרון .

La déco au top, le confort des lits et la localisation très bien.

Problème de bruit avec le karting du parc prater qui est juste en dessous qui s’est arrêté à 1h du matin la deuxième nuit.

Super kolorowe wnętrza, świetna kawiarnia z przemiłym personelem i restauracja z rewelacyjnym jedzeniem. Bliskość parku rozrywki zachęca, co ciekawe nie jest głośno:) Fajne zasłony i super pościel w pokojach. Dobre kosmetyki pod prysznic i podwójne drzwi - do korytarza i pokoju sprawiają że czułam się bezpiecznie.

Czułam się bardzo bezosobowo. Pracownicy recepcji wydawali się przeciążeni, w razie pytań trzeba było stać w kolejce, a jak już udało się porozmawiać to i tak w miedzyczasie niemieckojęzyczne osoby były obsługiwane. Wstałam rano żeby popracować i pan z recepcji otworzył drzwi na oścież koło mojego biurka, jak zapytałam czy mogę zamknąć odpowiedział zmęczony "jak musisz", a drugi odkurzał wkoło mnie na kanapie, co ciekawe kolejnego dnia sytuacja się powtórzyła. 7 rano to nie czas na prace w przestrzeni wspólnej. Pokoje wyglądają super ale nie ma szafki, lodówki czy miejsca by położyć rzeczy, natomiast powiesić można ewentualnie na 3 papierowych wieszakach.

We had a great stay at Superbude, especially in the Family Room with the bunk bed, which our child absolutely loved. The room was comfortable and the balcony area was a great bonus, giving us a nice space to step outside and relax. The location was excellent - close to a supermarket, Prater Park and the train station, making it very convenient for getting around Vienna. We also really liked the events organised by the hotel, which added a nice and fun touch to our stay. Overall, it was a very family-friendly and convenient choice.

There was nothing major that we disliked during our stay. Everything was generally comfortable and convenient.

מלון בסטייל, עם חשיבה על כל הפרטים הכי קטנים. כל המלון חוויה אחת גדולה. היינו עם ילדים קטנים והם היו בעננים. המיקום צמוד לפארק פרטר פשוט פצצה! והארוחת בוקר בקומה 7 מושלמת. הכל באמת 10/10

הדבר היחיד שהיה לנו חסר זה מקרר בחדר.

The hotel is in a quiet green place close to Prater and U-Bahn station. You can also walk to the city centre along the riverside (Donaukanal). The hotel is perfectly comfortable, clean and easy-going. I love its funny stylish interior! If you travel with your youngsters they will appreciate the view of attraction rides and Riesenrad. I was happy to have booked breakfasts as they are delicious and nutritional. You can choose healthy food as well. This hotel is not only worth its price but exceeds your expectations with something special. For me it was top floor terrace for breakfast and a record player in the hall.

Glass door to the shower. It could be perfect for newlyweds but was a bit embarassing as I traveled with my son))))

the only thing i did not like is that you have to put the sign out the door to get your room cleaned, whereas in all the other hotels i’ve stayed they would clean the room regardless, only if the sign that said “no” was put out.

Great location, just a few meters from the Prater. Room was with good size and comfortable for a family of four, the mattresses were very very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, service was excellent, too.

The shampoo and liquid soap were seldom changed (refilled) by the cleaning team during room clean-up, so we had to ask a number of times personally to get them refilled. This can be improved. The room had no fridge, which is a pity.

The hotel had a very nice lobby as well as a bar with outdoor seating and a ping pong table. Kids were very happy that the hotel would provide the paddels and ball with no extra charge. The breakfast was also very diverse, provising lots of veggie options that you don't usually get. The restaurant had an amazing view over the Prater and Vienna, being located at the top flour of the building.

The person who checked us in had a poor level of English, making communication somewhat challenging.

Die Lage des Hotels wäre echt gut. Leise Umgebung, kurzer Weg zum Ernst-Happel-Stadion. Ein weiterer Lichtblick war das Frühstück, denn das war reichhaltig, gut und mit frischen Waren bestückt.

In diesem Hotel wird man um viele Jahre zurückversetzt. Aber nicht weil es voll mit Antiquitäten ist, sondern weil es sehr unzeitgemäß und rückständig ist. Das Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet: Man sucht einen Kasten und findet ein paar Ablagefächer. Man sucht ein Glas, aber es gibt keines, Man sucht einen Tisch, aber es gibt keinen. Man sucht einen Sessel, aber es gibt keinen. Man sucht ein kleines Handwaschbecken am WC, aber es gibt keines. Man sucht den Lüfter am WC, aber es gibt keinen. Wir werden erst wieder kommen, wenn die Fehler in der Ausstattung des Zimmers behoben sind. Vorher werden wir das Hotel auch nicht unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.
