Reviewed Sep 9, 2026El hotel es como la mayoria de los de la cadena APA, chico pero comodo y cumple su funcion si te la pasas casi todo el dia fuera y solo lo usas para dormir, bañarte, etc ...
Presionan mucho preguntando la hora de llegada pese a que la reservacion ya este confirmada a partir de las 3 pm, lo cual es un tanto molesto e inconveniente si vienes en avion o en zonas donde no tienes el internet o la precaucion de contestarles antes de llegar... se debe poner atencion a ello ya que te dicen que si no das una hora aproximada te pueden cancelar

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026El hotel esta bien y de manera muy general, cómodo. Esta perfecto si planeas pasartela fuera casi todo el día y solo llegar a bañarte y dormir. Las habitaciones son pequeñas (pero lo suficientemente amplias, o sea tampoco son tan chicas), el personal es amable y te ayudan con cualquier cosa. Hablan ingles mas o menos entendible.
Lo que me molesto de cierta manera de este sitio es que aun avisando que llegaras despues de las 3 pm, te presionan mucho para dar una hora de llegada lo mas exacta posible aun cuando ya reservaste y esta confirmada la reserva. En caso de no avisar una hora de llegada te dicen que eso podría concluir en la cancelación de la reserva. Me quede en varios hoteles APA y solo este me presiono en ese aspecto. Es un tanto molesto ya que uno se queda con la idea de que la reserva ya esta confirmada y anda uno de viaje o en pleno vuelo y no siempre con la conectividad para mandarles un mensaje avisando la hora, ademas que muchas veces uno no tiene aun la hora de llegada del todo definida.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The neighborhood was perfectly quiet and pleasant, with 2 train stations nearby for convenient quick access to all attractions, 7Eleven across the street, and a few low key ramen places. The hotel is your standard business hotel with very small rooms, clean, all necessities provided,.clean towels daily. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, the bed small, but overall the room was fine. Would book again.
The bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The hotel have a coin laundry machine which is very helpful and accessible. The staff were also very accomodating and gave us some things that we requested, i.e, iron machine. They also have a water refill on the first floor as well as ice machine that you can use for free. They are very generous to replace the towels everyday and very systematic on their garbage disposal.
Just surprised that the room were a bit small for a couple plus our luggages. So if you are planning on a short trip only, bring smaller luggages/backpacks. You can always buy extra clothes and wearables in Japan. You can also put your luggages below the bed so you can maximize the room size.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich bzw. nur vordergründig freundlich. Zudem ließ sich das Fenster im Mini-Zimmer nicht öffnen, was schwer auszuhalten ist, vor allem in so einem kleinen Raum. Es ist ok für eine Nacht.

Only one elevator for 14 floors, sometimes it took us 15 minutes just to get out, would have loved to have stairs, so we could use them in peak hours.

Localização não é boa. O Google Maps baralhou-se por haver tantos APA. Tivemos que chamar um táxi. A comunicação com as funcionárias da recepção dos vários APA que o Google Maps nos mandou, não foi de ajuda, não falavam inglês e só diziam que não tinha reserva lá. Só a última é que perguntou se queríamos um táxi uma vez que era bastante longe.

I would especially like to thank Miss Kamimura (上村) for her kindness and exceptional assistance. She made my trip much more enjoyable. 1. Room was very small for big, tall people such as me. 2. Only 1 elevator for a hotel with 15 Floors - It took me nearly 10 minutes to get the elevators 3. No restaurant in the hotel - hence, no breakfast. For 2000K Yen more, I could have found a better hotel, located centrally in Shibuya or Ginza with all amenities.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026酒店前台態度良好， 很细心及即時處理問題。 附近住宅區位置寧靜， 交通方便，往東京各位置也可以， 由秋葉原往酒店附近新御徒町站(Tx及大江戶線)只需五分鐘左右，去池袋，新宿及涉谷也没大問題， 不難轉鐵路。
附近除了有便利店， Lawson，family mart及7-11外， 食店選擇只有一間Sukia牛肉丼飯及一間麻辣盪， 附近商店街很早關門，晚上沒有食店在內， 如果要宵夜往下去到上野方向。

La atención es extraordinaria, te atienden como al mismísimo Shogun; la ubicación, perfecta: si querés tomar el subte o sólo caminar, está todo lo que necesites a pocos minutos. Entré por 6 noches y terminé alargando la estadía 4 noches más y ni se me cruzó por la cabeza buscar otro hotel. Me dejaron quedarme en la misma habitación, que dicho sea de paso está muuy bien diseñada con atención a cada detalle. Diseño eficiente estilo cortaplumas. Terminé filmándola para copiarme todo.
No se me ocurre nada de que quejarme realmente.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel is really pretty. The room was lovely and comfortable.
While the hotel was very close to the train and it was great having a 7-11 really close, it isn’t very close to things you’d want to do while there. You have to walk 20+ minutes or take a taxi. But it was still a nice hotel.

朝食はバイキング方式で無い。惣菜のみ自由に選べたが補充がしてなくほぼテーブルに無い状態（7時半） エレベータが1機しかなく待たされる。
