Good new hotel proper for business people with near transportation to all areas. Very cooperative reception staff. Good breakfast... Good size comfortable room..perfect shower .

Some type of mobile phones need special expert technical measure in order to get wifi...which we dont find this expert man in hotel and i stayed 3 days without Wifi. Other things are good.

I had explained to the front desk that I had an important business meeting in Jebel Ali and requested a late checkout until 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, my request was refused, despite the circumstances and the relatively short extension I was asking for. As a result, I had to cut my meeting short and return to the hotel solely to check out. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted an important business commitment. I understand that late checkouts are subject to availability and hotel policy. However, I would have appreciated greater flexibility and consideration given the circumstances. The experience was particularly disappointing and fell below the level of service I would expect from your hotel. The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. It should have been a perfect stay if there is sauna and steam though the swimming pool was the best - just make the water warmer please!

as an Indian, I didnt enjoyed the brfeafast much, as thee were few choices of Indian food, the taste could be much improved. location was just fine.

To know another part of Dubai. It was fairly close to the metro. - fresh juice at the breakfast.

Breakfast I ordered with breakfast included. I expected a proper English or American breakfast. The sausage were cooked or steamed, not fried. I ordered scrambled eggs. They came out raw. From a European perspective it was very disappointing. It assembled very little of how we expect an English or American breakfast. The chia pudding was also way too watery, compared to Europe. It was pointless to ask the concierge. About restaurants etc. The pool was under construction, so it couldn't be used. Yet I paid full price. Full price for the stay, without pool facility. Full price for a breakfast that was slightly below mediocre. Overall it would have been a pleasant stay if the breakfast was with authentic scrambled eggs, some real Bacon and pork sausage. Scrambled eggs was just incredibly disappointed, it was way too runny. You asked yourself ifIf the cook ever had scrambled eggs at home.

The breakfast was not bad, but options were very limited. I noticed that for all three days of my stay, there were no dates available in the nuts and dry fruits section. Since dates are a staple everywhere in the UAE, it felt really strange not to have them offered at breakfast.

1. The iron in my room was completely faulty. As soon as I turned it on, it tripped the fuse and cut all the electricity to the room. This felt really risky, and I think you should replace these with safe, branded irons. 2. It was really difficult to use my appliances since they aren't from the UAE. It would be a huge help if you could install at least one universal socket or port in the rooms. 3. The towels looked really worn out and overused. Even though I didn't use them myself, they really need to look fresh, white, and clean for the room's aesthetic. 4. The TV setup is pretty outdated. Nobody really wants to watch standard channels anymore, so upgrading to a Smart TV where guests can stream content would be a great improvement. 5. I really didn't like the dotted design on the windows. Looking through it is very straining on the eyes, and a simple, plain tint would look much better. 6. The black metallic rod structure around TV and next to the wardrobe feels totally useless consumes space and doesn't look good at all. To be honest when I saw the pics of the room on booking.com that structure put me off.

Its was our second stay here, as before meticulously clean , great price for connecting rooms including breakfast. Staff was nice, professional, it took time for check in but waiting was okay with cookies the gave and great lobby . Breakfast was good , lots of varieties

Keep in mind pool is extremely cold . Kids and adult pool are freezing, would be nice to keep temp a bit higher because its not a pleasant “cool” its too cold . Washroom had sewage smell , especially if we went out from the room for some time and came back

There is no valet parking. The reception staff are not friendly, and my check in is very bad experience. Only the security staff are good at hospitality.

Quite big room, sound proof rooms, hospitality, all reception staffs are professional and friendly.

When I entered the room, I found that one of the pillows was dirty and had a black stain on it. I took a photo of the pillow and reported it to the supervisor. However, the response was disappointing, they gave my daughter a camel toy as an apology In addition, the swimming pool water was extremely cold. My daughter was unable to enjoy swimming because of the temperature, and she was shivering from the cold after entering the pool. Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness and comfort that I expected during my stay. I have photos of the stained pillow and can provide them if needed.
