A living in lady stayed next to the outside pool area with a baby. She complained about us enjoying ourself at the pool. While her baby was keeping us up from 5am until.........with crying. Think she needs to be moved from outside enjoying area.

The staff, especially the woman working that evening . And the room we booked and paid for didn't have a working TV, we were told in the middle.of the evening that we had to move our vehicle for other guest to park , and that woman working there wanted to give us a room of lower standard than the one we paid for.

The stuffs customer service is non the owners need to do something about her , the room is cold as hell no air conditioner not even a heater

I hated everything about that place

I really like the Padel Club and the Pool. those were really nice and the rooms looked very good. I also liked the location and proximity to the Old Biscuit mill.

Housekeeping never cleaned my room, the receptionist wasn't helpful as well. He couldn't even get me clean towels.

I liked the dimmer lights as an option in the room.

I did not like that there was no bathroom window. The first room we booked had the shower come apart after we tried to use it. Then once moved to our new room we found that there was no bathroom window which we did not like one bit. We could not change rooms again so we were stuck with this extreme inconvenience. Needless to say the bathroom flooded after showering and using the toilet was unpleasant.

The property was very clean. The room was spacious and everything was working perfectly. I will definitely book again in the future.

Very disorganized and the place is filthy. Firstly, i requested for parking during the booking. I had a huge fight with the receptionist when i arrived because she told me that parking is not available, as it is all occupied, first come first serve. Secondly, on the first night the electricity was cut and i had to move to another block, which i had to do by myself with no assistance from the staff. I had to beg for the gate to be opened everyday when i drive in and out. Its a great location, but they need to improve in their administration.

The receptionist, Nosi, and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable.

Management is very nonchalant about customer complaints. The cleaners do not have the same level of training, there were days my crockery was not cleaned. Some of the cleaners (Carmen and Esparanza) also started messing with me after I sent a complaint to management. One separated all of my chargers from the cables and hid them in various places around my room. It was like an Easter Egg hunt. Another “mistakenly took my sleepwear” when she changed the sheets. I had to stage a “stay in” in my room on checkout day until it was returned. Management did not take me seriously until I resorted to serious measures and my stuff was finally returned. Also, it’s loud there, bring earplugs. Mine came in handy.

They need to have their roof checked out in Room 2, I had a bad night sleeping due to all the noise of mice in the roof there was definitely more than 2 mice in that roof. Also smoking on the stairs, you should make an exception for smokers, it's awkward standing on the staircase smoking and people who are possible non smokers passing you by on that very same stair case Then the bathroom, put some blinds or curtains on the bathroom window, if I was to take a shower there's no privacy Overall, I had a lovely stay will definitely come back

Its was comfortable however glasses need to be changed , plate has marks on and looks antique, theres a hole in the ceiling where water dripped onto the bed. Theres was some running in the ceiling too.

I explained my intentions to extend my with them when it was time to checkout I was far from them I communicated I asked them to give me their banking details so I can pay online they said they don’t have bank Account now they ask me to pay R500 for my language 🤨

The is no care in this facility. We were just ambushed. The rooms were far apart. Room are not clean, there are cockroaches. It is totally different from what we see in the pictures. Room are left unattended. We went to our seminar and we came back, our room were not made and rooms were not cleaned. Other room had no water in the bathrooms.

I liked the pleasant bathroom with the shower glass

I didn't like that there wasn't another tap to pour water I to the kettle. I didn't like that I had to wait till 3 to get in. Since I came from the airport

The TV wasn’t working properly, there was no soap in the bathroom and the shower floor was not cleaned.

I hated that i couldnt have people over to hang out. Like why am I staying at a place place that would limit how i socialise in my room if I’m not being disruptive?

The entrance could do with a bit of an upgrade. The lady at the reception was the most unbothered person I met.

The bath was leaking... There was no mop to clean up.. no refrigerator for the hole weekend...

I like that they have most of the things we had before. However, ..

The staff was not the best the lady lied and didn't know much about anything . Now I been her before but this night was a shit show. Forgot my key in the room I told her to check for a master key with all the others, she told me someone else, who is also working with her, who went to lunch has all the master keys, just to call me in a 1hr and half showing my the key is where I told it is. Didn't have hot water , and they didn't clean my room. Was not the best

The room was quite nice just disappointed there wasn't a fridge in the room. Other than that it was perfect

They offered safe parking which was a relief. The service at the front desk was efficient and the room was neat and tidy upon arrival.

The kettle and plugs did not work in the room which was a huge inconvinience. The bathroom window was badly broken and was covered with sellotape if im not mistaken. The staff at the front desk could of also been abit more informative regarding how things work if you leave and come back.

I was cold. I mean really cold. And 3 days in a row requested an additional blanket for the nights as the rooms are not heated nor heaters provided. This is a budget hotel so i get it. BUT the staff simply IGNORED these requests and said blanket never provided even by the 4th and final night stay. It was noisy, but this is the visitors, not the hotel's problem.

It was really clean, the staff was super helpful.It was good value for our money,close to alot of food places and shops.It was not noisy and I just enjoyed it.

It was perfect no complaints besides the shower turned cold and had no hot water after a while.

I felt safe. Staff were readily available to assist. The room was clean. Curtains blocked sunlight. The best was comfortable. The shower had hot water at the right pressure. There was enough toilet paper. There are nice surrounding restaurants to get food.

No stands in the shower for shower gel and/shampoo. I was told there was no hairdryer. It's winter now and no extra blankets are provided. The TV remote was not working properly. No heater

Your staff is so rude and unfriendly, especially the guy who was at the reception on that morning. We requested to speak to a manager more than 3 times, and we were told the same shit that you are in a meeting. We were travelling all the way from the Eastern Cape for graduation, so we travelled by bus for 22 hours. We requested to speak to the manager so that we could check in earlier because 15:00 was too far for us to wait. We were tired, and we wanted to take just a bath, but no one bothered to listen to us. We decided to go nd stay in a restaurant until 3, from 10:00am in the morning. when we came back at 3 to check in the lady that was at reception was busy on her phone for full 15 minutes; she did not even see we sent out documents long time ago. She did not even bothered to show us the iron room or even our room, she gave us keys and said look for your room up there. Please train your staff to be friendly they are the fore front of the company and being rude is not okay when you're working with people.

It was great. Very kind staff. The room was big enough for me and my sister so that was great. My favourite feature was definitely the bedside lighting as someone who does not like the bug light.😊

I wish there was a mop or at a bathroom mat so that there isn't water everywhere when walking back into the room in flipflops after bathing.

When we arrived , we were helped effectively.

The setting you guys need to revamp your place according to the pictures it so good bt in reality I had to top up money so that I could get a reasonable room aibo why does it looks like it's for people who sell their bodies it doesn't have a standard
