Die Lage ist gut, das angeschlossene Kaffee gemütlich, die Einrichtung dort ist sehr ansprechend, das Frühstück top.

Wir hatte die Ferienwohnung im Nachbarhaus, welche renoviert wurde. Die alten Hölzer und Fliesen wurden weiß überstrichen, so dass alles auf den ersten Blick gut aussieht. Auf den zweiten Blick ist es weniger schön, die Dusche ist alt und sieht furchtbar aus, der Duschschlauch war völlig defekt, so dass das Wasser irgendwohin spritzte, siehe Bild, das Video mit dem verkeimten Schlauch läßt sich leider nicht hochladen. Wir reden von einer Ferienwohnung für 450 Euro die Nacht!!!!

Very close to the train station, made it easy to use it as a way to get to other towns

The light on the building across the street went on at odd hours of the night. Seemed random, but it lit up our room. I’m sure it could be addressed with the owner of the sign.

The bed was very comfortable, and the feather pillow was a particular treat. The welcome drink was an unexpected and generous gesture while we waited to check in. The view from the hotel was also splendid.

Unfortunately, the terrace did not reflect the cleanliness and care of the hotel’s interior. When we arrived, a bag containing empty bottles and leaking food had been left on the table by the previous guests. The tables and chairs were in disarray, and there were cigarette butts on the ground. After I informed reception, a staff member came promptly to remove the bag and clean the table, which I appreciated, although the remaining area was left unattended. The coffee machine was not working when we arrived, and the kettle could also benefit from being replaced. I also accidentally left a nightdress in the bathroom. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that nothing had been found and was advised to check again among my belongings. As I had travelled directly home and knew where I had left it, I found the response rather dismissive and would have appreciated a more helpful follow-up.

The manager on duty was outstanding! She made a special effort to make our return to the train station very easy—on a day when the streets were blocked because of the festival. I wish all managers had her “how can I help you?” attitude. She made our stay a joy.

景观佳，距火车站步行10分钟可达。早餐氛围好，咖啡、热可可都满意。

今夏气温高，无空调设施，体感偏热。

位置很好，离施皮茨火车站不远，出行方便。酒店有露台可以观湖景或者吃饭。房间挺干净。早餐挺多东西，面包咖啡果汁火腿鸡蛋酸奶。

想续一瓶水比较麻烦，需要到前台去续，但是晚上前台没有人。所以只能自己烧水，但是房间里没有烧水壶，需要用楼道里公用的水壶。

This was our most uncomfortable night of a two week trip. The room was so unbelievably hot there was no way to sleep. The fan provided did not work in one of our rooms and there was no one to contact.

It was very warm during my stay, the fan was too small and didn’t help much with ventilation. Staff were all lovely except for the guy who was not very happy when I asked to fill my bottle with ice. He said ‘ ice are for drinks you know? It’s not for giving to everyone ‘ As if i was some random outsider asking the hotel for bloody ice. The female staff were all very helpful and nice though

Staff were lovely, breakfast is good, gym is good, sister restaurant is also very good.

Rooms are a little tired. Don’t use this hotel in summer, sleeping in the rooms was unbearable and the offer of one fan between three people in different beds didn’t work. Sleepless nights.

The location and the view are awesome

The most unpleasant experience was the heat in the room. Understood that AC is not common in European countries, but for such extreme heat, I would hope for at least a portable cooler fan; instead the room had a very small USB powered desk fan. Also, we do not feel very welcoming at the premise. Upon checked in, the staff walked us through the property once; and the rest is pretty much self-service/no service. Even upon check-out during the day, it felt very much like an Airbnb where you dropped the keys in the box and just leave.

La salle de bain était vieille. Le matelas trop mou. La fenêtre était bloquée en plein été et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral, einmaliger Ausblick vom Balkon oder Terrasse, in 5 min am Bahnhof oder am Hafen wo gute Anbindung für daytrips möglich ist. Liebevoll gestaltetes Café und Frühstücksraum auch mit Aussicht. Nachhaltigkeit wird groß geschrieben und regionale Produkte kommen auf den Tisch …. Das war toll !!

Klimatisierung wäre gerade im Sommer wirklich wünschenswert bei steigenden Temperaturen. Die Zimmer würden von einer kleinen Renovierung profitieren … (Fenster/ Bad) … insgesamt aber kleine Aufhübschungsprojekte

A spacious, clean and nicely decorated room with an amazing view on the lake and comfortable beds. Service was friendly and in the evening it was quiet. We hat a very nice dinner at the Greek restaurant next door.

Only common balcony view

No AC, stayed in mid July with direct sunlight afternoon and room heated from sun, no curtains pulled and only two small table fans provided. Request for big fan or additional fan for proper air circulation was denied. Young kids had extremely tough time as landed straight from the airport to the hotel room. It got better at night. We found this place as extremely overpriced (USD 550 per night), hesitation was highly evident if extra coffee (breakfast buffet) or hand towel or fan asked. Seems the hospitality mindset was missing and only money making intent. If not hot and not peak season ($) then it may work, otherwise not recommended.

Заселение это был маленький квест.Мы приехали очень позно.Хозяин все обяснил по Ватсапу где забрать ключи.Нам все очень понравилось. Номер очень просторный и прекрасный .Тихий район .Кондиционер работал в прихожей и в комнатах было прохладно и не слышно звука от кондиционера не смотря на очень жаркую погоду.Спасибо большое за напитки в холодильнике.Разные соки лимонад воду и фрукты.Очень удобные кровати и прекрасное белье..Чистота на высшем уровне.Нам все очень понравилось. Понорама из окна просто сказка..Спасибо большое за прекрасное гостеприимство.

Good location, close to the train station, restaurants and the lake. Access to a decent gym close by.

Outdated rooms. Badly soundproofed doors and windows. The bed was way too soft for me. There's a coffee machine on the floor, which technically is a cool thing. But people didn't care that it was in the middle of the night, when they felt like drinking coffee. The machine is quite loud and I did not enjoy at all being woken up several times due to respectless people. Considering the price per night I don't imagine I'd come back.

Lovely, clean room. Shared terrace overlooking the lake and mountains was incredible.

One window was locked and wouldn't open, making it challenging to circulate air and sleep comfortably on hot nights.

The breakfast was so disappointing. It was not buffet style. They gave us only two slices of meat for each person. They serve breakfast from 7am. If you have to leave early, the staff will only pack one bread and a cup of coffee for you. Hey, remember how much you charged us for breakfast? We understand you might not be able to pack everything for us but if you could try your best to pack as much as you can, we won’t complain anything. Please be nice to your customer next time if they want to pack breakfast instead of being so grumpy! This hotel do not provide air conditioners. The worst thing is you cannot leave the window open or door open during night because anyone could walk into your room easily… Also, the bathroom is so small that you could not breath when you are taking bath. Overall, very bad experience especially considering the price. Overpriced a lot!

We arrived very late and though they were closed, they left instructions for us to access our unit.

No A/C!! They did give us fans, but even the windows had no bug screens (one of my children reacts to bug bites).

We reserved a room with 2 single beds as I was traveling with my son and were granted an upgrade to an apartment. Comfortable. Great view. The furnishings are a little outdated, but thats fine. The people were extremely nice. Breakfast was excellent (farm to table).

距离火车站不到十分钟的步行路程，房间很干净，每层楼有冰箱和咖啡机。住的带阳台的房间，坐在阳台上能看街景很舒适。前台六点下班，晚到的话会把钥匙留在特定位置，所以对晚到的人也很友好。

Die Rezeption hat mir sogar einen Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage für mein Motorrad organisiert, obwohl sie bereits Feierabend hatte. Das fand ich sehr freundlich.

Einen schönen Ausblick hatte ich nicht. Nur aufs Nachbarhaus. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Die angrenzenden Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Frühstück und die Aussicht.

Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel. Der Preis pro Nacht 340€. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und dreckig, Betten durchgelegen und billig. Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt und Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Hotel wird von chinesischen Gästen bevorzugt, diese nutzen das Café Frühstück nicht sondern essen ihr eigenes gekauftes Essen lautstark auf dem Zimmer bzw. Terrasse. Da das Hotel nicht die Zimmer reinigt, sind die Tarrassen dreckig. Wie dieses Hotel 3 Sterne bekommt ist fraglich. Das Hotel ist eher für Rucksack Touristen gedacht.

8 minutes' walk from the train station, but it is downhill. If you have heavy luggage or knee issues, you may need to consider taking the bus from the train station to the hotel. The bus runs once per hour. The back of the hotel is facing the mountain, and that is a sitting area for us to have breakfast and coffee with the mountain view. 24/7 coffee maker available on the floor with free water refill at the lobby.

The bed was too soft. Our room was in first floor and it was facing the street, and it was hard to have privacy or noise reduction when we opened the window. Will consider paying more for the mountain view in the future.

This hotel is 7 min walk away from the train station. It had a beautiful view of Spiez. The staff were very friendly. Even though the facility is old, it felt like an old but cute cottage house. I would stay again. Just ask for a fan when it's hot. 2 fans were good enough for us.
