Bedding quality was excellent, especially pillows; Food quality was excellent; Staff was hospitable, and went an extra mile to make everyone comfortable; Best Holiday Inn I have stayed in, and most value for money. Airport hotel transport / shuttle was convenient and affordable.

The showers were badly designed and constructed, with flow of water away from drain point, filling and overflowing out of the shower; the showers need to be corrected as I spent most time cleaning up the overflow.

Everything was just but just one thing which I don’t like is that there is no one at the pool side to manage as there are many guest who are blocking my way.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 with my family. The overall experience was excellent, right from the warm welcome at check-in to the hospitality throughout our stay. My kids enjoyed a lot. The kids don't want to checkout. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. A special mention to the entire hotel team for their hospitality, politeness, and excellent service. They genuinely made our stay memorable. Definitely recommended for families, or anyone looking for a comfortabl and quality stay in Gurugram. Would happily stay here again!

The room was clean and staff was polite also had breakfast which was in good variety though busy during peak hours.....one thing which was not upto the mark was swimming pool it was short in size still water was clean.

Though paid extra for getting a room on higher floor, the front desk on the first day was confused and not exactly helpful. Wasted a lot of time. Compared to that the check out time team was far better. Besides generally good and helpful staff. No problems.

pool area , mall located beside , view frm the room....the washroom doesnt have a separate door for bathing area n cupboard too missing in the room (just the hangers) which can be ignored a bit.

one house keeping staff just crazily rang bell to ask for clearing the snacks n eatables frm fridge ...at 5pm on the check in day itself..i asked it is indeed for consumption of guest during the stay on pay basis right? n y wud u remove it at this time or even if its a valid reason fr knocking? thn he apologised but it disturbed my well required afternoon nap with lots of crazy ringing on the door bell ....i ignored it but thn the viva"-the food court 1-2 staff those guys were literally unprofessional n joking on the guests n maybe just saying ma'am or sir 2 times doesnt make them "professionally trained...tbh i felt it bit creepy...n yea expect 2-3 reminders for a basic housekeeping service or water bottles req for the room...staff is quite gross bruh in professionalism or for IHG level hotel chain...

Holiday Inn, Gurugram was a great experience for our family. We arrived on the 9th of July and booked in. We visited the mall near the hotel, experienced the dining area at the 16th floor, the ambiance they have set is immaculate, along with the compact but clean and modern rooms they provided. Would really love to come back here. Thank you to IHG for such a grand experience

The restaurant experience was excellent, and Chef Rao Sahab was the highlight of the visit. The food was outstanding, and his hospitality made the experience even more memorable.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Room size was not as per norms. Area of the room was informed of 19m2 but it was of samll size. Moreover, size of the bathroom was too small to move and do the activities. The room was even not having any cupboard to keep used garments intact with their creeze.

There was a complete mess up with the spa booking for a couple massage which was very important to us since we were stepping in a long health battle The messing up at the spa staff completely spoilt our stay and mood Request for an iron for 2 consecutive days never happened until we checked out Despite being IHG card holders this didnt make any difference There is a definite need for service upgrade to meet basic clients expectation

The initial check in where an advance for room bar products was taken by Front Desk even without checked in or even that it was physically room products provided was not very welcoming
