L'emplacement est situé idéalement près de la gare mais les chambres sont bien au calme; Le personnel est disponible pour répondre aux questions. Le petit déjeuner est varié et je recommande le cake aux carottes qui est excellent. La décoration est très agréable.

nous avons disposé d'une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée. Serait il envisageable d'en avoir une pour chaque jour de présence à l'hotel ? La fontaine à eau est disponible au niveau de l'espace séjour mais je n'ai pas réussi à la faire fonctionner. elle était un peu cachée au niveau de l'espace petit déjeuner.

Die ungewöhnliche Gestaltung der Zimmer mit Motiven aus (belgisch-)französischen Comics, in meinem Zimmer waren es Blake et Mortimer, sowie anderer Hotelbereiche ist eine gute Idee, damit das Hotel sich von anderen (Ibis-) Hotels unterscheidet. Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof (der architektonisch außergewöhnlichen Station Liège-Guillemins) ist äußerst praktisch.

Vasttapijt op de kamer, er stond een smoezelige, kapotte zetel in de kamer, een soort zetelbed, dat ik gelukkig niet nodig had.

Wat een leuk, fris, modern en heerlijk hotel op een prima lokatie in Luik. Het hotel heeft een jonge uitstraling en alles staat in het teken van strips, vooral Kuifje volgens mij. Aparte hoekjes voor kinderen. Gezellige lobby waar je iets kunt drinken, altijd gratis koffie en thee beschikbaar, een ruime ontbijtruimte en een leuke bar aan de buitenkant. Zelden zo'n goed en uitgebreid ontbijt gezien. Werkelijk alles was mogelijk, tot je eigen pannekoekjes maken aan toe. Een van de beste hotels waar ik ooit heb verbleven. Mooie en super schone kamers en badkamers. Wat een fijn hotel. Top. Had hier graag langer gebleven.

Zou niet weten wat je hier nog moet verbeteren maar als je dan toch nog iets extra's wil doen zou dat koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer zijn.

Unlimited coffee and tea in the lobby, wurf a charging station. Staff was super friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Just a few steps from the train station. The room was also quiet.

駅からも近く、素晴らしい。食堂にあるコーヒーがいつでも飲めた。到着後に行ったら、たまたまかもしれませんが、チョコレートクロワッサンが置いてあって、無料でした。部屋にアニメの絵が描いてあったり、子ども用のスペースがあったり、可愛らしくて素敵なホテルでした。

入り口が少しわかりにくかった。冷蔵庫もあればよかった。

Great location, comfy beds, air-conditioning worked really well. It was nice to be on the top floor (rare when you book a twin room). Very close to tram, train station, shops, food etc.

The bathroom was dirty - poop on the wall near the toilet, other guests shampoo/soap caked on to the shower walls. Access was a bit tricky - the hotel is hidden down an alley between two buildings with a boom gate you can go through, so if you drive in, you have to reverse out because you can't access the reception by car. And the parking for the hotel is a different entrance. That's the only reason I marked this place down a bit. Otherwise it was the usual Ibis quality.

We ended up here because of a last-minute issue with another hostel-they hadn’t left the key available for us, so we had to find a new place to stay at almost midnight. I’m actually very glad we did! We had a very pleasant stay, and the night receptionist was super cool and helpful. I only wish I had asked his name. Their parking was full when we arrived, but we easily found a good parking garage within about a five-minute walk. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience. It’s a nice city and a very good hotel. And if you like comic books, there’s an extra treat: each room is beautifully decorated around a Belgian comic-book character, and books by the featured authors are also available to read. It gives the hotel a really fun and distinctive character.

A receção não é calorosa e faltam explicações básicas: limitam-se a entregar a chave do quarto e nada mais. Como pessoa com anos de experiência em hotelaria, recomendo o hotel apenas para quem precisa puramente de dormir e estar perto da estação de comboios e das facilidades da zona. Para quem procura usufruir da estadia no hotel, a experiência deixa a desejar. A entrada não é nada convidativa, sendo feita por um acesso parecido com uma garagem e passando por uma lateral do edifício com bastante lixo acumulado. Além disso, ao chegar, a área da receção aproxima-se mais da caixa registadora de um bar do que do atendimento de um hotel.

Easy access from the train station. The breakfast is also nice.

The so called bike courtyard is accessible from the street. People can come in and steal your bike easily. I had to pay 10 euros per night to use the car parking lot to park my bike, since bikes are not welcomed in the rooms.

De locatie was prima, lekker dicht bij het treinstation en de tramhaltes. Het ontbijt was goed. Vriendelijk personeel. En gelukkig was er airco.

Emplacement parfait ; tout près de la gare et grande facilité de rejoindre le centre historique de la cité. Chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux, salé - sucré, chaud - froid, yaourt - fruits, etc. Personnel très accueillant. Vaste salle de bain avec douche. Un séjour d'une nuit sans aucun problème.

Het hotel is gelegen op een super locatie op steenworp afstand van het station van Luik. Als je op doorreis bent is dit een ideaal hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zijn keurig en het is heerlijk rustig in het hotel. En de parkeergarage beveiligd voor €10 per nacht is super!

Luik zelf is niet zo’n mooie stad, maar dat heeft niets met het hotel te maken. Aan het hotel zelf konden we eigenlijk geen minpunten ontdekken.

Heerlijk koele, ruime kamer en heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles zeer schoon.

De slaapbank was echt niet ok om op te slapen. Met één persoon al niet, laat staan als er twee op zouden moeten liggen.

Staff friendly and helpful, room spotlessly clean and breakfast plentiful, well presented and with sufficient choice. Free tea and coffee a nice touch. The mural artwork all around hotel is interesting and another nice feature, especially the references to Tin Tin , a Belgian crime fighting hero of my youth!

le petit déjeuner était TOP - énormément de choix disponible. Pancakes à volonté, couques, café et jus de fruis frais. Pour ceux au palais salé il y avait également des options fromage, eggs, bacon, etc. Les prix du bar sont ultra corrects.

Le fait de devoir payer pour un parking qui était à la base censé être compris dans le prix. Nous avons du nous garer à une place qui n'était pas une de celles prévues pour le ibis styles car ils n'ont pas assez de place réservées en sous-sol pour le nombre de personnes qui viennent en voiture.

Clean modern goid value hotel accesdible to motorways and train station

Not enough info on parking. The parking area is underground shared with other businesses and is not clearly marked as Ibis parking. There is an entrance with an ibis banner but this is not the parking entrance and caused us inconvenience as when we drove up to it the barrier it would not lift and we were stuck and had to reverse onto a busy road. We had to then badly park elsewhere then go to reception to understand how to get car in. Even when in we were lucky to get last ibis spot. I found out the next day that if this happens you are allowed to park in another firm's space again not mentioned in information from hotel which clearly says first come first served. Great hotel otherwise. Advice is to email the hotel for exact instructions. The hotel needs to provide map and clear instructions. Only with this info will you have stress free trip if you have a car and avoid a very difficult situation.

Netjes en schoon. We mochten op de dag van inchecken zelfs al eerder de pasjes van kamer krijgen en dat kwam goed van pas.

Gedeelte waar ontbijt kan worden uitgekozen kan beter/handiger worden gemarkeerd qua richting/waar buffet te vinden.
