Our room had a step as soon as you opened the door which I thought was quite hazardous. It was always a bit inconvenient if you came home anyway late at night as there was no bell so you had to knock in hopes that staff in the back room would see or hear you. They always did but we were waiting up to 10 minutes one night.

Reviewed May 21, 2026The location is fantastic for visiting the major sights and for shopping in Seville. The hotel is wonderfully designed with sitting areas making each suite of rooms feel special. Breakfast was delicious and full of variety. Staff was so helpful with everything and our room was very comfortable and well-designed for ease. We highly recommend!
