Grands espaces, lumineux, piscine individuelle sans vis à vis!

Pour rendre le logement encore plus agréable, je pense que certains meubles pourraient être modernisés, notamment la table, les chaises et le canapé. Certaines pièces étaient également un peu abîmées ou cassées. Avec quelques petites rénovations et un mobilier plus moderne, le logement pourrait vraiment être encore plus agréable et avoir beaucoup de charme. Cela reste toutefois une remarque constructive, car nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The villa ia made well for a group of friends/ families wanting a private space, with amenities like private pool, gym, padel court, smart TV with OTTs. The host was very warm and helpful.

The wifi sucks and due to network issue in the town you are cut off from the digital world. Inspite of repeated requests for Wifi to be fixed since we wanted to watch FIFA final match, it wasn't done. The water pressure in the basin was a pain and tough to manage. The ACs are too small for big spaces with high ceilings. It took forever to cool the rooms. The kitchen cleaning could be better

Dit is een heerlijke ruime villa, waar wij met één gezin en zes volwassen zijn verbleven. We zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven, maar daar hadden we ook prima een week van kunnen maken. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de communicatie gaat gemakkelijk. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de padelbanen, dat is extra punten waard. Het huis werd goed schoongemaakt en het een heerlijk zwembad. Wij zouden 100% zeker terugkomen. In de omgeving zijn heel veel leuke eettentjes, strand en massage mogelijkheden. Wij hebben ook een tuktuk gehuurd, omdat wij houden van flexibiliteit. Je kunt ook voor de deur een taxi krijgen.

All the instalations were really nice, with nice gardens and plenty of services: gym, padel, yoga classes, tuc tucs in the entrance of the villa. Our villa was confortable, with everything we needed to spend there 3 nights. A place I would come back.

Beautiful villa - incredibly spacious rooms and living room that made you feel very connected and present with the group you are sharing the space with. Check in and out was easy process for the most part (see below). The greetings hosts were not local but they were polite and helpful with any questions we had. There is a working TV with Netflix and Amazon prime which was great for our group of friends. The security staff were so lovely and even parked our car for us. Quite close to a local beach which was good for a swim. Overall nice stay for a small group of friends.

Few things we thought were peculiar included a large security deposit ($100USD) that needed to be paid in cash only - peculiar because as a group of friends we have stayed at many villas in the south coast and they have never requested such deposits and if we had, a card was accepted (makes sense as we used a card to pay a 30% advance payment?). Additionally we were not from US or EU this was quite inconvenient as we needed to get local LKR cash out (30k LKR) to use only for this deposit and that was basically our entire spending money for the weekend tied up at the hotel unable to be touched till check out. I paid a 30% advance payment via a secure link (which was fine) connected to my card but found it strange and annoying that the remaining 70% had to be paid in cash or else they would have to add another 3% charge for using my card at check in payment. Remaining payment also had to be done at check in which is fine but this was not communicated to me prior and given the amount of cash out I had to get for above point with deposit, it just felt a little weird. Also the rate of your stay will be based on the day of exchange rate (could work in or against your favour). The villa itself is quite difficult to find in the dark if you do not see the signage. No large car would be able to fit down the road to get to the parking as the road was incredibly narrow and passes a construction site that also creates obstructions. If you have a car you are not allowed to park it inside the villa property you need to park it outside with the security guards. This was fine but it rained often so was a little inconvenient to walk.

The villas are super nice, each one like a private calm area but still walking distance from Kabalana beach. Perfect for family’s with younger adults, every sleeping room with it’s own bathroom.

Very well designed and clean villas. It was a very enjoyable experience. the location of the property is also very good. the staff is very helpful and accomodating. Definitely worth staying.

We stayed in a 3 bed villa which was more than enough space for a family of 4. The pool was a perfect temperature, kept clean and has a large step for our little ones to splash around in when not in the deeper pool. The space was bright, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The host has tuktuks constantly based outside and the location is great, 3-5 mins in a tuktuk to beaches and restaurants. The “shop” next door has all the basics like snacks, fruit, ice creams etc.

The villa was very spacious, clean, practical. Also the pool was very clean and the stay felt really safe. Everything was super easy from checkin to checkout. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. Our flight got delayed by a couple of hours and they arrange an airport pick up and late check in. Also, there are always tuktuks waiting outside the property for you to take a ride.

We loved everything about it. Although it’s a bit further out than other places, there was always a tuktuk on hand to take us where we needed to go. We especially loved the pool area and the surrounding gardens are beautiful.

It was perfect for us as 3 people but more seating around in the pool and lounge area would be beneficial for bigger groups.

Location of the villas is about 7 minutes walk to the beach, good service, everything is clean and cosy. Fenced and protected area , pleasant staff:)

Quiet, beautiful, modern and super clean place. Management and staff were helpful and nice. We enjoyed our weekend escape with private swimming pool. Wi-Fi was working good.

it’s very spacious and very clean

there is some power issues and the fans & Ac’s doesn’t work fully due the low power, during the day time, rooms tend to get a bit hot and both the fan and AC works verily slow.

We really loved our villa with a lovely swimming pool. It is located in a quiet rural area just outside of Ahangama. Perfect spot for resting by the pool. Very much enjoyed the walks around the local area, also appreciated two tuk tuks waiting just outside the property at all times for when we needed to go further.

The host was a bit unfriendly. Just after we arrived we were shown a list of prices for each item in case we break it. That was kinda unpleasant. Also while we got this list of costs nobody walk through the villa on our check-in to see what's already not in a perfect shape so we had to bring the host later in to show what was already there. On the check-out host didnt wait to go for a 'check' tho...

Facility managers and security were lovely and did an amazing job. The cleaners are extremely friendly and fast. Check in was quick, although it felt weird to sign the house rules, with a whole price list for furniture and kitchen equipment on the back, in case we damage something. Never had this in any other villas we stayed in. deposit is required, and they only take cash.

I almost never write bad reviews, but this needs to be said. We, a group of 4, stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for a week. After many stays in luxurious Villas and Hotels in Sri Lanka and around the world, this villa felt a bit underwhelming. Some furniture was worn out and we missed some things, like pillows in the gazebo or a small table, which would've made the stay more comfortable. The zipper of the gazebos matresses were damaged and put together with safety pins, the table in the master bedroom was unstable. The bathroom floor in the master room was flooded after every shower. There was no couchtable in the living room. Kitchen countertop had many stains. The living room/kitchen has no A/C. There were only 2 sundbeds. When we asked for another one, they told us there wasn't enough space, even though this villa was built for up to 6 people. No flexibility from their side. The Shower in the pool room only had cold water and there was almost no pressure. Also the A/C didn't work properly. We informed the management right away. The handling and comment from one manager was questionable: She would also prefer circumstances like in a "first world country", but it is a "third world country" and in the evening, it will be cooler. She would -eventually, especially- "for us" turn on the generator. Of course we expect to have working facilities in an accommodation like this. After all, they sorted it out with a professional, but only after we made it clear, that this wasn't acceptable. Obviously in many other (cheaper) villas, Hotels or even Hostels in Sri Lanka in which we stayed during 2 months, there was never an issue with A/C, hot water or water pressure. We felt appaled by the arrogant and uneducated comment about the "third world country" - in which SHE DECIDED to live.
