Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Close to train station. Overnighter for Bernina express. Gave us a breakfast to take away as we left early. Probably would of had time to stop as it is not a long walk to station. Nice size room, shared bathroom. Everything we needed for an overnight. Good price.

Die Sanitäreinrichtungen mit Etagendusche/WC sind nicht mehr up to Date, aber es war zweckmäßig und störte mich wenig.

The hotel is a bit tired and in need of some renovation. My single room was very basic, would benefit from some pictures on the walls. Ideally it would be nice if all rooms were en suite but the shared bathrooms were clean, I never had to wait to use them and the cost reflected this.

The staff was very very rude and the rooms were really falling apart. My floor had tile coming off and was a weird configuration for how much money we paid. The rooms are very loud because theyre right in the center, which is good for some reason and bad for others. Mostly the staff is extremely rude and not present after asking for things we needed multiple times.

Fui pelas recomendações e por muitos elogios que vi nas avaliações, principalmente em relação à gerente Ana, realmente merece todo elogio que recebe. Eu estava viajando sozinha e passando por momentos difíceis, fiz a viagem pra comemorar meu aniversário, fui tão acolhida pela Ana, jantei no restaurante do hotel na noite do meu aniversário, cantaram parabéns pra mim, fizeram toda a diferença na minha viagem, sou imensamente grata, pois não me senti só... A meninas da limpeza que falam português, foram muito gentis, fiquei muito feliz por estar ali. Eu pedi tanto a Deus pra colocar pessoas boas no meu caminho nessa viagem e fui atendida, através dessas pessoas. Tudo muito bem limpo, organizado, super recomendo. Agradeço do fundo do meu coração pela estadia tranquila e em paz, era o que eu precisava.
Não tenho do que reclamar...

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The hotel itself is perfectly fine. The room was comfortable and clean, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. They even let us begin breakfast before the official time since we needed to get an early train.
Although the location is convenient to the train station and overlooks the charming old village plaza, the downside of being on the plaza is the unbearable noise from all the drunken revelers frequenting the bars until 1:00 am. We got very little sleep. And we had to keep the windows open because it was a very warm night and there is no air conditioning. I would only recommend staying there if you are a late night person yourself or a very heavy sleeper, or go in the cooler weather when you can sleep with the windows closed.

Das einchecken war echt problematisch, das Personal war sehr unfreundlich ,genervt, unprofisionell.Hatte 3 Zimmer alle auf verschiedenen Etagen gegeben.Ich musste alles genau fragen und es wurde auch nicht gesagt das es eine Chur Karte gibt. Würde nicht weiter empfehlen. Ach ja es war ziemlich Laut ..Bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen...musst auch extra nach Fernbedienung fragen ..und wurde sehr freundlich abserviert...das sie schon alles gemacht hätte für mich ....

Het ontbijt wordt niet bijgevuld en is ook niet ruim. Het eten wat er lag was prima. Rond 08:00 was grotendeels van alle producten reeds weg. Dit is erg jammer aangezien je voor een volledig ontbijt betaald.

Platzwahl beim Frühstück: Da wurde man als Gast ganz unangenehm durchgemanagt. Die Bedürfnisse für einen gemütlichen Platz zum Ankommen und Start in den Tag sind mir wichtig. Ein " Setzen Sie sich bitte da hin mit recht strikter Anweisung ist eher People Management als Gastfreundschaft.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hôtel spartiate mais sympa où je suis revenu pour un second séjour, après avoir dormi deux nuits dans un 4 étoiles. La nouveauté cette fois-ci fit de découvrir la terrasse, très agréable les soirs de canicule, et très agréable le matin tant la vue y est remarquable.
Ma chambre était cette fois encore plus petite et sans aucune penderie. Bon c'est l'esprit de l'hôtel, et c'est sympa quand-même.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026L'hôtel est en plein cœur du centre historique et à 10 min de la gare. Beaucoup de chambres sont dépourvues de salle de bain mais le côté Salles de bain communes est vraiment sympa pour un séjour estival. Le personnel est assez sympathique, mais parfois un peu strict. L'hôtel fait aussi café et restaurant ce qui a l'air assez sympa. Le petit déjeuner était compris.
Dans son genre, c'est un bon hôtel, mais il faut adhérer à ce genre. Pas de salle de bains dans les chambres, pas d'ascenseur, des chambres assez petites, etc. J'en garde cependant un excellent souvenir. Cela manque de cintres dans les placards. Et le petit-déjeuner est sans doute géré d’une façon un peu trop stricte. On nous sert en café, sans aucune autonomie, ce qui impose souvent de se restreindre, c'est un peu dommage car je doute que les gens abuseraient beaucoup de la machine à café.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir auch an einer Stelle Schimmelflecken an der Wand. Die Abluftanlage im innenliegenden Bad und in der Gemeinschaftstoilette war defekt. Für schweizer Verhältnisse nicht gut.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the historic city center. The train station is about a 15min, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The atmosphere in the city was magical in the evening, there was even a free symphony concert on the main square, which made our stay especially memorable.
Unfortunately, the service at the reception was very disappointing. I have stayed in more than a dozen hotels this year, and I have never experienced such poor treatment of guests. The woman at reception was extremely rude and spoke to us in a raised and unpleasant tone. What was particularly uncomfortable was that she behaved in the same way not only with us, but also with other guests. It left a very unpleasant impression. The breakfast was also disappointing. The food was not very tasty, and the selection was extremely limited.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Prachtige locatie, midden in de oude stad. Sfeervol gemoedelijk hotel in authentieke stijl. Alles in de kamer is scheef ook de muren en vloeren 😉 Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt niet direct bij het hotel parkeren. Maar er zijn 2 parkeergarages op 5 min lopen.
Er zijn maar 1 toilet en 1 douche/toilet voor de hele gang (9 kamers) - desondanks wel schoon en netjes. Leg op met parkeren in de parkeergarage: als je geen parkeer app hebt, kun h je e alleen met munten betalen. Dir moet vooraf, voor de geschatte tijd dat je er zult staan!

For some reason my booking.com reservation did not come through onto their system, but they checked details and I did get the room I had booked. Staff helpful and professional sorting the problem. Local food and beers available. They offer a take out breakfast if you're going to be up early. Needs to be ordered evening before, obviously. Would stay again.
Initial hassle sorting my missing booking, but resolved reasonably quickly.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Lage ist traumhaft! Die Altstadt ist super schön, ruhig und bietet nette Außenbestuhlung an jeder Ecke. Der Bahnhof ist super gelegen und alles ist fußläufig super zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nur für sehr kurze Aufenthalte gedacht. Leider war das Zimmer nicht so „urig“ eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war leider nicht so schön.

Было бы здорово, если бы в номере был чайник, но для 1 дня прибывания, не критично. В номере была раковина, чтобы было удобно.
На этаже был 1 туалет совместно с душем. Очереди не было при нашем прибывании, может быть другие номера оснащены туалетом, поэтому у нас проблем не возникло. Лифта нет, но наши сумки были легкие, для нас это не проблема.

In 4. Stock Dachzimmer heiss bis unangenehm. Keine Durchlüftung möglich. Um 2 Uhr Morgens auf Dachterrasse war es herrlich
