Hotel was perfect for getting Bernina Express from Chur to Tirano. Staff friendly and double room fine for one night stay. Hotel kindly forwarded a necklace that I left in Hotel room.

Great location, very welcoming place, helpful staff

The staff was extremely nice, you can leave your bags after checking out, the bed was really comfy, overall very nice stay.

Vänlig och tillmötesgående värdinna! Utmärkt läge intill Gamla stan.

Saknar frukostmöjlighet. Fick ett rum mot gatan. Störande trafik hela natten. Ljud från nattklubben hördes upp till vårt rum.

eine stinkende Raucherhölle. überall war Zigaretten Rauch. das Gequalme reicht bis zum Eingang, Lift, alle Gänge. Zimmer etwas weniger aber sehr anwesend. Lärm von nahen Bars ist bis um 2-3:00. ständig diese beats. es war schrecklich. ich bin objektiv geblieben, daher keine tiefsten Werte. aber wirklich schlimm

The bed was uncomfortable, bedding was tired. It is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in where there were paper cups for a hot drink!

Hotel Surselva is close to the centre of Chur but quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Super easy and nice location. Clean and comfortable.

The shower floor was a bit slippery and the shower is small, but it works and was clean.

Das Hotel war supper Mein Zimmer hatte ein Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Einrichtung schön . Auch für mehrere Nächte zu Geniessen.

Great place to stay for a short stay, washing machine, dryer and fridge were really handy!

Outside the venue was very noisy from the clubs etc until 2am, we understand this is outside of the hotels control but be aware when booking

Hotel Surselva was well located, and overall comfortable for my short stay. The facilities were very good, which included a washing machine and dryer.

The bed linen was too hot, it was not necessary to provide a warm quilt during this hot summer. A much thinner quilt would be preferable. The bathroom door did not close properly.

etwas laut von der Strasse her (Ohropax sind bereitgestellt). Küchenecke hat leider keine Kaffeemaschine.

It was clean, great location, comfy bed and powerful shower.

The whole place stunk of cigarette smoke - we woke up during the night to the smell of it which was particularly unpleasant. The lift had no internal walls making it really dangerous. We asked for a plug adapter as our standard European plugs did not fit the sockets and despite having a box full of adapters the receptionist was very dismissive and a little rude, only giving us one which made charging our phones quite tricky.

Pokój powinien być dokładniej wysprzątany. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia. Ściany są cienkie, słychać innych lokatorów oraz odgłosy z zewnątrz.

The location is great. The extra fan was welcom if vety loud.

The bathroom is tiny. The room was noisy and the facilities are basic. The bus is also weird with a strange mattress and pillow.

Eine große Wohnung mit bester Ausstattung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Centrally located. Near Milan Central. Recommended for getting to and from the airport.

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage, freundliches Personal und Parkmöglichleit.

No Aircon, rough area with people outside shouting all night, pub below had drunks sitting there all day. Do not recommend.

Elegí un estudio y la verdad que me pareció encantadora la habitación al tener una pequeña cocina, cama, sofá, nevera, TV satélite y algunos artículos de cortesía como los cafés, tés y agua que te reponían si se acababa. Me pareció una habitación bastante funcional y amplia, con luz. El baño, aunque pudiera parecer antiguo, cumplió sus funciones al tener espejo con armario, jabón y una ducha funcional. La recepción fue bastante amable y cordial en general, dando indicaciones en general.

Los aspectos a mejorar sería que no había aire acondicionado en la habitación y aunque tuvieran una gran torre de ventilación, en verano hace falta, sobretodo en días muy calurosos. No sé si sería por el verano, o por estar cerca del río pero habían demasiados insectos de noche. En cualquier caso, el alojamiento y estudio me parecieron encantadores por lo que, para un futuro viaje por la región, lo tendría en consideración.

Nice hotel and cute rooms. The receptionist was very kind and my parents felt comfortable practicing their german with her 😆 Shower pressure was amazing, bed was comfortable. They had some extra stuff i the room like cottons, makeup remover, nail file, extra blanket, slippers. Would stay again.

The place is very very hot and there’s no air conditioning. There’s a decent fan in the room but it can only do so much. I tried opening the window but it was a skylight/roof window so I had to close it because of the rain.

The friendly & extremely helpful reception staff on arrival. Our room was decorated for our special occasion on arrival. This surprise was greatly appreciated.

The lack of air conditioning with the extreme heat that has been happening in Europe at the moment made it less comfortable overnight.

Incredibly clean, lots of helpful extras in the room. Great location as well - only a few minutes from Old Town and a tram line to the station.

Cozy hotel in the centre, close to the old town, ten minutes walking from the main station (bus stop is very close, anyway). Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quite silent, clean, I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the bar, where I enjoyed a good beer with tourists and locals. Very safe neighbourhood even for a solo travelling woman.

There was a ventilator during our hot summer visit which we were very grateful for. Spacious, clean, very friendly helpful staff.

No scissor in kitchen. Kitchen was a bit small.
