Buena ubicación en el casco antiguo, personal atento. Se puede ir andando a los templos de la ciudad. Piscina pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse. Tes y café soluble disponible en la azotea con zona de mesas para pasar el rato

Habitación bastante pequeña respecto a una cama muy grande. No sitio en la habitación para colgar ropa o dejar maletas salvo un pequeño perchero plano en la pared. Desayuno aunque de buena calidad solo una opción diaria que se puede adaptar.

Vier nachten hier verbleven. Fijn hotel. Iedere ochtend kreeg je iets anders als ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ook geen probleem om je koffers daar te laten staan als je check-in of -uit tijd niet zo gunstig is. Kamers waren zeer schoon.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and helped us choose and book some tours, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent.

A fabulous boutique hotel in the middle of Chiang Mai old city - walking distance or tuk tuk to many of the towns bars, restaurants shops, markets and culture. The hotel was stylist and very comfortable. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful.

Op onze kamer hing een muffe lucht.... net alsof de muren nat waren... Snachts ging het brandalarm af..... iedereen naar buiten, maar er was niemand van het hotel te bekennen. Na een half uur ging het alarm uit en gingen we weer naar binnen maar nog steeds niemand van het hotel.... Vegetarisch hotel..... dat hadden wij gemist met het boeken. P

Emplacement idéal dans le centre ville, qui permet de rayonner partout facilement. Un personnel exceptionnel aux petits soins et adorable ! Des petits déjeuners faits maison et qui changent chaque jour - quand vraiment le menu ne vous convient pas l'équipe fait le maximum pour trouver une alternative. La chambre était top également avec une salle de bain immense avec douche et baignoire. Et la piscine fraîche de prime abord mais tellement agréable ! Merci beaucoup !

Hotel muy nuevo, limpio y decorado con gusto. El personal es excelente. Los desayunos fantásticos. Las camas son cómodas. La ubicación es buena porque está dentro del centro, si bien para excursiones hay que coger transporte, pero recogen en la puerta del hotel sin problema. Tiene una sala común con variedad de libros y juegos para diferentes edades. La piscina es pequeña, pero muy bonita y limpia.

Nada. Lo único que el habitación era pequeña y no había armario, pero no supuso un problema para nosotros.

A charming hotel with beautiful rooms and an unbeatable atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, and the service from the hotel staff was excellent.

Superbe hôtel, très belle piscine, petit dej au top, et personnel génial, pas avare en recommandations. Nous y sommes même retournés à l'improviste suite à un changement de planning, on nous a attribué la plus belle chambre au 3eme étage qui était magnifique et ultra spacieuse !

Dommage que la chambre avec 2 lits simples soit un peu petite... La salle de bain n'est pas vraiment séparée de l'espace nuit, seuls les WC et la douche (dans la même pièce) le sont. Mais pas le lavabo.

Piccolo hotel molto accogliente al centro di Chiang Mai, posizione davvero comoda e Staff molto disponibile che ci ha dato ottimi consigli per le gite ed escursioni. La colazione cambia ogni giorno e offre prodotti tipici e locali davvero buoni! In una occasione ci hanno permesso di anticipare l’orario della colazione per poter partire in tempo per una gita.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, las instalaciones son estupendas y la atención, el servicio y las facilidades que nos dio Rada, la recepcionista durante toda la estancia fue excepcional, muchas gracias!

Het ontbijt is geen buffet, maar is elke dag anders. Erg leuk en lekker. De kamers zijn klein, maar fijn. Er was zelfs een tv met Netflix en YouTube. Ook is het allemaal erg schoon en wordt het goed bijgehouden. Goede locatie in oud Chiang Mai. Je kunt je vaak door tours laten opbalen bij het hotel, omdat het zo bereikbaar is. Het personeel is echt mega aardig en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is vooral lekker om in af te koelen. Er is een was servixe aanwezig. Ik zou zeker weten dit hotel weer boeken als ik weer naar Chiang Mai zou gaan.

Als ik dan iets moet zeggen... er is geen lobby waar je een hapje kunt eten. Lunch en avondeten moet je buiten de deur vinden, maar dat is zo gevonden.

There were 5 of us in the suite so it was a bit cramped. The pool was lovely & well kept but quite small.

Super bien ubicado en el old town pero, lo mejor, el personal. Nos acordamos mucho de Rada. Nos ayudó de manera maravillosa a que pudiéramos ir a una excursión que salía en 20 minutos.. antes de salir ya nos habían preparado unas bolsas con el desayuno . Gracias Khum Rada por todo!

הייתי רוצה דלת מקשרת לחדר עם הילדים- אבל בגלל שהמלון קטן והגעתי עם מתבגרים זה לא היה קריטי.

The pool, the room was super comfortable, good beds, clean.

I didn’t get disturbed because we were out early every morning, but it is next to a large school which can get noisy. The breakfast did seem a bit overpriced considering the options nearby so we didn’t get that.

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nette kamers met hele fijne bedden. Schoon. Net, klein zwembad met ligbedjes. Ontbijt elke dag vaststaand met deels vaste deels wisselende gerechten, evt wat aanpassingen mogelijk voor kinderen. Ik was er blij mee! Kinderen waren niet alle dagen even enthousiast, die houden meer van een lopend buffet. Op een wat rustiger stuk in de oude stad naast een basisschool. Veel op loopafstand bereikbaar. Ik zou terug gaan!

Lag dicht tegen andere bebouwing aan. Behalve wat frisdrank, water en bier buiten het ontbijt niks te krijgen aan eten en drinken.

Het was netjes en schoon. De accommodatie is mooi en wordt goed bijgehouden. De kamer is luxe, waar je gemakkelijk een hele middag lekker kan chillen. Het ontbijt is ruim opgezet en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ook kan je er gratis fietsen pakken, zodat je je gemakkelijk door Chiang Mai kan verplaatsen.

De accommodatie zit naast een school en een gebouw die wordt/werd verbouwd. Dit kan wat onrust veroorzaken, maar hier hebben wij weinig last van gehad.

住宿餐點： 早餐很豐盛，就像在咖啡廳吃的早午餐一樣，擺盤不但漂亮還很美味，每天的早餐都不一樣，大概六天為一輪，因為在這邊住了一個月，所有餐點都有吃過 旅館地點： 離周日夜市及周六夜市都很近，附近也很多餐廳跟SPA的店，都很方便，另外，柴迪隆寺就在旅館附近，正好在城市柱節來到清邁，可以參與到這個節慶真的很棒，這時候的柴迪隆寺變得很不一樣，非常的美麗，很值得來參與當地人的活動 旅館設施： 非常推薦這間旅館的遊戲室&閱覽室，天氣太熱不想出門的時候，這裡很適合大朋友跟小朋友在這裡度過悠閒的時光 房間內附有吹風機，還滿好用的，至於有些人可能會需要的熨斗就沒看到了，因為我不會用到，對我來說就無所謂 雖然住一個月，但床單被單每幾天就會更換一次，房間清掃的部分也是每天都會打掃得很乾淨 床的話軟硬適中，棉被也很舒服，枕頭有兩款，偏軟跟偏硬都有 旅館人員： 有的雖然很害羞但都很可愛，也有很熱情招待的，大家都很和善，有什麼旅行或旅館房間的問題都可以提問，也都能得到很棒的回覆跟幫助

如果有旅客走路比較大聲的話，很容易聽到赤腳走路的腳步聲

Staff failed to deal with another disruptive guest who had the police called on them several times. They followed me round the hotel and disrupted my meals and the staff did not remove the other guest or end her stay.

sie haben meinen Pass beim Putzen verloren. ich hatte große Probleme deshalb. Die Managerin Rada ist sehr unprofessionell und lässt Kinderarbeit betreiben. Das Mädchen konnte mir leider nicht helfen, und sie hat mich aus dem Hotel geworden VOR meiner Check-Out Zeit. Absolut nicht empfehlbares Hotel, sehr gefährlich für jemanden aus dem Ausland, wegen dem Pass. Ich will eine vollständige Rückerstattung von diesem Hotel!

Hotel no muy grande, perfectamente ubicado en Chiang Mai. Muy tranquilo, sientes paz al entrar en el y el personal es amabilísimo Dispone de bicicletas de préstamo, la piscina es agradable y tiene facilidad para aparcar en la puerta Habitación nueva,‘colchón súper cómodo. Realmente muy recomendable para una estancia en la fabulosa Chiang Mai

Everything was perfect, I couldn’t recommend the property and the team more, they went above and beyond for all guests. The facilities were great, room was spotless and staff are amazing especially Jay and Rada.

Breakfast was fixed menu, not à la carte, but always nice. Only breakfast drinks were a bit off (kids like regular tastes: orange,passion fruit,watermelon,...) instead of e.g. plum

We had a truly wonderful stay. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were equally large and very comfortable. The breakfast with fresh vegetables from their own farm was wonderful. The hotel's location is perfect. But most importantly: it's hard to put into words how warmly we were welcomed. We felt more than welcome, like we were right at home. I'd especially like to highlight Rada, who truly fulfilled our every wish. When she somehow 😬 found out that we seemed to like beer, she offered to order some craft beers for us from her wholesaler. 😍 We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!!!

Be sure to get the nicest room with the bathtub. It costs a bit more but is worth it. Also wonderful breakfasts and lovely personal service. Oh also wonderful rooftop area for relaxing and views.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De kamer was niet heel groot, maar wel modern, licht en vooral erg schoon. Alles was netjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel verdient een extra compliment: iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen. Het hotel heeft een warme, ontspannen sfeer en voelt echt als een kleine oase midden in de drukke stad. Ook het zwembad is sfeervol aangelegd. Het is niet groot, maar juist daardoor heerlijk om even af te koelen en tot rust te komen. De ligging is ideaal. De Sunday Market en de foodmarkt in het oude stadscentrum liggen op loopafstand, terwijl je met een Grab ook binnen no-time in het nieuwe gedeelte van Chiang Mai bent. Het absolute hoogtepunt was het ontbijt. Elke ochtend werden we verrast met een prachtig verzorgd 4- tot 5-gangenontbijt. Elk gerecht was mooi opgemaakt en ontzettend lekker – echt een feestje om de dag mee te beginnen. We zaten hier zo fijn dat we ons verblijf zelfs met een paar dagen hebben verlengd. Dat zegt eigenlijk al genoeg! Als we ooit teruggaan naar Chiang Mai, boeken we zonder twijfel weer dit hotel.

Location was perfect, the bed was good

Housekeeping went throught luggage, set menus for breakfast felt uncomfortable did not enjoy 5 days 1 piece of bacon... owner was not pleasant to talk with. Did not feel welcome at all!

The staff were super friendly and helpful to us during our stay. There was a large carpark just in front of the hotel, which was super convenient as we were renting a car during our trip. The decoration of the room was rather special, having a distinct Thai feel, which made this part of the trip truly memorable

Rada and Jay were so helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent recommendations for what to see, where to eat, shop and more. The staff was very accommodating to my wife's special dietary concerns. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, breakfast was fresh and delicious each day.

My stay at Nine Hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean each evening. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for exploring Old Town.

Breakfasts were delicious, and varied day to day. In addition the staff are simply superb, preparing breakfasts "to go" when we had to leave early on a scheduled tour.

Our room was simple and more than adequate but did not look like any of the pictured rooms on booking dot com, being far more modest and humble.

Sweet little hotel, walking distance to everything in the inner city and very nice staff helping me arrange a private driver for a day trip. Also I loved the free Netflix.

This is mostly an information thing, you will have to pay a small deposit in cash (really not much 1000thb). However, I was not prepared for that it would have helped to know that before to make sure I carry enough

The perfect location in old city. Tucked away, quiet, but like a 2-15min walk to anything. The staff was excellent, so sweet and so helpful. The amenities were lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great! 10/10

La ubicación del hotel en plena ciudad antigua, mejor imposible. El personal super amable y atento. Se fijaban en todos los detalles y te hacían muy buenas recomendaciones. Sin duda repetiría.

It was clean and the staff was nice.

We decided to go for the option without breakfast as we were doing day trips and weren’t sure if we could have it every day - even though the price on booking wasn’t much different. We decided to add on the breakfast on the first day and we were severely overcharged - 400 THB per person is a ridiculous price in a town where dinner for two costs around 300!! It was an okay breakfast but that was just a rip off. It kind of ruined the general feeling about this place. Had we know food is so cheap in the rest of town we would have gone there - but we just arrived the night before and were not aware. Also the price difference between booking a room with breakfast included and paying for breakfast separately was way too huge.

The staff. Especially Front Desk Rada & Deny. They were so helpful and amazing. Their listen with care and are really have a genuine approach.

Presenetilo me je, da ni jasnega vstopa v bazen v smislu nakazanih stopnic. Vanj se gre direktno preko roba. Res je, da je na eni strani nižji, a če tam nekdo leži na počivalniku je malo neugodno, da tam lezeš v bazen.

We verbleven hier 5 nachten en bij aankomst kregen we gelijk een upgrade wat heel fijn was. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vertelde graag wat de beste plekken waren om heen te gaan, zowel in Chiang Mai als in Chiang Rai. Daarnaast werd de kamer dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en kregen we dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken. Ze maakte alles zo goed schoon dat ze zelfs wat kleding die we hadden liggen netjes voor ons hadden opgevouwen. Daarnaast zag ik ze beneden ook frequent de tegels dweilen en schrobben. De hygiëne is dus echt geweldig hier.
