Muy bien ubicado precioso hotel.

Nada.

Fast alles war hervorragend: Lage, Zimmergröße und Sauberkeit. Pool war auch schön, aber klein mit wenig Liegen. Da wir aber eh meist unterwegs waren, störte das nicht.

Das Frühstück fällt recht schmal aus, wenn man keine Nudeln, kein Curry oder keinen Reis haben möchte. Kaum Müsli, nur Toast und wenig frische Früchte. Hier könnte man definitiv mehr anbieten.

The entire experience was fantastic. The room was luxurious. Breakfast included a great choice and variety of food. When I asked for softer pillows, they were there promptly. The staff happily accommodated us with a late check out on our last day at no extra charge. A definitely incredible hotel, situated perfectly.

Die Lage ist super, der Sonntags-Nachmarkt ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem ein sehr ruhiges Hotel, bei dem man sich gut auch mal am Pool entspannen kann.

Die Poolliegen sind etwas unbequem und die Handtücher könnten mal ausgetauscht werden (ausgefranst und teils Flecken von Bleichmittel)

No elevator, the property was only 3 stories and this is advertised in reviews and on website.

Eine Oase mitten in Chiang Mai! Wunderschönes Hotel mit herrlichem Pool in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, abseits des Trubels aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum. Alles ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Loved our stay at Vianluang. Felt very safe in this area. Great cafes and restaurants close by. Extra large comfortable room, quiet and private. The staff were friendly and helpful with local information. Great base to explore Chiang Mai from.

Nous avons aimé la qualité du lit avec un matelas très confortable. La chambre était bien équipée et spacieuse. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, dans le cœur de la vielle ville et sans pollution sonore.

Le petit déjeuné n’était pas très complet côté sucré. Il y avait beaucoup de choix en salé, notamment avec des plats Thaï…etc Mais trop peu de choses pour satisfaire nos goûts Européens. Il manque quelques transats au bord de la piscine. Ils sont vite tous pris.

Dommage que le lit bébé soit payant, c'est un peu cher.

​This hotel is in an excellent location right in the Old City, yet it manages to offer a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The pool is lovely, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

​The main downside is the breakfast. While it offers a wide variety of options, there is a relatively limited selection of Western food.

第一天給了低一個級數的房型（去年住過的同一房間），反映後立即换到附合的房型。 房間第二天有2支洗頭水，少了沐浴露。淋浴水温要不很熱要不就是冷水，前後住的3間房（2個房型）都是這樣。 房間的枕頭是最差的，很高很高，反映後服務員从衣櫃取出了一個扁一些的(之前的房内衣櫃是沒有的)，但服務員跟我說只有一個，二人房不是應該準備2個枕頭嗎？ Cushion蕊 非常脏，很嘔心，本來想拿來當枕頭😰😰

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. Nos gustó absolutamente todo, pero queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal. Tuvieron el precioso detalle de decorar nuestra habitación con motivo de nuestra luna de miel, un gesto que nos hizo muchísima ilusión y que hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial. ❤️ Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece la zona. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra luna de miel una experiencia tan bonita e inolvidable. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %. ¡Gracias por todo!

The walls are rather thin so expect some noise in the morning and evening. Breakfast was disappointing, and one of the worst we had in Thailand. Staff is friendly, pool is good and not too crowded. Rooms are nice. Everything else was good.

Midden in het centrum en toch een lekker rustig hotel. Kamers waren boven verwachting mooi. Zwembad was wat klein maar ook weer erg mooi en heerlijk helder water. Personeel was top en mijn vrouw krijg zelfs nog een taartje voor haar verjaardag. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.

Ontbijt was aan de matige kant. Kan wat uitgebreider.

조식 시간이 오전7시부터 10시로 비교적 길었고 매일메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌어 나와서 좋았습니다. 수영장은 깨끗했고 오후 10시까지 이용가능합니다. 150세티미터인 아이가 섰을때 어깨아래 까지의 깊이로 너무 깊지 않아서 좋았습니다. 착용하는 사람은 없었으나 한쪽에 두세벌의 구명조끼가 마련되어 있습니다. 비치타월도 제공합니다. 아이들이 있다면 작은 튜브를 챙겨오는 것도 좋겠습니다. 전통적인 인테리어에 시설은 현대적이어서 좋았습니다. 벌레도 없었고 에어컨도 시원하게 나왔으며 수압도 좋았습니다. 온수도 잘 나왔습니다. 조경이 아름다워서 맑은 날도 흐린 날도 비오는 날도 모두 좋았습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 이 곳은 올드타운 중심지에 있어서 사원을 둘러보거나 편의점, 아기자기한 숍에 가기 좋았고 근처에 카페와 음식점, 마사지숍들이 많이 있습니다. 요가 클래스와 쿠킹클래스도 근처에 있습니다. 이 숙소에서 한국인은 우리 가족 뿐이었습니다. 프랑스와 독일인이 많았습니다. 같이 비행기를 타고온 수많은 한국인들은 어디에 묵었을지 궁금하네요.

키가 한개뿐이라 불편했습니다. 무료 와이파이는 잡히는데 인터넷 연결이 되지않아서 이상했는데 카드키에 인터넷 연결이 되는 아이디와 패스워드가 있으니 헤매지 마시고 사용하세요. 세심하게 살피지 못한 우리 잘못도 있지만 미리 안내받지 못해서 헤맸습니다. 안내받았는데 우리가 못 알아들은 건지도. . .

El desayuno con muy poca variedad

Behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. De authentieke stijl van het gehele hotel, de tuin en het zwembad vond ik heel erg mooi en voldeed helemaal aan mijn verwachtingen. De ligging van het hotel was ook erg prettig. Veel was makkelijk te belopen.

Het extra bed (3e bed) had een heel slecht en vooral dun matras. Gelukkig werd dat na 1 nacht meteen opgelost.

No elevator

Die ruhige Lage und die ruhigen Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt. Die bequemen Betten, der Pool, die netten Mitarbeiter -einfach alles. Toll, dass wir früher einchecken durften!!!! Vielen Dank!!

Très bel hôtel dans un cadre verdoyant! Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, tout est très propre et le déjeuner est délicieux.

Wij hadden problemen met het ophalen van onze wagen. Personeel aan de balie heeft ons enorm hard geholpen om mee contact op te nemen met het verhuurbedrijf. Kamer is zeer netjes en proper. Kamermeisjes ontzettend vriendelijk. Man voor bagage heen en terug bood steeds spontaan hulp aan iedereen om auto in en uit te laden.

Bij de boeking stond er inclusief vroege incheck en late check out er stond bij tot 1:00 uur. Dit bleek 13u in de namiddag te zijn. Wij hadden dit speciaal gekozen omdat ze ons om 17u kwamen ophalen. Helaas moesten we toch op 13u van de kamer. We boekten een kamer voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 13jaar. Er stind bij "kinderen gratis".Bij aankomst moesten we 750baht per nacht bijbetalen voor het extra bed. Dit zijn verdoken kosten die niet kunnen. Dit moet er duidelijker bij staan. Klein zwembad met zeer weinig bedjes. Wij hadden helaas nooit plaats. Zeer beperkt ontbijt. Wij moesten constant gaan zeggen dat er vanalles op was. Ze controleerden dit zelf niet. Personeel in restaurant enorm onvriendelijk. 's nachts was er zeer veel lawaai in het hotel. Personeel zou hier moeten tegenin gaan. Kamerdeur gaan moeilijk toe. Mensen kloppen hiermee. Tijdens de nacht is dit niet zo fijn. Je schrikt steeds wakker. Uitzicht op ons terras was op een muur van een ander gebouw. Dat was niet zo fijn. Kortom duur voor wat het was.

Viangluang Resort is a good choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are simple but well maintained, clean, and offer great value for money. While it doesn't have the luxuries of a high-end resort, it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Be preapred to climb a flight of stairs if your room is not on the ground floor as they not have any elevators. Location is great within walking distance of the main shopping areas and the vibrant night market, yet tucked away in a quieter part of the city. Breakfast is very basic. If you're vegetarian, be aware that the selection is fairly limited, so don't expect a wide variety of options. They are also not very accommodating if you have early departures. We requested for packed or early breakfast and got a stright up “Not Possible” at the reception. Overall, Viangluang Resort is a good option for travellers who prioritise cleanliness, affordability, and a convenient location over luxury.

It is decent property, designed in vintage style, if you like vintage furniture and look then it is perfect place. Staff is very polite, based on my message they arrange cake for my wife birthday celebrations. Nice swimming pool with good maintenance

Staff don’t know English much, but it is fine, we can feel we are in another country that is good feeling, with the staff politeness we won’t fell any language barrier

La ubicación es inmejorable. Dentro de la parte vieja. Cerca de todo. El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Y las habitaciones son enormes.

周辺には美味しいカフェやレストランもたくさんあり、歩いて色んなところに行けて立地がとても良かったです。またホテルは通りから一歩入るため静かでした。 ホテルスタッフも優しく、スパの予約等もしてくれました！

朝食がもう少しメニューが増えるといいと思いました。朝なのでフルーツの酒類多めだと嬉しいです。

A Timeless Haven of Elegance and Tranquility A beautifully preserved hotel with antique charm, immaculate cleanliness, and a serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally gracious and attentive, adding a touch of true luxury to the experience. Highly recommended.

It would be even more perfect if the hotel offered a wider range of dining options, including Muslim-friendly meals and a more international breakfast selection, as not all guests consume pork. Greater inclusivity in the menu would enhance the overall experience.

The rooms are very authentic looking with al the teak. Very clean room.

Only had some trouble with the shower it kept going hot and cold. The bath however was wonderful.

Great location and beautiful hotel staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Shower temp was either scalding hot or freezing cold with tiny adjustments. Rugs on the floors were slippery we just folded those up

We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the green that surrounds the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was really poor (international and sweet breakfast) and it does not respect the pictures they show on Booking.com. The temperature of the shower was terrible. We struggled a lot adjusting cold/hot temperature, so it was not nice having shower.

立地もスタッフもとても良いです！シャワーのお湯も全く問題なかったです！アメニティはボディソープ、シャンプー、石鹸、歯ブラシなどがありました。一度トイレが流れなくなりましたが、すぐ直してくれましたし、早朝からツアーに行く際は、頼んだらテイクアウトの箱に入れた朝ごはんを準備してくれました。

強いて言うなら、朝食メニューはあまり変わらないので、もう少しバリエーションがあると連泊した時に良いと思います。

The Viangluang resort has amazing staff who will support you with any question, concern or issue that you have. It's a brilliant place to stay because you'll be right at the center of the old town.

There was nothing not to like. Be careful with the slippery rugs on the polished wood floors.

The location in the old town in PERFECT for visiting the temples and the sites of the city. The breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. They even gave us a cute bag as a thank you gift. They even upgraded our rooms for us upon arrival. we had a great stay here! lovely hotel!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. the pool was a little chilly, BUT the days we were there were not as warm as normal so that is probably why. If it had been hot then it would feel great.

Love the room and balcony, beautiful garden ground & friendly staff make you feel welcome and comfortable stay, very close to popular restaurants. This is our 2nd time stay and brought our friends who also loved their stay.

The booking was a gift for a friend passing through Chiang Mai, so I cannot say for myself but I did ask him and he said that the hotel - the breakfast - everything was very very good. It is intention to stay there myself when I do visit (hopefully) in 2027.

The TV didn’t support Airplay or Firestick technology and as a result we moved somewhere else but would have stayed longer otherwise.

Great staff (made the hotel car available to drop off and collect my daughter from hospital when she was not feeling well). Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely swimming pool (nice and cool to freshen you up after a day in the sun. The pool does not get much sun).

The showers were the only slight negative I have on the hotel. Not great pressure and never really got same temperature for long.

Nice small hotel with comfortable rooms and decent enough breakfast. Appreciated the 24 hour reception and breakfast packs we got before our trip to the airport. Location quite central close to lots of shops, restaurants and temples.

Floors were a bit slippery so be careful and pool was small (and sometimes busy) but refreshing.

Viangluang is incredibly special. It has a deep, historic, calm & tranquillity. I loved my very large bed & room, the bath, the secluded garden outside my room, and the privacy. Just outside the resort is Sunday Walking Street, restaurants, temples - it is close to everything. I really liked being able to get 1st coffee to take back to my room, then go back for a full delicious breakfast when I was ready. The staff do a great job.

Very friendly staff. We were allowed to check in already at 10 with no additional fees. This was highly appreciated as we had just had a journey with the night train. Every corner of the resort is cured and clean. Breakfast was mostly Thai food (as it should!!) and few more western options. The swimming pool is very nice and constantly cleaned. The position is just perfect! I’d definitely come back!!

I stopped here as my usual hotel was unavailable, the hotel is of a older Chiang Mai style with clean, tidy and comfortable rooms, nice pool and a reasonable breakfast, staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you, is in a good central location and I’d stop there again

Absolutely beautiful property and the staff are incredible. They are very welcoming and took extra good care of me when my travel companion ended up in the local hospital due to stomach issues. They worked with me to extend our stay and were very gracious.

This is our second time staying at Viangluang resort, we bring our friends too & they loved it, great location in the old town with temples, shops & restaurants with walking distance. Comfortable bed & pillows, good breakfast choices. We love the pool & garden surrounding is very lush & beautiful. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Overall we had very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay there next time.

La entrada del hotel se ve sencilla , la alberca es pequeña el desayuno no es muy variado. Le falta iluminacion en el baño.

The location of resort is very convenient. It is near by and easy to go "Sunday Night Market".

The resort did not has elevator. It is not easy carry luggage to go up and down the stairs when I move in and check out.

Lovely quiet location but not too far from the town. The room was clean with a lovely balcony. The pool was small but clean. The breakfast selection was great with the option of eggs cooked to your liking.

A little surprised that there was no lift/ elevator. But a porter was available to bring our luggage up to rhe secong floor. Perhaps this should have been stated in the booking.com choice of hotels.

The room was very big and clean, the whole hotel is pretty quiet even if its In the middle of the old town. The pool is nice and sunny during the day, the breakfast is a buffet with mainly savoury and thai options.

No smoking in the hotel ground at all (not even in the room's balcony). We met a few people who booked for this reason and didn't know this was the case (thailand new smoking rules came into effect this year)

环境干净卫生，酒店虽小却很精致，房间味道很香，工作人员态度都很好，会主动打招呼，也会主动询问帮忙。

衣柜里可以多放一点衣撑，爱漂亮的女生可能会带很多漂亮的衣服。
