T v not having connections multiple times issues intercom also same issue like very ordinary hotel.one and half hours delay in chek in due to hotel power failure no refund or compensation given

In gift city club I’m meber here since last year I really love the service of here they provide They recently lunched there club box office I watched movie here the sound quality was amazing I recommend this club to everyone I also meet Khushboo here last month she became my friend she is so cute and helpful person thanks to her also for helping me Must visit here

Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special shoutout to Ms Khushboo at the front desk . Very sweet , soft spoken and Helpful.

A wonderful luxury hotel with a unique ship-inspired design that looks absolutely stunning, especially at night when the entire property is beautifully illuminated. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar offer an excellent selection of food and drinks, and the spa provides a relaxing and refreshing experience. A special thank you to Feli, the Front Office Associate, for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive to every detail, and made the check-in and overall stay smooth and enjoyable. Her friendly attitude and exceptional guest service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue regarding room selection, they upgraded me to the junior suite as compensation. Their team is proactive about matters.

Conveniently located for GIFT City, but the overall experience fell well below the standards expected of a Radisson property.

The food and beverages were of disappointing quality and lacked freshness, which is not what I would expect from a Radisson-branded property. The service team’s English proficiency was limited, making communication more difficult than it should have been. The air conditioning was excessively loud and kept the room uncomfortably cold, even when set to the lowest fan speed. Concerned with the cleanliness of the air conditioning too as I got sick eventually after three days stay at the Radisson. Not a great experience overall.

Recently stayed in Radisson gift city and the service i recieved was top notch, i really enjoyed my stay , room were very spacious and clean and what make me more memorable was the staff attentiveness and the food of deli knead mango pie was so tasty and yummy...would love to visit again.

Good hotel to stay .The hotel look so good from outside it's look like ship even at the night also it look soo amazing and beautiful there restaurant bar is great .at least peole from outside they can have a drink .Food option are great .room are very clean .Spa is also soo soo big and food massage is great

What an amazing hotel! We stayed for three nights with our family of four while visiting from the United States. The hotel is on par with the finest luxury hotel in the United States and around the world. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the property. All of the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. In particular, Team front office were exceptionally kind and took great care of us during our visits to the akshardham temple and adalaj stepwell. Our experience at the Akshardham, I would strongly recommend it to anyone seeking a spiritual and cultural experience. I would also like to thank the bell desk boy, who did a wonderful job capturing our family photographs throughout the property. The pictures turned out beautifully, and I would highly recommend his services to other guests looking to create lasting memories of their stay. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would definitely return in the future. I booked the hotel for my daughter's admission so didn't get much time to explore the property.But reception staffs are very helpful and kind as they arrange cab early morning because of that we are able to reach the location on time. Nattu one housekeeping staff he is very helpful. Breakfast is awesome and also we liked the dinner menu. Next time I'll bring my whole family for vacation trip in gift city.

Mostly I visited the Radisson property only.So gift city club is one of the best property I must stayed in 504 room. Reception people are very helpful as they had given me early checkin. Specially Ms Safura she take care of everything about everything.Ravi and feli are also very helpful and welcoming.Food is also good .I tried gift city club Sandwich with coffee it's really very good

I came here for a breakfast meeting. Food service was phenomenal. Amit Sharma explained everything great and hosted us with elegance. The location felt like I was not in India well maintained and clean will definitely come by again.

Recently had a pleasant stay at this property. The pool view room is very spacious, especially swimming pool is massive. Various options is available in pool cafe. Restaurants food is something that should be appreciated. Above all these staff is very helpful and courteous. Front desk team is amazing

Stayed there at gift city club on March .Stay was as wonderful as it could be I must say . Reception staff like lolita is very helpful.she assist us regarding local handloom market . As in gift City there is no market or cinema hall but one good thing about gift city club is that they newly launched movie there Club box office..it's very good very convenient you don't need search somewhere else. Restaurant is good. food is delicious especially papri chat from the cafe near the swimming pool.

Our check in experience was not good but khushboo in the reception was very helpful. Overall, it was a good stay at the hotel. Khushboo talked to us in the lobby and gave us water bottles. She also helped us with bringing luggage into our room.Many thanks to khushboo.

Location.

Check in process was not good. We accidently forgot our oci cards so we were not assigned our room until 3 hours later. Finally, our relatives sent digital copies of our oci cards and then we were allowed to check in. We had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours. Also, service in the cafeteria was very poor and slow. We felt that foreign nationals were given preferential treatment over NRIs in the cafeteria.Also, there were some mosquitos in the balcony and there was lots of construction dust in the gift city area.

Good sports facilities, well sized room

Lots of construction noise all day long, no intimation of the same on the website at time of booking. Paper thin walls. Very poor noise insulation in the room.

We are staying at the Gift City Club Hotel, and having a very nice time thanks to their very attentive team, including Safura at the reception. Amit, at the Rise restaurant, is exceptionally proactive—anticipating our needs and suggesting dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. What really stood out is his thoughtfulness; while we were waiting for a taxi, he brought us a takeaway coffee, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive and friendly service!

The rooms were large, the pool is lovely, every thing was clean and the staff were great. Room service was available 24/7 with a lot of meal choices. There is building work Everywhere around the hotel how ever we did not hear any noise in our room and only once when we were buy the pool. It definitely was not an issue.

Room service - the western dishes were not as advertised. Best to stick to Indian food which was good quality. There were NO shops in the area. We had to uber everywhere. I feel the hotel would benefit if it had a small shop in the lobby that guests could buy snacks, toiletries and Knick knacks from.

Too many money paid but not included breakfast which is not good for us. I have paid more money for breakfast.

As mentioned in above answer and not taken care for room service i.e. We have to called and asked for room internal things like for couple dental kit put only one. Not put shaving kit, tea bag, milk bag, sugar back etc come after very long time which I have already conveyed.

I booked this hotel in the last minute and I must say I did not regret choosing it. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. During the check-in, they were kind enough to upgrade the room to Executive Room with King Bed. The front office executive (Mr. Priyansh Chourasiya) personally came and showed us the room. The room with a balcony was pretty spacious and had very good amenities. Throughout the hotel, the staffs were courteous and welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of choices with a slight variation from one day to another. The dinner buffet also had a variety of choices. There were good food options for room service. The quality of food was pretty good and was not too expensive (considering it is a five star hotel). Taste-wise, we found the Indian food was better than the Western food. The hotel premise also had a large space to relax outside the room with activities like swimming, walking. In terms of location, the hotel is situated in the planned GIFT city, which is currently under development. The hotel is not too far from Gandhinagar, but may be a bit far from Ahmedabad. We did not have the need to go to Ahmedabad (apart from arrival and departure). It is easy to get around via taxi services like Uber. On the whole, it's is a good value for money.

We stayed in gift city club gandhinagar this month and it was a best experience to stay in this hotel because they have such a big rooms,a swimming pool and well equipped fitness centre and a multi cuisine restaurant in which they serve lots of palatable dishes and their staffs like Mr Priyansh and Ms Lalita from reception were absolutely fantastic they arranged us a complimentary room upgrade and helped us for the sightseeings of Ahmedabad.Thank you again we will stay again to this property.
